Love this Subway. The ladies are always very nice. I usually order ahead on the app and it s always ready on time with no issues.

One Time they didnt have bread, couple times they didnt have lettuce. Employees always look tired and couple times i went around 7pm in weekdays and there was same lady, both time she had frowned face, as if because of me she had to do more work, she didnt say anything but you can tell from the negative energy and her look. Not good vibes. Remember the energy that makes your food also affects you as you eat it. Go acroos the town to other subway, at least you will not be served with negative energy sandwich.

Unreal how they skip out on our subs through doordash every single time. Ask for double meat on my sub and they give me the normal order. Sucks I order food for everyone here just to get half a sub bun for myself and 6 pieces of meat for 25 bucks lol Never been a big fan of subway and will not be back.

What happened to the subway on park side??? The lady that used to be there everyday was amazing and made the best subs now all you get is a wrong order because a grilled sub with custom toppings just gets made the way it comes because I guess they can t read.

I walked in and ordered a sub. Half a second before I tapped my card to pay the kid behind the counter slapped a tip without my permission and threw out he receipt before I could see it. I only found out later when I looked at my visa statement, almost $16 for a sub? Crooks. Thats the last time I ever buy a sub from here.

Worst subway experience ever. Walked in to get my usual double meat Italian BMT, first time at this location. The kid kept looking in the back, as if he wanted someone else to make the order. They didnt have the Italian Herb bread that I wanted. The kid was messy, dirty, and looked disheveled, with his mask hanging below his nose, while sniffling. I actually mentioned to him, if youre going to wear the mask, at least pull it up above your nose. His response was unbelievable. Im triple vaxxed, you worry about you, and Ill worry about me. I left the sub, and the store, and will never be back at this location. What an embarrassment to your Subway Brand.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Two works, standing there talking while I am waiting for my order to be made. It took them 15 minutes to make 2 subs.

Cash only when I went last time. Very inconvenient especially when the atm charges $3 for service.

Walked in today for a sub.the guy that works here looks at customers like they owe him something.like (bruh,why are you coming so early type of look).walked out and did not order.

Guy who works full time there is arrogant entitled and disrespectful to customers especially woman. He must own the place because he should have been fired a long time ago. The woman who works there is a saint to put up with him as a co worker.

Always something with this store. Tonight couldn t serve 45 minutes before close because out of bread I laughed because bread counter was full. Guy clearly just wanted to close but sign was still on. Then it was something about it being a rainy night Go to the one across town it s always better.

Vegetarian options: I was looking for vegetarian meal and they have option for veggie sandwiches and rice bowls. My family like to dine in there very often. Their customer service is excellent. They make perfect sandwiches with proper organizing everything.

I would rate 0 stars if it was possible. The guy working there was unbelievably rude, clearly put less toppings on and then refused to put more on. So cheap and consistently a nightmare.

Three times Ive ordered the new Green Goddess chicken sandwich, and three times the avocado wasnt included (when its actually part of the sandwich description!). When Ive asked for it fixed, I recieved only rudeness and multiple excuses as to why they didnt include it, Customers dont like avocado. You need to specify that you want it included. We dont see your requests on the app. And so on. Why would I need to add a request for the sandwich to be made as described in the menu? Isnt that a no-brainer?

Won t let me leave no stars, buddy working tried to charge me 40$ for 2 subs then started talking back to me under his breath when I called him out about the price worst customer service I ve ever received in my life

Just went to this location and left because an employee was coughing very aggressively in the back.

The sub was great but the customer service left Alitalia be desired. This is why I only gave it 4 stars.

Food not fresh

My boyfriend and I went here on May 15th 2021 around 4pm or 5pm for some dinner, and the employee making our sandwiches was an older woman with short(?) gray hair. She was really nice at first but kept giving us weird looks. When she asked me what kind of toppings I wanted after the meat and cheese, I said just mayo. She looks at my boyfriend and goes You gotta make sure she eats her veggies. Its clear she needs them. Im an overweight woman and Ive been struggling to get my weight under control, but treated myself today because it was my birthday. This comment deeply hurt and I almost walked out. I didnt get this womans name, but I feel her comment was very unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. Wont be returning to this location.

The gf bread basically crumbled just as much as feta cheese. Not a fan .

Freaking horrible. Asked for a foot long steak and cheese, the guy gave me a 6 inch amount and the piled it up in the middle of the sandwich. When I brought it up, all he did was slightly spread it around (barely moving it from the center) and said it was fine.

The lady on afternoons is usually cleaning up by the time I arrive at just past nine but she leaves the door unlocked so anyone who maybe just getting there can still grab a bite. Wicked friendly and personable. Ok now Im hungry!

This is a clean subway, well maintained subway. My family and I are frequent subwayers, but what really makes the difference is the service. All the staff at this location are very personable and sincere with their customers.

Way to skimpy on the toppings, except lettuce. Great if you like a lettuce sandwich.

Went in to order some subs, person behind the counter had mask on not covering their nose, wont order something from a place or person who has no regard to others safety. Even when I walked in, they couldnt be bothered to adjust their mask. Will not visit for a long time.

We go to Subway fairly frequently, and the female employee that works here in the afternoon/evening is a big part of why we go to this one in particular. She is extremely friendly and pays a lot of attention to her customers. She recognizes regulars and remembers my order even if I haven t been in for a few weeks. She always makes an effort to ask how you are doing and to make you feel welcome!

Typical subway. Sometimes service is fast and sometimes service is slow. Lol. The new wraps are good but need more meat and cheese. The new Montreal steak is decent just not sure why they brought it in. The potato soup is good.

They dont really pay its employees. My cousin worked there over a month, after they hired my cousin, they made her clean the entire restaurant all the time and deliberately did not train her in making sandwiches. They owe my cousin $600, never paid even after asking them multiple times.

I love this location! The staff are super friendly and fast. Store is always clean and bright. I have never had a bad experience. The staff remember you and are very polite.

This is by far the best subway I have been to, Minal is an excellent employee who always pays attention to detail and is consistent. I come very often and she always makes it perfectly and the atmosphere is very welcoming at this location.

I have gone here maybe 10 times. The first time they were so short staffed I had to go to work without lunch after waiting 15 minutes. All was well until yesterday when I tried to order a sub before work and the man, who I am pretty sure is the owner, was coughing EVERYWHERE. He literally had to stop making my sub so he could go to the sink and have a coughing fit. Disgusting.

The service was excellent! I arrived late as she was closing, but she offered to make my sub anyway. She glady made it and I am now home enjoying it! Thank you so much!

They make a sandwich just as good as any other subway. The staff are nice but dont go above or beyond. Two times Ive been in there theyve sold me a pop knowing full well the machine was out of syrup, I had to convince them to let me get a bottle instead. Fool me twice.
