Vegetable quality is fine. Seem to be a burden on them to make a pita. Flooded the pita with sauce, and wrap ripped and wasn’t folded in tightly so just fell apart and the toasted pita wasn’t even toasted for 10 sec so just fell apart. Wont be going back tried 3 times last 6 months and just sucks
Don’t bother with the gluten free pita. They won’t ask if it’s an allergy and put your meat on with everyone’s else’s then serve you a rock hard pita.
I do love Pita Pit, I would consider it one of my favourite restaurants although this location did not hit the mark for me. The avocado was brown, and the lettuce was wilted. It seemed dirty to me, and my wrap was folded over, not even wrapped tightly. The service was mediocre. Would I come back here? No. Do I think they need to maintain their front better and not put out brown and wilted food? Yes. I would not be come back here.
Never been to this location before, but everything was great!! Got the small Buffalo chicken pita. Usually when getting pitas I find that one bite is all lettuce, another is all sauce, and then the meat is another. But the ladies did a great job and I got a little bit of everything in each bite!!
The past 2 or 3 times I've given this place a chance the lady working there has been super unpleasant. She makes it seem like you're a burden coming in and making her do her job. Wraps are commonly torn, not prepared very well and pretty slim options for vegetables. This place used to be good a few years ago when different people were running it.. shame
We went on a Friday afternoon when there were no customers other than us there. The staff ignored us for quite some time, then made our food incorrectly while repeatedly wiping their nose on their sleeve - it was the last time we’ll go there.
Unfortunately I would like to say it was busy which would possibly offer an excuse, not the case. The server was on a headset speaking on the phone the whole time she was assembling the order. As requested we indicated what we would prefer on our pita only to be ignored and assembled without preferences. It was hard to establish that we were not in conversation with the server at first. All tables required clean up. Would not recommend this location.
Dinning room dirty vegetable look about to expire and the server refused to get tzatziki sauce from the back. Never returning to this pita pit

The person running the store can t understand how to use the POS system to add the pita pit app rewards neither can add stuff to certain pita s. Needs to be trained a lot more!
Rarely have gluten free pitas in stock. Woodlawn location always has them available, aswell as more topping options.
Completely horrible experience going to this place all their vegetables were empty and condiments without refilling . I don t know if it s being cheap or laziness of changing bins but I m paying money for this and felt like a complete rip off .
The new owners of this location would be wise to stop stealing from customers in terms of shrinking their portions/using wrong ingredients.(in my case, switching chicken from the original type and using a cheap alternative. These are their larger Costs may have gone up, but $15 each? Give me a break. This isnt acceptable. Ive attached a picture with a key for scale.

Prior to new ownership. This place was kept very clean. Now, theres obvious signs that the floors arent swept and mopped everyday,if once a month based on the dirt on certain areas of the floor. Theres also other signs of other areas not being kept clean. And Im scared to think of how the back room is kept or cleaned where the prep work is all done. If they cant keep it clean in the common areas, their definitely not in other areas the public dont see. WILL NOT BR RETURNING!
The first clue should have been the filthy door waking in. We were greeted by no one. 1 minute later a young lady walked out and took our order. Pita was old as it fell apart while we ate it, but aside from the brown looking lettuce all the toppings looked OK. My husband had a regular Ceasars pita and I had a regular vegi no drinks $24.75. There were no other people in the place, but every table was dirty. The floors were filthy and windows dirty and tiles falling off the walls. The one person working disappeared after we were served. We did not venture into the washrooms. Will not be back

Great place, but they had no Taziki sauce. That is a staple for a pita. Need to have a backup solution.
Update and changing to a 1 star. Ive been at the FERGUS location twice in the past 30 days to use my Birthday points but the scanning system was down, and no one can figure out how to accommodate the usage of the reward points. I called the store today - of course, the system is still down and my points expire tonight. I wont be back. Visited August 14 around 2:30. Im stating the day/time, so the manager can determine who the girl was, on shift with absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude, made our pathetic looking pitas, barked orders to the guy on staff (Eric) and then went to the back room while he did the rest of the work and dealt with the other customers. He was courteous, an extremely hard worker and the only saving grace to this visit.
$13 For a falafel wrap that was poorly made with no passion or care whatsoever. Falafels were not cooked properly, and wrap was not wrapped up very tightly or properly and completely fell apart leaving a big mess all over my table and floor. Thanks for nothing. I ve never had such a disappointment from any other Pita Pits that I ve been to across Canada
It s an actual shame that as one of the few healthy takeout places in the area that the service & quality is this terrible. Having a personal phone call on your AirPods while working is seriously not ok. Alongside the inappropriate workplace etiquette, the customer service here is beyond horrible & my pita was severely falling apart. Won t be returning & I thoroughly won t look forward to the copy & paste response that every bad AND good review gets. Pathetic.
I wish this location was better but they do a poor job putting the pitas together. Sauce all to one side, and too much of it usually. The bread will often be ready to fall apart and often my pita will already have a hole or two in it as soon as I unwrap it. Combine that with the excessive sauce and it is a real mess to eat.
The service was terrible and the store is filthy dirty !! The bins of toppings looked gross I won t go back to this location

Love it, but a few times I have gone in for a Rice bowl in the evening and they have had no rice. They have even told me they have thrown it out before. I would like to suggest they throw it out after there closed in future.

We went there for the first time today and we were greeted nicely. Very friendly staff and Excellent customer service. Pitas were fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

I showed up Saturday at 11am to pick up a dozen of pitas and there was only one young lady who was just amazing to deal with. She was so calm and sweet and a very hard worker. Pitas were delicious.

Upon my first visit to Pita pit, I had the pleasure meeting the beautiful owner. I say beautiful because she is both inside and out. We were looking for vegan and gluten free options, both the owner and the lady at the cash were very nice in helping us get exactly what we needed. The pitas were both fresh and delicious. We ate in the car and I returned when they were closing for another.... she just gave it to me!!!! Such kindness! I would highly recommend this Pita pit for freshness and taste and feel good customer service!

The Shawarma is good and the staff is super nice and welcoming. Seriously, you must add Tahini to your souce list.

Very tasty food. But disappointing service. I ordered and paid online in advance - but staff didnt see the order, and only started preparing it when I arrived and asked them about it. In their rush they made mistakes with the order. So for us, ordering ahead of time online was a waste of time.

We think Famida who owns this place is a very caring and friendly young woman. She recognizes us and knows exactly what our choice would be. We would highly recommend this place with gratitude and appreciation.

The pitas are awesome, but dont get a smoothie. I paid $5.99 for.a raspberry smoothie and it was runny. All I could taste was pineapple juice. Really disappointed as I have purchased smoothies at yougen fruz and they are to die for.
Always great and fresh. Ordered today from door dash and they ran out of ginger al cans so they sent me a bottle instead with a note apologizing! Great customer service :)

Chicken shawarma barely has any chicken in it. No shawarma sauce in here either. Doesnt taste anything like it. Beef brisket bowl barely has any beef. This is absurd. Wont be back. $10 for a bunch of vegetables.

Customer service here is never great, went in tonight on Halloween and the girl with blonde hair was beyond disrespectful. Yelling about her other coworkers and not friendly at all. I truly feel terrible for the girl that was working with her because it clearly she didn t know what to say back herself.
When you sign says closed at 7 this means you take customers till 7 every time I have been there close to closing all lights are out and no one can be seen.
I usually don t post reviews but I must say that every pita places I have been to out of all this one is the far best pita I ve had. Also try their rice bowl & pita chips which is super delicious as well. Not to forget their customer service is par excellence and such friendly staff!
I have been to many pita pit locations and this one is always the cleanest. Love the food here! Its always fresh no matter what day of the week or time of day you visit. Staff are friendly and service is always quick.

Every time I have visited this location Ive experienced problems. The last time I was there, I ordered a simple product on the menu board and the womab took 5 minutes to punch in what I ordered. When I clarified my order she then said that they didnt have the products in stock to make it. Will not waste my time going back there.
Best Pita Pit location! Ive been here many times and the customer service is always fantastic. The store is super clean. The pitas are delicious and my favourite has to be their fresh Pita chips and smoothies. I would recommend everyone to check this place if in the area.

Clean nice looking location. Been here a few times. Always get the chicken Caesar pita large with double meat. Gf always gets the gyro pita. Only complaint is they are chincy with the toppings and I always have to ask for more. When you are already paying over $13 for a large with double meat, you should get lots of toppings.

employees were rude, barley took my order. Treated me with zero respect. Frozen yogurt is a huge rip off!! $8 for a container that was 2/3 full. The price would be steep even if it was full, but it wasn t. At all.

Usually has everything you are looking for except for the oldest of ingredients. The staff are always helpful although it it sometimes hard to find someone for help in the isles.

best pita pit. ever. Great food and even greater service. I am actually in love with the one shift supervisor there. My pitas will never be the same. ALWAYS try the Chicken Crave, you will not be disappointed. Also, pita chips? cmon those are amazing.
