Was a great visit one of the managers came around and asked how everything was I mentioned part of my bun was stale he was very kind and ended up grabbing me a coupon for a free replacement burger next time Im at a Harveys, not always like this during afternoons...

I ordered a 2 original burger meal, it was decent at first, Frys were cold though. Later in the night I woke up and had diarrhea as the food was undercooked. I loved this place though I would not probably go again

Waited 15 minutes for one burger and fries. Told to pull up, the lady working was dealing with two teenagers who walked up to the drive thru to order and had the teen bring us the food, unacceptable.

The Burger was really good. I have been to couple of other Harveys locations but the food here was did taste different. The interior was also new and it gives you a vibe as if you are in a bar.

Harvey s menu seems fresh and tasty, however my Swiss Chalet half chicken/ribs combo was extremely dry and sad to be looked at, coleslaw salad was old and soggy. Just wasted 20 bucks on a meal, never again.

Awful service. If you go after 8pm they make you pull ahead so it looks they ve served you quick, and then you sit waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes.

Just wanted to share our experience tonight. We had the best experience at Fergus Harveys with Desiree. She was so thoughtful and even gave my children her own personal markers to keep them entertained. Later I learnt that the restaurant had to stop ordering crayons, so she took it upon herself to bring these in!! Loved to see this young girl with so initiative and pride in her work!! Thank you Desiree!!!

The food was hot and fresh made exactly how I asked even the extras on the side were remembered. The dine in experience was nice, and it was surprisingly clean, compared to other fast food restaurants. Thanks for a great meal.

When I look for a BBQ burger here in Fergus On and cant find one I instantly turn to Harveys and their juicey grilled burgers, they are perfect everytime! The staff are A+ and timing is on the nose. Over all its a great experience cheers

I ordered a poutine and there was someones FAKE NAIL in it. I bit down and I felt something really hard, so hard it hurt my teeth, and I spat out a fake nail. So disgusting. Never eating there again.

Was so disappointed with everything about this restaurant. It used to be a good choice but will not be stopping again. From being told l had to purchase a side with my sandwich or l couldnt get it ( even though l did not want a side), to the bullying of the kid taking the orders from the other staff, it was not a pleasant dining experience at all. The man who finally delivered our sandwiches to the table would only speak to my husband about whose food he was delivering even though my husband was already eating his food. It was obvious where the two sandwiches belonged... there was only two people without food at the table. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

They serve fresh food and best service . Simmy always remember my order always definitely coming back. Team is so great

Delicious burgers they made them just the way I wanted it they did it oversaw them and didnt throw so many toppings at everything was falling all over the place when youre trying to bite into it that you have a little mini salad on the side anyways besides the fact customer service was 100% Super Smiles all day long very clean inside and smelled nice Kid-friendliness: Super friendly and played along with the kids fine when they were ordering

While dining in at this Harveys in Fergus, I was pleasantly surprised to see the Manager going around to the patrons to check in and ask how everything was. This puts them a step above the other fast food restaurants. A little gesture like this makes all the difference. Thank you

This place is just awesome!! I always stop by here to get my food, simply never disappointed. This place has the best manager working on to the excellence of serving people. I met the Owner of the restaurant one day, he was so polite and humble even during the rush hour. I see everyone working there have best communication with themselves. These guys deserve 5 stars without a doubt.

Had the 8 pc buffalo nugget meal ! It was absolutely amazing ! Massive nuggets and very good. Super impressed with the quality. Also have eaten here lots of other times and foods always unbelievably great. Keep up the good work !

Just stopped in on our way home from Sauble. You must have just had a reno done. Beautiful job. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful.

I visited this Harveys last week. They got renovated and this place looks really neat and clean at my every visit. Staff members are really friendly and helpful. Cashier named Simran took my order on my recent visit and she was very friendly and suggests me some really good items from menu. I bought buffalo poutine and Oreo shake. It was really good. Thank you Harvey s for making my visit special every time.

This location is convenient, right on the way home from work. The deals on the mobile app made we want to try them. Great job and nice app. Service quick and friendly. Sometimes Im there before the app says its ready and its good to go. Always friendly, rarely a wait, and good quality food for the mobile app prices. Keep up the great work.

This is the very best fast food restaraunt I have dined in, the staff are so efficent and work closely as a team. Was there today for lunch. Had several things messed up with my order. I feel this Harveys is one of the worst I have ever been to. I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Love their cheese burgers.. having a Swiss chalet is good too.

Gave a great review a while ago, not so good now. Got hot chicken sandwich, fries and ceasar salad. The only good was the ceasar. Got a fork but no knife. Fries ok. Chicken sandwich though, couldnt eat<< it, salt is not my favourite gravy. Will think twice before I come hear again. Almost $20, not even worth $5.

Nothing like a good ole Canadian burger. Fresh tasting every time and the frings are the go to. Tease family in the states every time I come home with Harveys. Sometimes can be busy during the week especially at dinner time but well worth the wait for your burger.

Exceptional service. The ladies working at this location went above and beyond. Fresh food, clean store front and amazing crew members. Will stop everytime I am in town.

We actually ordered Swiss Chalet. They were very good with looking after us. Parking: Good location very handy for handicap parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The inside door wouldnt open automatically. Fortunately there was someone coming out.

Love Harveys burgers ....But the Fergus location has gone down hill.The persons on the drive through speaker can barley speak English , making getting what you want a real chore . I should only have to say NO CHEESE ! once ... maybe twice if you did not hear me correctly .. not 8 times and still get it wrong ! The more troubling part is the Manager that does not care if youre getting what you want . I have had a terrible experience twice with this manager, any other fast food place would apologize and correct your order .... NOT HIM ! must have been what you ordered. The future holds Wendys or A&W .

If I have ever had an issue with any food or temps of food, things are dealt with fast and in a friendly professional manner. This is a great combination for a small town. The Harveys burgers I ate at the original store in 1972 in Toronto combined with extra juicy Swiss Chalet. Never dry chicken from this store.

We went there for the Swiss chalet portion. theres no table service and they dont use Swiss chalet fries they use Harveys fries period when we needed to go back to get some sauce they had to charge us an extra $0.50.

Great experience always. The poutine is always a hit along with a Oreo milkshake. We particularly like their fries and frings, which is a combination of their fries and onion rings. The service is always good and they never mix up our order like other fast food places.

Food quality has changed. Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich which was very dry. The girl from the take out window made it without washing her hands or using gloves in between. Fries are still great.

Original with cheese and all the toppings (including hot peppers) has to be the best burger in the world. The Vanilla shakes are pretty darn good to (wish they were bigger). I only find myself enjoying my burgers when they come from Harveys, plus, the smiles and friendly service provide at this location has definitely kept me coming back for more.
