Great wings. Mediocre apps and horrible burgers

Bought the maverk whitch is 5lbs of wings and the wings are so small looks like at most 3 lbs. if that .the cost was over 100.00 . Never again will I go here .I am ok with spending money on good sized wings but this place is not it . Also bought a chicken ceaser wrap that did not even take up half the take out box...what the hell wild wings .... what a waist of money..very disappointed.

I guess things are just better in Fergus. Best wild wing I have been in a long time. Very timely service and the wings were perfect and crisp. Definitely enjoyed!

This is absolutely the worst place with the one waitress walking by us five times and never asking if we needed anything we had to end up asking for a manager to serve us on top of that food came out cold we were sat in front of a door where we were freezing all night long and in the end we make complaints we never got any type of discount this part is utterly the worst bar in Fergus to ever go to I would not suggest anyone eating unless they want. If you want to sit in a bar and not get served have food thats ice cold this is the bar for you but if you want to enjoy a nice warm meal with your family or with your friends and watch some sports I suggest going to another bar cuz this is absolutely the worst bar

Live wings n poutine

I normally don t complain, and to be honest the server I had was really sweet and she did a great job. The food tasted great and it came out quickly. But I m annoyed that this location chose to not only not participate in the 25th anniversary all you can eat wings but also that the staff was not properly informed they weren t taking part and she was told to offer us single pound of wings with 5 extra for free instead of the all you can eat deal. Look I get it that it s a franchise and they are allowed to opt out of deals. And that s no issue, I just would ve preferred just being told they weren t participating vs being offered an almost insulting offer in its place lol. Like I like the food and I m there anyways. But I will likely call and ask about specials before coming moving forward. The owners should consider either doing the advertised offers or just don t participate at all.

There is one specific bar tender/server at this location who is AMAZING, she is so attentive to customers, she is kind and shes a real hustler! Wish I knew her name but I always tell her how much I appreciate her service, everytime!!! Food here is good! Love the deep friend pickles and cauliflower too!! Great place to watch the games, hopefully their system is back up and running so they figured out the sound situation. Update found out her name, its Monica! Shes the best.

This place has friendly servers and really good food. Ive been to this restaurant a few times now and have enjoyed myself every time.

Theres so much negative about here that I dont think I could fit it in here. To sum it up, HORRIBLY slow service. My family was one of the only customers, and just to order our food, was 20 minutes. Didnt get drinks for 25 minuted after ordering them. To get our food was another 30 minutes. Never had utensils brought out, had to ask for them. Food was made wrong. Food was literally cold. Cheese was frozen on poutine. No change table in the bathroom. Very poor quality food for the price we paid. Wouldnt recommend.

Not a very busy night yet it took an hour to get 2 orders of wings and one of the orders was wrong. Cannot recommend this location.

Great food, great drinks, great vibes. Everything was great! The only thing I have to say that kept it a 4 star and not a 5 star was the amount of fruit flies we had to shoo away. Idk if it had to do with the fact that we had sweet drinks (I had a Cosmo), or if we where just too close to the kitchen, but it was a bit annoying food was great tho and our server was fantastic!

Took very long time to get the food and it wasnt even busy food was cold slow service kinda sucked

Took our U7 hockey team here after a long day at the rink. We ended up watching countless other tables getting their food as we sat for 2+ hours with 15 hungry six year olds. After a couple families canceled their food and the manager refused to talk to anyone the waitress was fairly rude. Like the restaurant treating us like our business was an inconvenience somehow made her angry at us. I wouldnt suggest this restaurant for larger parties as they dont seem to have the ability to handle them. Needless to say they seem to be poorly managed. I feel sorry for their employees and hope they didnt make the waitress pay for the managers poor management strategies. I would suggest hiring a manager with some hospitality instead of cowardly hiding in the kitchen. Kid-friendliness: From my experience its not kid friendly at all.

Stopped by for a drink and a meal, granted place was busy but seemed to be well staffed, just not well trained staff. If youre going to make a paycheck in the service industry, then service is the key.

Been wanting to try this restaurant out for the last 6 months. Finally got to tonight. Got there just before 10pm on Easter Sunday. Shocked they were even open. Walked in hoping for take out. The waitress says I m sorry we just shut the kitchen down as it was really slow. Guess what I understood as I worked in the restaurant industry for well over 20 years. But within a minute a young gentleman came up and said were you looking for take out? Yes I was. He then told the young lady I make her some food whatever she orders, she working right know. Yes I am as I m working the night shift. Showed up with my work truck and seen I was in uniform. My food was ready fast and delicious The fries amazing Wings so good. The staff that was on absolutely amazing thank you.

Service was prompt and friendly, drinks cane quickly, server got everything correct and was amazingly friendly. Id go there again

The food was awesome and the service was even better! The waitress never let my drink go dry, and i was there for a Leaf game. Needless to say she was very busy. I look forward to going back!

Amazing! Called in at 10:50 right before closing, and they accommodated us for wings. Thank God, because what they didnt know was thier was a pregnant wife sitting at home with a sudden unexpected craving for wings at the worst possible time! Thank you Wild Wings!

Great food, atmosphere and service

Food was delicious, good service, fast time to get our meal. I will eat here many more times! The only thing I found this place could improve on was the tidyness of the bathrooms. I didnt have soap in the one bathroom, which was kind of grungy tbh and the other bathroom I went to wash my hands in had a auto hand sensor feeder out the bottom but wasnt mounted on the wall... it was sitting on the counter. I know its nit picking, but it would of got 5 stars on the atmosphere if it was cleaner is all

I had the wings, cauliflower bites and deep fried pickles, everything was great tasting, service was awesome and we got to see the cool birthday robot in action lol.

Great wings good onions rings. Very very pricey 113 for 2 pitchers of beer and 2 pounds of wings and a jalapeño poper side that was before tip.

Staff is always positive, friendly, and prompt. Food is outstanding!

Ordered take out and the service was great but the food was terrible. Over $100 in wings and every one of them dry and overcooked. Really upsetting as we have ordered from here before and never had an issue.

I am still here 20 mins and just got served a drink. I asked if the Bills game could be put on as it is a local sports bar. Still no Bills game. I seldom go out for a game and will not be returning and in fact will tell others not to come.

When we got there at 9pm, we were quickly informed that they were planning on closing early that Saturday evening. Though we found it odd, we decided to stay. Wings were fabulous and definitely plan on going back. The trio garlic were to die for. I would definitely recommend if youre in the mood for wings! Maybe just dont go too late to refraine from being asked to leave

Will not return, not welcoming. Was not asked if I wanted anything while I waited for take out after I waited to be acknowledged. Food was crappie, no name wings are a step up. Shame on Wind Wings first and last visit .

If you like wings this is the best place to go. Never been disappointed from then other then forcing fries with the wings... I just want wings and veggies!!

Really excited for this place to open back up. If your looking for a sports bar to go to in the fergus area this is the place to go. Great Service with cold beer and a sizeable menu.

best meal ive had for a long time mostly thanks to the server jackie who kept my drink full. she would actually pour it while i was drinking to make sure I could keep refreshed. at some points she held my beer for me so i could hold my fork and knife. The effeciency and work ethic was awesome!

Visited this location with my family on Tuesday on the way home from seeing my son at school. Our server Jackie was very attentive and efficient. She had a smile as well as a great attitude throughout our entire meal. The wings and fries were a hit, I would definitely recommend a meal here to anyone passing through.

We had a wonderful experience at wild wing the other day! Jackie was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal, she really made our dinner one to remember! Will definitely be coming back for her to serve us again!

Was here last week and was served by Jackie outstanding service. We were celebrating my cousins birthday and Jackie was amazing she sang happy birthday and proceeded to moon walk like Mj while bringing her wings, she even stuck some candles in her Buffalo wings to make us feel better about not getting her a cake this year.

Horrible! Waited 50 minutes for a 1/2 rack of ribs...came cold, sent it back, came back just as cold...hamburger barely edible... Felt bad for the waitress if I could give her alone 5 stars I would but this restaurant is garbage!

Unbelievable staff arsh is the best kitchen personnel you could ask for and the waiters are the best

2 stars for the wings only, they were good. A full dinner (supposed to serve 2ppl) had a grand total of 4 tiny carrot and celery sticks. 2 of ea. Seriously?!? The fries portion was fair size but the bonus fly that crawled out from under didnt help. I called the restaurant repeatedly for a half hour before giving up. Nobody answers the phone and voicemail not even set up. Poor effort all around.

Went in to order takeout was ignored for a solid 5 minutes. Got someone and then instead of placing my order and dealing with me they left me to help other people and get payment from other people, then proceed to cash out the person behind me needless to say I walked out and will never ever spend another dime at this location. If they were packed I d have understood to a point but this was a complete failure at customer service

The wings are always good and fast service! Usually we do takeout but the last few times we dined in and were happy with the selection. Beers are always cold! One thing we noticed is the cleanliness of the dining room (floors, bottoms of tables, etc) was lacking and the bathrooms were disgusting.

They never answer the phone. We went to go several times calling ahead because we live in mount Forest. And every time we call there is never an answer. So we don t go to that one.

Yummy wings

I was very disgusted at my most recent visit to Wild Wing. I thought, due to Covid, the restaurant would be kept in a clean, very sanitary condition but it was the complete opposite. We went for dinner and the restaurant wasn t busy yet none of the tables were clean and the floors were dirty and full of fries. The original table we chose was so filthy with old food, dust, sticky floors and dead bugs on the window sill. We seriously thought about leaving but we decided just to relocate as we had two hungry small kids and were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. For our kids we required high chairs which were covered in food and dirt even though we asked them clean them we went over them with our own baby wipes as they were still dirty. Not to mention they don t have a change table in their washrooms either. The food was not bad which is why they got 1 star but even though we ordered 4lbs of wings they only provided 1 small carrot stick and 1 small celery stick per pound. I would not attend this location for dine in again.

Friendly service

Our first time trying wild wing (takeout). We ordered 2lb wings, fish and chips and a burger and fries. Wings were kinda soggy but edible. Much better wings can be found at the Brewhouse. Really skimpy on the fries with the fish n chips and burger. My son wouldnt finish the burger as he didnt like it. It seemed more like a fast food burger than a pub style burger. I doubt we will be back . We werent impressed for $75

Chicken wings are good, but everything else on the menu is meh. I ordered fish and chips and just got a way overcooked piece of fish (no fries) and a single, tiny tarter sauce container, no lemon or anything. When you arrive to pickup takeout, theres *always* three women there staring at a computer screen ignoring you for a solid 2 minutes. A waste of $60 unless you just want wings.

If theres is one Wild Wings in Canada that deserves 5 stars it is the one in Fergus Ontario. It gets a sixth star from me when we are served by Diane! These wings are amazingly prepped and served. Great job!

Waited well over an hour for food, washrooms were disgusting.

I love the food and the staff here. It is a wonderful place, one of the better wild wings out there. However, it would be a good idea for them to keep track of their social media details and the accuracy of them. Their google listing had them set to open until 12am. I drove all the way from Belwood only to find out that thats incorrect and they close at 11. I arrived at 10:50, so my trip was a complete waste and i went home hungry.

Great wings for a very busy opening night, while I was there lots of orders went out and the staff was polite the whole time. Clean and orderly restaurant, hope to be back and dine in when able to eventually.

Even on the busiest day of the year Super Bowl Sunday they managed to maintain their ready by estimate and the food was labeled between the different sauces clearly and the staff are nice clearly management has trained the staff to franchise standard Food prepared to standard 10/10 Staff 10/10 Parking at location 10/10 Walkway maintained 10/10 Social distance markings on floor and distance between two tills 10/10 Would I get takeout from them again yes I would welcome to Fergus

Bad customer service, unfriendly management.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The only reason for the 4 stars and not five is because they had plastic straws. Food was great. Our server made me her first Cosmo which she executed perfectly.

Picked up take out last night. Couldnt get through on their phone to place the order so had to go to the restaurant and then return (again) an hour later to pick up. Food was hot but the wings were way over cooked, swimming in sauce and one of us had a burger that was supposed to be beef but didnt taste like it... it tasted awful - obviously cooked from frozen with some kind of beef filler. This franchise is consistent with other Wild Wings locations in terms of their food quality. Safe to say we wont be back.

Great food but pricey for the amount you just get. The portions are perfect sizing for finishing up but the prices are high for the amount. Our servers were good mostly even tho they messed up several times (didnt bring everything we ordered, etc)

Went to wildwings fergus it was awful!!! My chicken tenders were dry and overcooked!!! Gravy for fries was cold! Everything left after taste..Disgusting will never be back!

Great food, great service

This was the 3rd time ordering wings from this location (we have ordered from Waterloo and Guelph). First 2 the wings werent cooked enough and very fatty. 3rd time we called an hour ahead and requested well done. Unfortunately they were still under cooked and fatty. 3 strikes youre out.

Wings were good, we ordered mozzarella sticks a couple times and for some reason they serve this horrendous, tangy sauce that goes with it. At wild wing they usually have their spaghetti western sauce on the side which is a tangy marinara but this is NOT marinara, I ve confirmed when I ve called that it s a marinara sauce they assure me it is, but I can guarantee you that, this is not marinara sauce. Just fix this sauce issue and you guys should get all 5 star reviews

Wings and Battered pickles were good....a little pricey but food was good.

Ordered online for the first time. Order pickup was ready when I got there, wings were tasty (very saucy) and the dry rubs were great. Happy with order, will order again.

Great food and great service. You should definitely come on out Tuesday nights from 7 to 9 if you ride. There is a bike night every Tuesday night.

Horrible experience! Payed $50 for two meals while the table next to us got drunker and louder! Worst thing of all was that one of the waitresses was a friend sitting with them and not stopping them. They were busy and short staffed but still good service and food. Wing flavors are the best. Nice to be able to sub salad for fries. Many places do not do that.

Not clean at all. Sat at bar and a person left a couple of seats down and no one cleaned the counter when he left. Full of crumbs and finger prints. Food was cold. Need to do better cleaning during this time of COVID.

Sat there for 10 + min after seating ourselves, no one came to see us, 2 servers sitting in a booth together chatting, we just left left. No one noticed us come or leave and there were only about 12 guests. Very disappointing.

Not following COVID protocols. People who was seated on the outside table for at least 20 mins. no mask as allowed, but when they decided to change tables, someone else was seated to that table without sanitizing it. Very slow service also.

How many unvaccinated people are there in Fergus? A lot according to the number of people who walked in and out while me wife and I enjoyed our meal. Im surprised at all the options on the menu for a sports bar. Our meal was good, served hot in a timely manner. The waitress was pleasant. Ill go here again.

The only thing Wild here was the inconsistencies in the size of chicken wing... seems like crumby little dive bars seem to get all the big wings...
