Food are not fresh, the falafal are burned and harded. So disappointed! This is our first and will be our last visit of this place .

Decreasing portion sizes, and increasing costs. I always used to get the chicken on the rocks, and they used to cover it with both garlic sauce and tahini. Not anymore! They severely reduced the amount of tahini included with meals. Theyll cover the meal with garlic sauce, but will only put a tiny squirt or two of tahini (so little you cant even taste it), and ask you to pay almost $1 extra if you actually want an acceptable amount of tahini (AKA: the amount that they used to provide). When I asked why they cut back on the topping, they said Because people typically dont like tahini, so we dont include it as much anymore. Tahini is literally a staple of Mediterranean cuisine.

Excellent food and great service

I usually only get takeout at this location, but the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Order was prepared fresh and quickly. Its my 3rd favourite shawarma. Love being able to order online and just pickup when they text me its ready.

We visit this location almost once a week. It is our favourite location now. The chicken and rice are always cooked to perfection. They aim to please aswell! Food : 5/5

The service was nice but my expectations were high as it is a very popular place. The meat contained a lot of nerves, which made it very difficult to eat. I havent tried chicken or other types, so I have no comment.

This location makes the best Philly Chicken and Fattoush salad! We ve been to multiple locations but this one is the BEST!! Staff is also very friendly and quick!

Visited a Fergus city for the first time a day before yesterday with family and went to osmows and tried for the first time. So,Delicious food and loved the service of two young guys ,as they were so humble and friendly.

I had falafel on the rocks and my friends had chicken on the rocks that was very good and I liked the service and the food was really fresh.

Service was decent, compared to other locations food and portions were low compared to others. Very bland comes with 3/4 compared to other osmows.

Ordered a chicken shawarma on the sticks and Got old fries and it made the the whole meal taste like cardboard and the fries are cold for the second time. Very disappointed

Great place to pickup food when I dont feel like cooking. Love a good fifty fifty shawarma (on fries and rice).

Food is good however the servings are very stingy. Chicken on the rocks comes about half full, come on guys youre charging $15 for rice and chicken shavings. Fill up the containers to the rim like every other shawarma joint in the world. China 8 next door never disappoints with the serving sizes. Take notes

This has been our go to place for past few months. But the last week we ordered shawarma and the rice and chicken was not cooked properly. Other all times the food was great.

Pretty disappointed with the quality of food we received The steak in the Philly wrap was very tough and the wrap was so greasy it fell apart in my hands Also ordered a side of rice that was cold and had no garlic sauce on it For how expensive osmows has gotten you think the food would be prepared with more care.

Awful customer service

Hi, just got 2 wraps like an hr ago. And the chicken inside the wraps had a weird smell It smells so bad. I dont know what did they do with it

Sadly quality has gone down hill. Garlic sauce doesn t even taste like garlic sauce. No garlic flavour more like runny sour mayonnaise. Left an unpleasant after taste. Chicken had grizzle holding pieces together. Won t return. Definitely better quality Mediterranean restaurants out there.

Clean restaurant, service was a big let down when I said pickled turnips and I got pickles. Asked if they could pick them off and replace them with the Pickled turnips. didnt happen and I had to pay for the turnips. When I ate it, the chicken was extremely dry and the rice was old and hard. Never going back again and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know.

Ordered 3 wraps. Two were their own poor version of Philly cheese steak wraps for almost $50 for the three wraps. Tasteless sauce, no provolone cheese or cheese at all. The steak was chewy and grizzly! But the worst was both myself and my son spent the night vomiting and all the rest of the symptoms of food poisoning. Havent talked to my friend that eat the chicken wrap.Very unhappy. I even praised them for a different cuisine in Fergus. Land of Burger joints. What The Hell!!! Your rip-off corner cutting could have done us serious harm or death. Im going to look into this legally and hopefully having your restaurant license revoked before you crooks kill someone!!!!!!! If this is a restaurant chain, I will be going up the chain to report this.

Really liked their Philly cheesestik wrap, totally worth your money. Liked it so much that I alone ate 3. Would recommend to anyone reading. Osmows is totally worth a visit.

This location is not on par with others. I ve ordered the same menu item from several different locations and have always enjoyed the flavour and portion size. In Fergus he put 1 1/2 very small spoonfuls of rice in the container just barely half of what is 17 dollars should buy you. Flavour of lamb was nice but lacked the full flavour I normally look forward too. I emailed head office and filed a complaint , no response! I just feel all stores should standardize.

Few days ago when we went to visit Fergus on our way we have decided to try this restaurant as we all love Mediterranean food. I was amazed how fresh and flavorful the shawarma was. The meat is fresh, hot, juicy and you get a value for your money. The place is very neat and clean. Everything we have tried is delicious and I am hooked!! Give it a try and the food speaks for itself.

New restaurant in Fergus...had their Saturday special...good amount of food...great taste...will go again Vegetarian options: They have beyond meat and falafel. Parking: In a plaza with other shops so plenty of parking is available.

They forgot the sauce in my Falafel wrap. Did not notice until I got home. Super dry. They were busy but still...disappointing.

Home away from home. When you re far from Metropolitan Toronto, it s nice to find Mediterranean Shawarma here in Fergus. Tasty and good protein portion in the regular sized wrap. All in all highly recommend for a tasty treat. Medium spice is reasonably hot but not fiery. Great stuff.

The food was good. Tasty and well made. However, the spice level of mild was quite spicy. Will have to ask for no spice in future. Beyond meat was a great option. Also, it is very noisy in there and both me and the staff had to yell to hear each other. The idea of calling Rice Rocks and fries stix is dumb. Vegetarian options: Nice that they had Beyond Meat. It was tasty.

Servers were nice, and still getting the hang of cooking. Unfortunately the shawarma was too dry, it was overspiced, and the sauce did not work well. I am sure that this restaurant will step it up.

They don t fill up your box like the chain does. We usually have left overs for 2 meals and here we finish fully and are still hungry after. Any positive reviews must be friends/family or you ve never been to osmows before to know what the portions should be. Rip off here.

Kw and Guelph have better shawarma but good to have one in Fergus

I was excited to have a shawarma place in town. I was very disapointed after my couple visits here, I gave it a chance and didnt base judgement on one visit. For a shawarma plate with toppings is almost 20.00 the chicken is dry and the wait times are usually 15-20 mins being the 1st or 2nd person there. Ill still be driving to Guelph for the good shawarma.

Overall not worth the money. My husband came in and ordered a meal and the employees were so stingey on everything. Every other location Ive been to loads up on the rice, chicken, & sauce, and this location barely put anything. The employees were very rude and had attitude. Wont be returning.

Visited the Osmows in Fergus. So clean and the service was awesome. Cannot remember the gentlemans name at the counter unfortunately. Gave a run through of their specials and a history of how they came to being in Canada. Loved the shawarma.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but the food wasn t stellar. I was excited to get a Mediterranean restaurant in town, but sadly there is better shawarma out there. I got a chicken wrap and the chicken was pretty dry, even dressed up with sauce and veggies. The chicken wasn t the flavour I typically like in a shawarma (which I know is personal preference). I may go again just to try something different and see if it was a one off.

Sorry I tried these guys twice and did not like it. Chicken is dry, sauce is bland, rice is meh. By comparison Shawarma Fusion in Guelph is an AWESOME choice. I was expecting at least that quality or similar, and thats not a tall ask. I was really hoping to like this place because there arent that man options in town, but I cant justify a 3rd time here. Maybe in the future well give them another go. Anyone giving 5 star review probably hasnt tired other places.
