Tried for the 1st time this evening the Dinner for 2 and it literally fed 4 people. Tasteful and large portions. Absolutely delicious. Best Ive had in Years!
The dumplings filling had good a flavor (did not come with sauce shown in pictureson menu), fried rice lacked some. Chicken dish was ok ,wish it was actuallyspicy. Stir fried noodles needed some type of sauce, the only thing they had as am option was say and Sriracha.
The food was so good! We got the Dinner for 4 combo. It tasted fresh, homemade, and had great flavour. I added the chicken pakoras to try their Indian and they were very good too. This unsuspecting spot is a gem. Their food doesn’t taste like they took any shortcuts.
Wow, a hidden gem of authentic Chinese food here in Forest. Everything is hand-made on site. All dishes are amazing and menu has extensive options. Dim Sum menu is great. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back again. Our favourite picks are Ginger Beef and Spicy Squid.
Wow, this is a hidden gem in Forest, Ontario! General Tao 's chicken, crispy! Sauce, perfect, sticky balance between sweet, sour, and spicy. The rice, little white puffs, perfectly steamed compliment to pile of crispy chicken nugget goodness! Fast, courteous service, nice padded booths. This restaurant is too inconspicuous thus not busy. Good for me, bad for them. This place should be packed, day & night!
Great menu with plenty of options to please everyone. Generous portions of noodles, fried rice, meat, seafood, and veggies. Friendly staff, very welcoming, family friendly, and good service.
We were very excited that all day dim sum was being offered as of December 15th! While the selection is limited, our choices were very good. We ordered the haw gow, siu mai, veggie spring rolls, pan fried pork dumplings, shrimp & leek dumplings. Also had the hot & sour and won ton soup. Both were very good. One suggestion would be to expand the choices. Would love to see rice noodle rolls, bean curd rolls, deep fried shrimp wonton with mayo and more veggie options. Also, would like the sauces that come with it to be offered. Only had plum sauce and Sriracha. Hopefully, in time, the dim sum menu will be more robust!! Will definitely return for dim sum again!
Super yummy! Loved their original menu and now they just added a dim sum menu which is delicious too. Pan fried dumplings are delicious, the bbq pork bun is pillowy soft and filled with savoury bbq pork and the sesame balls are always a favourite for me and a fantastic dessert to finish your meal. I highly recommend the chili chicken and general tao chicken. Also the crispy chow mein is awesome, we've had the Cantonese style and the veggie and both are delish. Manchurian beef is great, nice and crispy and smothered in savoury sauce with just the right salty kick. Lemon chicken is so good. And so much more. Very good menu with a choice for everyone. Also don't forget to tell them if you want it a little more spicy, they start mild so that everyone can have a little spice without it being too much. Also wanted to add that almost every time we've been the chef came out to see how we liked the food and he's just such a nice and caring man that you can tell is genuinely passionate about his food. The hostess is also fabulous and is always there making sure you are enjoying your food and have everything you need. The staff here is so nice.

Found this restaurant open at 7 in the evening in an otherwise slow and sleepy town. The host was quite warm and welcoming. We ordered Vegetable Chow mein, Vegetable Fried Rice (Manchurian) without spice and a Vegetable soup. All items were delicious and flavourful. As we had ordered one rice for kids (without spice) we got the dish perfectly made. The ambience is good, bright and without unnecessary music, which means guests can chat with each other. The portion sizes were good and we ended up taking home the left overs. Overall this restaurant is a must visit if u r in this locality. Vegetarian options: All items we ordered were made without eggs and fish sauce.

Kings 21 is our go to for Chinese food, highly reccomend. Everything is always fresh and we love the family style serving. The service is also always great.

Incredible restaurant! We went and tried quite a few different dishes over multiple visits and cant find anything on the menu that wasnt great! Super friendly staff and the all day specials are surprisingly cheap for the portions and quality. Will be back again for sure :)
Best Chinese food in the entire Lambton Shores area. Been living in the Lambton Shores Grand Bend area for years and was disappointed I always had to drive to London or Toronto for good Chinese food. Been to Kings 21 twice now and everything about it is great from the food to the service and atmosphere. Dim sum daily too! General Tao chicken is A+
My husband and I were there for lunch and dim sum this past Sunday for the first time. We live in Grand Bend having moved there from Toronto and have been looking for a good Chinese food restaurant since then. This is by far one of the best we have eaten anywhere ever! The food is high quality, freshly prepared and delicious. The sauces on the meals are obviously chef prepared and not from a bottle! They are light, lower in sugar and no MSG aftertaste. We had several of the dim sum dishes as well as the chicken and broccoli and wonton soup. All were made to order and truly sumptuous! Looking forward to them expanding the dim sum menu in the future ! We are planning to make it at least a once per week event and have already reached out to several of our friends in the area who will be joining us. The food and service are outstanding. If you enjoy good Dim Sum and delicious Chinese food, I m sure you ll enjoy it as much as we did! Maria and David

My husband and I had the most enjoyable evening at King s 21 restaurant in Forest tonight. I decided to have Wonton Soup to start .well that was so delicious. Then I had Chicken and Rice Yellow Curry, which was absolutely lovely. Very generous portions. I thought their pyramid of white sticky rice was a nice touch and very good. Nice presentation of fresh colourful vegetables and the food came to the table hot from the kitchen. We will be making this our go-to place for Chinese Food.

I ve been here several times and each time the food was excellent. Today, we went in for dim sum and it was homemade, fresh, and delicious. It s a hidden gem of Forest and I will definitely be back, both for takeout and dim sum. Highly recommend
The food is absolutely incredible, even the take out! My family mostly gets takeout and we are always so impressed with how delicious the food is. The portions are massive and always so filling, we can eat it over a few meals. We just got their dim sum tonight, and it was amazing! A must try! Their inside is beautiful and clean! Im so happy we have this restaurant in our little town!

Visiting a friend at Forest and she took me to Kings 21 for a quick lunch. Needless to say, being from Toronto, this place have great food. Ordered the corn and wonton soup along with beef broccoli for a quick lunch and it was excellent. Chef Kit and Raj provided excellent service and the chats were informative. Highly recommend this place for authentic Chinese cuisine and the place was clean with a friendly service. Will be my go to place when I m in Forest. Thank you chef Kit. Happened to drive by and stopped for lunch. Best Chinese food Ive had in a while! The portions are generous and the staff was extremely hospitable.

Our go to - Kings 21 offers the best Chinese food Ive had in a while if not ever. The food has fantastic flavour, great variety, and is always hot! The staff of Kings 21 are extremely friendly and provide the best customer service.
Our third time eating here and it is fabulous! Huge portions everything is always fresh and so flavourful! It is well worth our drive from grand bend! Great food & service!

Our server was really nice, she did a wonderful job, however I ordered the Manchurian Beef and it felt off at first. The beef was insanely salty to the point that it started to give me a headache while eating it. I dont think much of it and just head home as usual. Late night Im hit with the worst bout of food poisoning Ive had in my life. This was also the only meal I had that day, so theres no chance that I had something else that was bad. I did some research afterwards, turns out that some restaurants will over-salt spoiled meats to hide the rancid smell. Im fully convinced that the cook knew they were serving me rancid food, this is totally unacceptable. I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone.

Best food in Forest, working my way down the menu. Owner is fantastic, you can tell theres passion and knowledge behind this food, not something thats easy to find these days. Its the classic canadian chinese many of us grew up on (chicken balls and red sauce anyone?) along with legit szechuan and mandarin dishes that make you think youre on Spadina - not a rural town in Lambton county. Everything on the menu is good: -fried rice that doesnt skip on the ingredients (like other do places). I suggest Szechuan style for the ultimate flavor/presentation combo. -chow mein is incredible and again full of goodies. -crispy beef is next level, right up there with the Canton Chilis of the world. -spring rolls that are golden brown and crisp on the outside while tasting fresh inside. -the hot and sour soup is to die for - one of my co-workers cannot go without it. Plus the portions are fantastic - expect left overs for two or three meals after ordering a couple of dishes. Great price, huge portions, authentic flavor.
Excellent Hakka and Chinese food. Large portions, and fair prices. One of the best Chinese restaurants we have ever been to and we have been to many. We will be regulars here, keep up the great work Kings 21!
Lots to choose from the extensive menu. Tried their $10 special, Chicken vegetable with steam rice. Shrimp mixed vegetables with noodles was on their regular menu. Both dishes were very filling.
So much better than when it first re-opened. If you tried this restaurant as soon as it opened, you may have been disappointed, but the food is so much better now. Dont be afraid to try it again. Many Gluten-free options.

This restaurant likely has the best quality Asian food in Lambton County. It has a large dine in area to enjoy dinner out The owners bring over thirty years worth of quality experience in the restaurant. Their recipes and hospitality reflect that. The only minor downside of the operation is the landscaping. However, beyond that, It is a good establishment. The service is quick and the prices are very fair and by today standards are low. Would we go again? Yep!
Best general tao I ever had.
I just tried their Szechuan beef on rice today, and I was blown away with just how delicious it was. The staff was amazing and the interior looked like it was plucked out of the 1980s. Amazing place, definitely going there again!
