Best Swiss chalet experience I ve had in years. Can t say enough about the welcoming staff and hospitality.

I really enjoyed having my lunch here. They were very quick, the waitress was great, and the quarter chicken dinner I had tasted delicious.

This is one of the better Swiss Chalets. I can only rate it a 4 because the mens washroom has not had hot water for several months. That is unacceptable. Otherwise I would rate it a 5.

Ordered food online at least 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrived on time (not early) to pick it up was met with a rude and unfriendly welcome from staff, then had to wait for another 15 minutes for food to be prepared - my order had not even been started. I will not be returning.

We were pleasantly surprised at this location. This is now our favorite Swiss Chalet. The service was great and the food was on point and hot.

Worst place ever! Went to order a meal for my wife and I and was told there was no chicken cooked , had to wait for 1 hour! Close your establishment if you can t do better than that! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Amazing service today from Shaun, Omar and all of the wonderful girls. Everyone was super helpful. We didn t know which sour cream to choose for our pierogis so Omar let us have both! Food was delicious.

I am sharing on behalf of my neighbours, Sally Ramsay and Dale Allen. These ladies came in for lunch, each enjoying chicken and caesar salad, when a crouton became lodged in Dales throat. They tell me that the staff were quick to respond with action, helping Dale to remain calm while they got her water to help flush the crouton out, and called for paramedics. With the help of a glass of warm water to soften the crouton, she was able to clear her throat just moments before the paramedics arrived. They assessed her and found her vitals to be stable and she declined to be taken to the hospital. These ladies would like offer sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff for their quick handling of the situation and care, and as well to the paramedics for their prompt response to what was a very frightening experience for them both.

Food was mostly good. Chicken skin wasnt crispy like other Swiss locations. They use Harvey failure fries. Service was super slow. Ordered online and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I would rather go to a real Swiss restaurant

Be careful of this place. I placed an order online through the app and paid for it with a gift card I received at Christmas. About 10 minutes after I ordered, I received a phone call saying that there was a system error and my order didn t go through. The problem, they wanted to redo my order and didn t have my gift card information. Of course, I had already cut up the card and threw it into my garbage. Absolutely no help from the person I spoke to. So now I m sifting through a dirty old garbage can try to get my $50.00 back. Completely unacceptable.

Enjoyed both ribs n chicken, but the fries could be improved greatly as for the bun well tastes processed looks processed, no texture at all as for price is what it is tad high

Pathetic portions. My dinner roll was bigger than my chicken and the mashed potatoes were not much more than 2 small spoonfuls.

Young counter staff who took my order and served me was very polite and efficient. Made we feel important as a customer. Food was great, as always, when I visit this location. Ill return for sure. Parking: Its tight but workable. Needs new lines painted.

Really good place to go

Our family ate here on a Sunday night and left feeling embarrassed for ourselves and the establishment. We ordered the family meal that was posted as a special on the board and there seemed to be no problem, we paid, were give and number and some cutlery and told they would bring the food to our table. Fast forward a few minutes and there is unintelligible screaming coming from the kitchen area. A manager (Owner?) is very bluntly accosting one of the nice young people that served us. She then comes out to our table and rudely accuses us of ordering the wrong item for dine-in - there was nothing posted saying the family meal was not for dine-in. After the berating we received from her she tells us that she ll allow us to eat the meal there and leaves. A few mini later a young staff member appears and gives us a take away bag with the food and then quickly grabs all the cutlery and says sorry you can t eat here . I explain to him that the manager did say we could eat there and that they were to bring plates etc but those never materialized. Horrible service and mediocre food. Lots of better options in Fergus.

Great service and food! Staff polite and brought the food to the table. They also checked in to see how things were and if they could do anything more for us. Clean and pleasant place.

Food was okay, just terrible value. Im a small guy and to spend 25 bucks plus on take out and still be hungry afterwards! maybe it was the 8 bucks plus for a ceaser salad.

They couldnt figure out a gift card. Refused to take it because they couldnt get it to work and damaged the card in the process. Then handed out to wrong order. Always issues with this location. Usually staff related issues

Stone Rd location has really picked up their quality thank goodness. I usually go to the Woodlawn location because of food poisoning twice at stone Rd location a few years back. I decided to give them another chance and they are much better. Chicken cooked through now. Infant seem to get the whole wheat buns anymore??

Usually, a great experience with curbside pick-up; this last time, their computer system wasnt working so I waited for 25 minutes for my food and no one brought it out or even seemed to know I was waiting. Ill chalk it up to a glitch this time.

$35 spent on my meal. I came to Swiss chalet for the world famous fries. Arrived home to find they substituted them with Harveys fries. I threw out my meal. Thanks for stealing my money.

Placed an order yesterday at noon to pick up an order for 3:35pm went to get it but l still had to wait another 15min restaurant was not busy l asked why it wasnt ready he said he was busy and forgot there were 5 people working 2 on there phones store not busy this is the second time that I placed an order earlier to pick up and l had to wait that time as well l think management should be looking into why order are not ready when placed for a certain time

We placed an order for almost $95.00. We came home from picking it up my husband had no French fries, ribs were so tough I threw them out couldnt even chew it. No chocolates or coupon no dressing for Ceasar salad. So very disappointed. This is the second this has happened. So sad because we love Swiss Chalet .

Finding it hard to order by phone now. Their answering services is out of country and English is not the spoken language. Took 20 minutes to get the order made??? We were at the restaurant by the time we placed the order and had to wait 10 minutes to pick up. Kind of defeats call ahead! Also why do we spend $35 and get a $10 coupon that you have to spend $40 to use? It costs an extra $15 to save $10 by the time you add something to make up the difference.

Ordered one quarter chicken diner and the chicken piece were so small, even smaller than the bun that came with the order. I dont know from where they are getting this much smaller chickens? I saw that many other customers also complained about the same issue and the owner acknowledge those. Still they are doing the same. Never order from this shop again and never recommend to anyone. Waste of money

My family and I are new to the area and we have eaten at this swiss chalet 3 or 4 times now and each time the food has been terrific as well as the service.

Sadly one of my favourite chains seems to be having a hard time with this place. The potatoes arrived always seeming old and reheated from days before, instructions for the chicken to be well done was never followed. It seemed like management was good but was having trouble with the staff listening.

Was pretty bad, food came to us cold. Seems like they use frozen food and microwave it. The staff was decently nice despite our complaints

Its a meh experience. Food quality has changed a fair bit over the last year, not in a good way.

We were met by a girl at the cash wearing a hoodie and not having a clue about how to order what we wanted she did not put the cu for drinks on the counter so we did not get it. All in all not a pleasant experience and we will not be back due to this our lunch was $51.00 we expect more if the girl is new then say that and we would understand a little

I ordered 2 Festive Specials for takeout. I live 20kms from the Fergus Harveys. The 1/4 chicken in both meals were very small, not even close to what we normally get. Very disappointed and we live too far away to return it. It was nowhere near the value we paid

Had the roast beef. It was mostly fat . It was horrible. Threw most of it out.

This was a combined Harveys and Swiss chalet.

Ordered from here several times and the food is always cold. Dealt with a lot of rude employees as well. So disappointing.

Incredible!! No matter the time or season. This location is always on point. Everything from the temperature of the food to the kindness and professionalism of there staff. Wow. Such amazement how this crew operates. These guys and gals need to teach other franchises how to operate. We come from Hamilton to go up North to Sauble and always stop in because of the freshness and always hot and great service. From the fries to the sauce the chicken ..... you get the drift Keep on keepin on. Head office should give y all an award I d give you guys a 8 star rating out 5. Thank you for all you do. Screwed the order up again. We ordered a Harveys chicken sandwich and they tried to gives a quarter chicken dinner. Not sure how a chicken sandwich gets confused with a quarter chicken. But hey I guess we cant all be geniuses. Everytine I go to Swiss chalet the order is always wrong

Portions are extremely small 1/4 chicken equals 4bits. What happened over the last few years is portions get smaller every year. Mary browns,popeyes and KFC here we come. I will never buy swiss chalet again. You are lucky I gave u 1 star ,u dont even deserve that.

Ordered 2 quarter chicken dinners, a chicken club wrap dinner with a poutine, and 15 chicken wings. The quarter chicken pieces were smaller than the baked potatoe, asked for gravy with the poutine, only received cheese curds, and a side of chalet sauce. Not impressed at all.

Today i ordered Rotisserie Chicken Club Wrap. At 1712hrs and picked it up at 1727hrs. Wrap was COLD. It felt like it came directly out of fridge. I didnt met the manager because of the pandemic.

Frustrating. Slowest cashier ever and she did not even give us what we ordered. Swiss Chalet is generally good service. But not here.

Insanely slow service. Food was fine, but dealing with the cashiers was a struggle, food was 25 mins late from the time it said on the app. Will just go to Guelph or something next time

The restaurant is shared with Harveys. Swiss Chalet items were brought to the table on a plate. We got great service. The place was busy.

Not a Swiss Chalet that youre used to. Very small. Take out setting. Halved with a Harveys fast food location. Food is not of a sit down SC restaurant. If your in a pinch in that area, maybe a place to eat.

Very good. Excellent burgers, with instant preparation and unlimited drinks.
