what a waste of time! I went there with my girlfriend and we have waited for our orders to come for an hour. after an hour when orders came (really cold pizza) our drinks still did not came even though we warned them multiple times..unbelievable management. groups of people suffered from same issue and some of them left the place before their orders came. i dont want even walk in front of this place. they ruined our friday night.

Didnt even get a chance to try the food, as were seated and we quickly realised that there was only 1 server covering the whole restaurant floor. We were left sitting for 10/15 mins with no-one coming over to take even a drinks order, so we left and went elsewhere. The management should be embarrased to leave one poor girl on her own to serve the whole restaurant. I would have walked out with us if I was her!

The food was amazing and was really enjoyable, our drinks where also great and we received a great recommendation to witch we accepted and were not disappointed.

He had very good attention to detail too. He asked my nephew and his girlfriend who are 21 for ID for the cocktails incase they were underage. Very efficient. Will def return soon. Review for Bella Italia Uxbridge I visited Bella Italia Uxbridge on 5th of August 24 and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the food. I ordered the cheeseburger, which was completely inedible. The patty tasted like plastic, and the fries were a mix of uncooked and cold pieces. The coffee was also far below expectations. On a positive note, the staff were nice and welcoming, which made the situation a bit more bearable. Despite their friendly service, the quality of the food was a major letdown. I ended up paying almost £19 for a meal I couldnt eat. Sadly, I wouldnt recommend this restaurant based on my experience, and I dont plan to return.

I went here last night and wasn t happy at all with the service/staff. We chose to go for the set menu and wanted to order 3 courses however, staff members were all over the place and food took a long time to arrive. We felt very rushed like they wanted us out there asap ! After the main course the lady came over to take the plates and we asked if we can order desserts and she said no because they are closing. She asks her colleague (male) if it s ok for us to order he just simply says no . Not an apology or anything or atleast let us know that you re closing soon & that it s last orders Incase we wanted something. Disappointing!!

We were looked after by Filip W and he was such a nice guy.. Nothing was too much for him Parking: You have the Uxbridge Chimes carpark to park. It s much cheaper after 6pm and there is off street parking too which you have to pay for nearby

I visited this evening and was asked by a staff member whether I booked the table, we said no and she made a face and gave a look as if we asked for free food. Then she offered us the worst corner small table which you would normally avoid. When asked if she can offer us another table as there were 8-9 of them empty, she rudely responded all of them are booked when they were about to close in another hour. We just left without having dinner and the staff clearly didn t bother to ask. Disappointing Service.

Wanted to eat elsewhere but couldnt find anywhere last minute for our daughters wants. Never a good start! She was happy with her plain pasta but the adult meals were average at best and certainly not cheap. I had the Calzone which I only finished because I needed some food for a long flight!

Sad to say, I had a terrible experience. To be honest, I went many times to Bella Italia even though Italian friends said it wasnt worth it. The waiting time was always too long, but I kind of liked the food. This time, the waiting time wasnt too bad but the quality and the taste of the food...awful. From starter to dessert, even the coffee, everything tasted just wrong. I had the Tastecard so I went crazy and ordered double of everything, just to try as many dishes as my son and I could. We ordered calamari, flatbreads, 2 types of pasta and 2 desserts and gosh, I couldnt finish anything and not because of the size of the portions. The calamari were undercooked, the flatbread (which I ordered without cheese and received with cheese) was too oily, the pastas didnt taste of anything and the desserts were absolutely crap. On top of the disappointment of all this food, and the service which was cold and impersonal, I paid more than £50, considered that, thanks to my Tastecard, I should have paid 1 instead of 2 meals. I took some time to count it all and yes, it was right, which means that everything is just too expensive. £9 for the calamari alone, £17 for the gamberoni pasta. Even the espresso (£3) had black bits in it. Disgusting. Overall, a very bad experience and i doubt I will be back.

Ordered food via deliveroo. Only side dish delivered. Driver drove off - not his problem. Tried calling the restaurant for 30 minutes, no one picks up, no answering service. Lost £16 and will no longer trust this restaurant to fulfil a simple order.

Myself and my wife had booked a table for four people on Thursday 23of May for 7-30 pm for 01/06/24.When we arrived we were left to waite for 15 minutes .When the waiter eventually came to us we told him our table was booked .He told us as they were short staffed he was closing the Restaurant. He then rudely turned several people away.Our night was ruined will never use Bella Italia again.

Very unpleasant experience went for lunch had two children with asked for sitting outside as was a great weather being told that i had to make payment in agreed no problem waiter ask me to wait as i did then a gentleman came over and just said can t have service outside because didn t have enough staff !! If is so why they had tables out? The restaurant was empty no customers around! Why couldn t i been told from the beginning? We had a really lovely time yesterday. Julia our server was absolutely fantastic and the food was delivered to us really quickly. It would have been 5 stars for food, but unfortunately the Carbonara was very bland- besides that the other dishes were much enjoyed especially the new starters of doughballs and chicken strips.

On Saturday 18th May, myself and my cousin visited Bella Italia where we were welcomed politely by a lovely lady. Uxbridge branch staff are friendly but unfortunately quality of the food is terrible. I had Carbonara and I can gatentee is the worst Ive had, same with my wife who had Gamberoni Pasta was just as bad. Tiramisu difficult to get it wrong but guess what? they did. I m not a negative person but food was just not good by any standards. Thanks to the friendly Imad who saved the evening from being wasted.

We visited after many years and I can only say returning back brought back so many memories. The service, food and atmosphere was spot on. Extremely friendly owners/managers and attentive members of staff. Being a mummy of two my first worry is my kids and how we will be accommodated as a family. Before even asking we were led to a child friendly area with plenty space to keep my newborn parked up safely in the pram allowing her to sleep whilst I could enjoy my lunch with my hubby and 4 year old son. Overall weve left very happy and looking forward to returning soon. Kid-friendliness: From the moment we stepped in.. my little one was acknowledged which is a huge deal for any parent. He was given crayons and a colouring sheet to enjoy his time whilst mummy and daddy decided what to order and actually have an adult conversation. The kids menu had a huge selection for my son to choose from.. and the orange squash in the glass bottle made hom feel all grown up and he loved it! He had the cheesy garlicbread, margarita pizza and chocolate brownie that comes with a scoop of vanilla icecream.

We stopped by for a quick dessert & drink tonight for our anniversary. Even though they were closing soon they accommodated us very nicely. I d especially like to thank Muskan who was very lovely & made us feel welcomed with her warm smile.

Ive got two young fussy eaters five and under my daughters birthday and Im sure hes a manager or someone senior he made us feel welcome and most of all made my two-year-olds birthday amazing with his amazing singing. Visited Saturday 6th April: Our server was Sophie and she was so friendly and attentive. She always made sure we were checked on, and the service was so quick. She is exactly what you would want as the face of a customer service role! Equally the male server in the blue shirt with the glasses was so friendly, and still checked on us even when he was clearly so busy. The gluten free options were vast and Sophie made sure to check my pudding was definitely gluten free. Unfortunately me and my partner witnessed some awful behaviour from one table in particular towards the staff, and the staff were nothing but courteous and professional. Would highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are wide and varied! Kid-friendliness: The male waiter with glasses was amazing with the kids at the tables near us!

Walked in looking for a quick bite to eat after a long day. Excellent service, and lovely food. I particularly recommend the cookie dough and ice cream.

Booked a leaving meal for last Monday night with Bella Italia. My booking was registered by a robot and confirmed for 20:45. I made a second call to add an additional person and again the call was picked up by a robot. When we arrived at 20:45 we were told last orders were at 9 PM. This of course was too late for the group to sit down for the meal. Really shocking management of your booking system Bella Italia.

What can I say about this experience except WOW . A friend and I popped in for a quiet late lunch, we had very few expectations walking in, but by the time we left our lives had been changed for the better. Thanks to Julia, yesterday s visit to Bella Italia May have been the greatest thing to ever happen to me (and I have 3 children). The service was phenomenal, her swagger was inspirational and the way she said can I get you anything else with that was purely sublime. 11/10 would recommend.

Had an incredible time yesterday dining in for my wife s birthday. The service was impeccable and our waitress Mitch in particular was very hospitable and courteous. Would recommend you order the Garlic Lasagne Pizza as that was extremely flavourful and a real tastebud tantaliser.

The Manager Yvonne was so accommodating and helpful with my booking. The food was very tasty and no wait time in between courses. Yvonne was very polite and attentive and nothing was a problem. Keep smiling Yvonne and team. Thank you for a lovely time.

Worst pizza I ever had

Visited before a cinema trip whilst the £5 pasta deal is on, sitting down was quick, but only one waitress who had many tables to take care of - probably needed more staff and most of the problems will have been solved! Orders took a while to take because she was juggling making drinks and serving food. Accommodated an allergy request with an alternate dish, but it was far too spicy that my mouth went numb! The flatbread wasnt cooked properly and was crispy rather than doughy. The lasagne was like molten after asking for the pastas to be reheated after standing under the pass for too long as waitress was talking with another table for 10minutes. Dietary restrictions: They are accommodating to alter dishes if needed

For my birthday I visited to have a solo date, and loved the everything. The food simple and delicious, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Visiting definitely made my birthday more special and worth remembering. It was a great experience.

This is the most amazing place in Uxbridge. Ticks all the boxes. Authentic Italian food. Best Pizza, best pasta and what a lovely service. Special shout out to Emad and Louise they are just the sweetest. Highly highly recommended. Can t wait to visit again.

Well the food its uncooked very oili drink glass are not clean. I cant eat have no taste at all I asked them seafood pizza with garlic base and they send the waitress with pizza having tomato base and she said the chef couldnt make. Garlic base and he add some garlic on normal pizza .

Julia & a grey haired Gentlemen were looking after us today, Both were absolutely lovely couldn t do enough & kept our very hyper 4 year old entertained each time the visited our table. Julia s table manner was absolutely brilliant I am GM of a Bar in Hanwell W7 and was extremely impressed with how she interacted with her other team members, with us as customers and the other customers in the restaurant, what a lovely experience we had because of her this evening. Thankyou! The food was absolutely fab hats off to the chefs you had in today, All around brilliant experience. Kid-friendliness: All staff were so lovely to our 4 year old and straight away he was given colouring and made to smile by all team members who served us in some way.

I placed an order and for delivery my order was accepted by the store and I was waiting for about 2 hours then suddenly my order was cancelled, I was really disappointed

We were a party of 6 that hadnt booked and were accommodated with such ease and kindness. Maddie was so attentive to making sure we were ok & we will definitely be visiting again!

Went out just for a couple of drinks and spoke to staff who were super lovely and gave us a free dessert on the house. Lovely people

Had a wonderful evening with great food and a very relaxed atmosphere. Our waiter Emad was brilliant and very welcoming. The food tasted lovely and was value for money. Would recommend to friends and family and we look forward to going there again
