Ordered through door dash. Popeyes failed to put all the meals in the bag. 3of us had dinner and one was left out. We had to go puck up the meal they forgot

The restaurant was so hot the staff were sweating customers sweating. When I asked about the a/c I was told its broken. But the thermostat was set at 83.

The most delicious fries and Chicken Sandwich that Ive ever had in Popeyes They are somewhat understaffed, but the food is still amazing.

Based on my first experience yesterday this is a great location. I got tenders that were cooked perfectly! Exactly how chicken should be done it was juicy and wonderful. Doing it fresh is the way it should be been done and how they did it at dinner time when there was a rush. I have stopped going to certain locations as they do it in batches and the chicken is dry. If I had one thing they could improve on it would be the cajun poutine. When it is made it sits while the rest of your food is cooking. I dont mind soggy fries thats kind of a part of poutine but they would be crispier if they were done at the end of the chickens cooking.

I haven t been to popeyes before but came here this morning with my neighbour.. we had chicken and it was all served fresh and well cooked The girl taking orders was sweet The service I liked Would surely visit again

First time at this location. Asked the counter attendant what was on the classic chicken sandwich; to which she replied just pickles. I ordered that sandwich. When it arrived it also had mayo on it . As a person who cannot have mayo I returned the sandwich. I was told they would make me new sandwich. After my entire party finished their dinners I still had no sandwich. We left as we had a toddler who no Longer had patience . Super disappointing .

Horrible visit. Worst Popeyes. I like Popeyes. Been to many locations all over North America. Stopped in at 5:00. Prime busy dinner hour. Told I had to wait 15 minutes for 8 piece, 3 people walked in behind me, also had to wait. No problem, I waited, took it to go. When I arrived home, chicken tasted like fish. Very bad taste for chicken. Obviously They re frying it in the same fryer as seafood, or the Oil is bad. Inedible in my opinion. Hope they re not serving that to people with seafood allergies. Bad choice Fergus Popeyes. Won t be returning.

We tried this location for the first time this evening for dinner, and were very disappointed that we had several issues with our order. The sides were cold and incorrect on one of two combos, and the other combo was the wrong sandwich. When we went back to ask for a refund the manager refused, and offered 10 bucks, that didn t cover what was wrong. Customer service is what keeps customers coming back, just as important as food quality. I will not be back to this location.

One of the rare places thats open on Christmas Eve till 10pm.

Heads up if you use a food app. These guys will try to charge you direct and then you end up being double billed. What should have been a simple refund and our mistake moment turned into a hassle. Beyond this, the food was late and wasnt to the typical Popeyes standard. Chicken was dry and small and made me regret not going to KFC. I would avoid at all costs and recommend you hit up Mary Browns across the street.

Went with the family here for the first time and it was probably the best popeyes we have been to. Inside was very clean, quality of the food was good and their customer service was great also as their manager Jeet was very helpful and very welcoming. Would 100% recommend this location and will be back. Thank you!!

Absolutely disgusting. Went in as they first opened and nothing had been cleaned from the day before. Washroom was filthy and had no toilet paper so I had to used the disabled toilet. Both washrooms had overflowing garbages even though they had just opened. I walked in there and the place was swarming with ants and bugs (I took photos and videos) I immediately told the staff working and they thanked me for letting them know, however I was not able to get a refund or cancel my order as they had already cooked it while I was in the washroom. After I got home I contracted costumer service who did not seem concerned and their solution was for me to download their app so they could offer me some free nuggets the next time I placed a mobile order. (After already spending over $30) I refused as I do not want to eat anything from this filthy restaurant or spend anymore money there. I will be reporting this location to the health board and will be providing videos of the infestation and swarming bugs

As someone who used to work here I know how long everything takes to cook and I m very disappointed with the management had to wait for our food for over 25 minutes and he didn t ask for my food to be put down till 18 minutes AFTER ordering

Absolutely disgusting . I ve been there twice and both times the chicken is old and soaked in nasty smelly old grease that clearly hasn t been changed . The chicken I received stunk and was discoloured from being old and cooked in such poor conditions . I have never been so disappointed in food than I am with this specific location.

Cleanest Popeyes I ever been to! The staff were all great and even made us fresh chicken and fries for our order. I just want to re: to the reviewer that said it was too hot. They really listened! They bumped up the AC and it nice and chilly. Great contrast to the freshly fried chicken. A tad chilly but I have always felt more cold blooded.

I had a great experience at the Fergus popeyes. The manager was very helpful in making suggestions for my dietary needs. She was super polite and made sure that my order was perfect. I was not a fan of popeyes before going today because of the experiences that Ive had at different locations. However, Ill be back to the Fergus location because of the job that the manager is doing to make things better

I have been coming to this location over the last year but with the new store manager Sharn, this location has become on a whole another level. Hussain & Sharn were superb with their service. The chicken was really hot and tasted fresh. What s great is that I got my food as soon as I finished paying for my food which I greatly appreciate. If you want to visit a place with 0 wait times and 0 worries about your food not tasting well then I would highly recommend this location!

Great service. The employees are always so nice. Its nice to get fresh, hot food, and get exactly what your ordered in the bag...including ketchup, and napkins..unfortunately this is not the case at most fast food restaurants.

Worst experience ever in 10 years! They do not have anything ready when you come, they seem to only cook/fry one thing at a time and only when someone orders it. All that is fine if they are honest with their customers, but, they choose to lie! After I paid, they told me it was gonna take 10mins. And then after 10 mins, they came and told me again it will gonna take 10 mins. I did not say anything at that time execpt being patient as I can see they are short of hands - however, they made me to wait 40 minutes in the end :) When I confronted the person who said it only take 10 minutes. she said she only told me a specific item gonna take 10 mins while not the entire order. Oh, plz does it make sense? I only ordered a 4 pc chicken plate + ghost pepper chicken wings.. tell me, what items in Pepeyes are gonna take 40 mins to cook? When I asked how long it take to fry the chicken? They told me 15-20 depending on how many they cook at the same time so plz, tell me why it took 40 mins to cook the spicy signature chicken? If you told me it was gonna take 40 mins for this order, then I wouldn t have placed the order at all! So it kind of shows that s their strategy- they lie to you and then you place the order as usual and after the customer already waits 20mins, am I gonna say I don t want it anymore? They trick you to order even though they know exactly how long it takes for you to wait, but they won t let you know, as if you knew you wouldn t place the order :) Till that point, if someone comes, apologizes or explains a bit why you said 10 mins and I waited that long, then I won t be this unhappy. No one shows any kind of apology for their customers when they lied and make you wait 40mins for fried chickens! Instead, they just ask me if I still want it, or if I want to change to something that s ready (rather than the items I ordered in the first place). You made a super patient person this furious. Please think about what s wrong with this place and what s wrong with your method/strategy of lying to your customers so they would place the order as they thought itd only take 10 mins, but in the end they would need 40mins. What s wrong with you?

First time trying a Popeyes. I was cautious at first as I cant do spicy...at all...and Louisiana scares me... however, their non spicy chicken options were great! Pleasantly surprised, will try them again.

I came in at 9:00, an hour before closing.. the gentleman at the counter taking order seemed like he wanted to go home, and not do anything anyhow I asked for the 4 pc chicken combo, he said he only had mild no spicy, I said ok then I asked for 2 spicy chicken wrap, first he says I have no tenders and I said fine make some.. it didn t seem like he wanted to drop some tenders or nuggets, cause he had 5 nuggets.. I said you still have an hour before the store closes any how I get my meal brought it home fries are terrible, hard and stale nuggets very soggy, chicken very stale, like left out for a while and over that I only got 1 wrap, this guys needs some hearing assistance I m sorry don t go here after 8, they don t want to work, and give out stale food never in my life have experienced terrible tasting food it s not the first time I had Popeyes

20 min to get my order and there was more mayo then chicken

Ive gotten a few undercooked chicken sandwiches here. I had hoped it would be a one time thing, but its looking like a reoccurring issue.

It was great experience and provide great service . Food was fresh cooked . Female employees are provide a very good service and smiling while taking my order.

We had chicken from here twice before and it was absolutely great, but yesterday we got a 3 piece spicy chicken combo and a regular 2 piece chicken combo and, to say the least, it was disappointing. The spicy chicken tasted like it had gone bad and the regular chicken tasted as though it had been sitting for a very long time. So disappointing after having good chicken from here previously.

Always forget part of my order and it is drive through so I can t do anything about it without wasting more time. They always take forever to get food. Not fast food and dont expect to get what you order

I ordered a very simple order not to difficult to remember what it is just 5 peices of chicken a side of mashed potatoes and a large drink. I was then told no I had to.order one of the meal boxes and I then was told if I did order 5 peices of chicken Id have to pay for an extra drink. I had to tell the lady just put 5 separate peices of chicken on the till and add the side and drink. I shouldnt of had to be charged for 2 drinks when I asked for one. This location clearly has lack of training and no means of customer service either I wont be returning

I ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and I got a half filled box with three tiny chicken strips and a warm biscuit that I didnt order I wanted bone in pieces of breaded chicken just like every human LoL... They took over 15 minutes and we were 1 of 3 customers in that time period. They have a drive thru but it was just too order and pay then you have to pull out front. And WAIT.... When my food finally came out I was upset about strips over pieces of chicken but I was hungry and didnt care then I realized the genius/manager forgot my sauces So they wanted me to have dry strips too Just a bad experience the food was tasty but all wrong and with my friends chicken sandwich the order was 30$ almost. I went to McDonalds right after and finished eating had 2 McDoubles and a cheeseburger. I was hungry for real chicken got the shaft!!! Booooooooooo

Staff was friendly and courteous which is why I gave it two stars. Food was okay. Nothing special. The chicken was super greasy and the biscuit, which I look forward to was dry. The mashed potatoes taste like they came from a box but the fries were good. Bonus points for giving a good amount of napkins! I really was hoping it would be great but when it comes to fried chicken we might just stick with Mary Browns and KFC.

Every time i go to this location they always mess up my drive thru order. It is very inconvenient to go back and correct their mistakes since they don t deliver! Maybe check your drive thru microphone and headphones so staff can hear better or train your people properly!

Service is very poor here, had previous issues with barely any fries and poor quality chicken which I ve never experienced at another Popeyes. As well the food takes long and order is always missing something. Today I tried to give it another chance and they stated they would not take mobile coupons off their own website. This was our first ever experience in Popeyes. It was in Fergus Ontario. Staff were pleasant. We found the food was awesome. Great price. My fear was that the food would be too spicey, but the gal that waited on us assured me it would not, she was right. Great exerience. Loved it.

Horrible. 4 people working. 1 guy cooking everything , 3 girls front. 1 is in a tank top with her gut hanging out, no body can figure out the orders , its not very busy. This place is a disaster

Sevice time has much improved. From 2 months ago when I waited 50 minutes for a 10 pc and watched 7 people who ordered after me receive there meal before me.

The employee was very polite and service was quick. The minute we parked, we can smell the Popeyes in the air, which I loved. We have lost that smell at our nearby Popeyes that we frequent. So this was a breath of fresh air for me haha.

Wife and I where in last nite and had the 2can eat for $16 . Yous had just made a fresh batch and we were so disappointed because it tasted like you had fried the chicken and biscuits in pure salt. Definitely the worst meal we have ever had and we try a lot of chicken. Never want popeyes again. If you keep that up everyone that has ate there will have high blood pressure or a stroke. That is rediculous how salt it was. No Thanks for anymore.

Classic situation. My experience has been a one star every time I ve gone. Based on the length of time you have to wait for your food and poor management, I don t see this location being here for any longer than a year from now. The writing is on the wall and I m sure ownership knows it. Cut your losses, file for bankruptcy, and move on to an industry that suits you. Bon voyage!

Asked me to pull up so I did. 15 minutes after waiting in the parking lot the staff member didn t even walk all the way out of the door before deciding to go back in and put my food on the counter. I went in after another 10 minutes later and just handed me the food. It was cold and didn t offer to make me something fresh.

First and last time at Popeyes. I ve heard it was good so when I was passing through and saw this location I stopped to try it. The service was fine and the dinning room clean. The chicken, fries and biscuit could have been cooked an hour before I ordered. The biscuit was hard, the fries and chicken dried up. Very disappointing. It wasn t even worth eating.

The chicken was really good! The one negative and was pretty disappointed was the fact I got a 3 piece combo and 2 were drums. Generally when I go to other chicken places (kfc Mary browns) they will give 1 large piece one like medium sized then 1 drum. Idk whatever could have just been a mistake or something. I ll still go back again.

Ordered 9 chicken tender combo. (4:40pm Sunday) after what seemed to be a really long wait... 40 Minutes. My name was called and as it turns out my order was given to a different Kevin that had ordered something completely different. That mix up was quickly fixed, and I was on my way. When I got my meal back to my house.. Fries werent cooked. think mash potatoes in fries form. Im going to attribute this to newly opened jitters. Was disappointed with my first visit. Hope I have better luck next time.

Why is there only one race of people being hired here? Odd to say the least. Anyway, long wait, person who ordered a bit after me leaves store before me even having larger order. My order has pink uncooked chicken and soggy unedible fries. Sure wont be back! Lol!

Pretty sure the wicked shrimp platter gave me a touch of food poisoning. I have filed a report with public health. Ate on Saturday night late and by early Sunday morning had all the symptoms: nausea, bloating, sour stomach, intestinal pain. Not saying 100% it was Popeyes food but 2+2=4 not 3
