I recently visit this TimHortons In the morning between 10-12 There is person there she is so impolite and rude She has such a bad behaviour She has avarage hieght and she is white But other staff are so polite and friendly

We came in the early afternoon, and we just missed all the attractive non-sweet pastries, there were all gone. Vegetarian options: Pastries Parking: Next to store Kid-friendliness: Staff were very friendly

Had the crispy chicken cilantro tomato wrap. The big surprise was it was really good and a large portion. Also the cappuccino was also great they grind their own beans now.

Place has really gone down lately I have moved out of the area and used to go here daily, this weekend I stopped in to grab a treat, unless you have a 4x4 dont expect to navigate around all the pot holes the driveways is a disaster, once I received my order and left I had to try my coffee, wasnt even close to what I ordered....service was slow and staff unfriendly I will not return to this location.

The people there are absolutely amazing and my order was correct and fresh.

They get my order wrong almost every time. Today I ordered a tea biscuit toasted with light butter it wasn t toasted and had half a pound of butter on it was gross.

Terrible attitude. Needs to learn respect at window. also has to stop keeping peoples change at drive-through. That s not OK. You should wait until they hand you a tip or tell you to keep the change. Very disrespectful.

Great selection and service at this location, clean and organized throughout, very friendly and helpful staff, this location is highly recommended! Also charged our EV here. This is a fast charger, working fine after I downloaded the EVC Canada app, thanks for providing this service!

Tim hprtons has gone way down hill as of late. Paid 10 dollars for a loaded wrap only to receive something the size of the discontinued snack wraps. Not worth the money or even the time in line. Step up your game Tim Hortons!

Almost everytime I get my coffee or bagels either my bagles dont have what I ordered or its burnt or I have coffee grinds in my coffee and this is constant always missing my cheese or butter on my bagels come on tim Hortons I get if its once in while but all the time talk to your workers ...

As usual, inaccurate and rude service, 3 items .. 2 of which came out wrong. No acknowledgement of mistake or even an apology. Even while explaining what was wrong with the order, the staff was visibly not listening to me. Handed me the new order, opened it to find a more messed up version the second time around. Again no apology or even a nod Seriously inept and ill trained staff. Manager was no better, told me I should check my entire order before leaving the window to avoid this issue. I would think that that is the employees job?? I give the order, you follow it, i pay And goodluck trying to sit and check your order at the window without being accosted by the staff for holding the line

Perfect place to get my morning started. I really enjoy that they have dark roast coffee available. Parking: Always able to find a spot. Kid-friendliness: Kids love donuts. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of close spots.

Honestly don t understand what happens at this location, but it s by far the worst one I have been too, they never have anything ever! Come at 8 am 4 pm doesn t matter can never get cookies or donuts and they always have excuses! like if this is happening constantly maybe you need to change how you are running things at this location. Shouldn t be out of things at 12 everyday if your open till 10 pm makes no sense, make more if this is constantly happening. ***Don t come to this location unless you wanna wait in line for nothing*** this location is laughable and if your able to get an order through you pray it s correct because 9/10 your order will be wrong or missing something.

I don t under stand how they can get orders wrong so consistently, order a bagged tea and end up with a coffee, order a bacon wrap and leave with a egg wrap with no sauce on the plus side they are consistent.

Great food and drinks. Little expensive and they dont fill your drink all the way up, sometime. Amazing service, though.

We liked the menu, tables were comfortable- food was good. We would go back again for sure. We had our 2.5 yea rd old granddaughter with us, I think they could have had cartons and a coloring book. Would have added a experience 5 star

Please keep making the Canadian Maple!!! One of the few locations that still carries this great flavour. New cashier was being trained while taking my order, otherwise it was a fine Tims experience.

Terrible service . 3 times to make an ice coffee .

I was the only one in line and it took 15 mins to get one drink and a bagel and a wrap. More than 10 people went through the drivethru while I waited inside. Punched in my order wrong twice.

Horrible in all aspects... service, workers, walk in and drive thru. Last time I walked in and all 4 workers ignored me to the point I walked out and they laughed

Went there for Ice Capps, the person behind the counter was rudely said their machine was broken. There was no sign on the door stating that it was, so not sure why the person was so mad about us asking for them. Love Tim Hortons so just wont go back to this particular location

Clean location and service was fat and friendly.

Fast staff inside and at the drive-thru. Line ups surely move along. Parking lot is a good size and clean. Clean facility and washrooms. Good amount of seating inside. Free WiFi. Accessible to all.

Food might be okay, it they ever had it. Literally never have anything in stock. Customer service is horrendous. Employees rude and entitled / unhelpful. 0/4 food items I requested, literally just donuts and croissants... Seriously? Didnt even bother.

Its a Tim Hortons, however in my experience they cant get your order right if it isnt a double double

I feel like my orders are rushed because they are. Constantly understaffed so I feel bad for the workers who are friendly despite the pressure they can be under. Food is as expected. Drive thru needs to be cleaned way more frequently.

Service is great at this Tims but their coffee taste a little burnt compared to other locations.

Drive thru lineups are terrible. I start work at 3: 30pm, I was in the drive thru and waiting for over 12minutes. Need to go that early as I would be late for work.

Timmys is ok, the quality is absolute rubbish. Their coffee isnt anything special and everything now seems to be day old, overly sweet or just slapped on a bun. I rather waste my money elsewhere. The only reason I go is for the Ice cap with Chocolate Milk, trust me.... its the best.

Quick Tims that doesnt usually get an order wrong. The staff are nice and cheery usually which is pleasant.

Very friendly workers, and manager. Clean place, at 77 they make me feel like we are more than a costumer.

Going to need to Lower the Prices of Coffee Etc. with the Gas Prices Rising and Your Morning Drive Thru waits as long as 15-20 Cars. I write this while sitting in the drive thline up. 15 min wait. Still 5 cars ahead. Update. Got up to the window paid for my stuff only to find out that they didn t have any sausage for a sausage farmers wrap. Only to find out after I paid for it though. What a let down.

The wi fixed works amazing even in the furthest part of the parking lot which is awesome for that one in a million chance the entire Tim go leads go Hortons lot is completely filled with 2478 cars youll have wifi in the back corner!! Side note coffee is better then average donuts are monatonis and the cookies are f×%king glorious if u get 1 or 6 of them within the first 14 seconds of being brought out from the back room cause after 2 - 3 hours sitting out its

Employees are closing before they are suppose to. Just got there at 9:36pm and when I waved to the employees cleaning inside I pointed to my wrist as in it s too early to be closed, they shrugged their shoulders. They close at 10pm so why the employees are closing 30 mins early is beyond me.

What a horrible experience our entire order was wrong and items were missing and staff does not give a care in the world they blatantly ignore you, we will not be back

Omg This Tim Hortons Franschise is absolutely beautiful, everything you would expect. One of the last ones before the USA

Went inside to place an order with the drive thru placed. No one was in line, but two cashier didnt acknowledge or state anything. They carried on with their conversations with coworkers for more than 10 mins. Finally walked up and asked whats the hold up and cashier took the order. Waiting for them is not a sign of not knowing they arent ready, it was obvious that lack of customer service and more interest in their discussion took precedent.

Ordered a bagel and it s black with burn. Wont be going here again if something so simple can t even be made correctly

Extremely slow, staff your store properly

I had a discount on my timmies app for buy 2 coffees get one free for a week. I got the 3 coffees They scan my card and did not look at the register to see my discount and charged me full price. When I should them on my phone the app they made all kinds of excuses and refused to give it to me. Plus more than once they did not stir my coffee that had sugar in it.

They are polite, just wish they had food at night.

Service was slow, line was out the door. Messed up order, didn t even give us a receipt to begin with. 5 people up in there. Manager just stays in the back. Be a team leader and give a helping hand.

This one is a good Timmies! Management must be good there, as they seldom get your order wrong on the drive thru... Hard working staff shows - long lineups in the drive thru move fast.

There are 4 TimHortons in town. This is by far the worst. Always check your order after you get it. Also if you want to make a modified order, it will void any coupon you have, so if wanna add tomatoe to that farmers wrap(when you have a 2 for 5 deal... no deal for you!!). Ive Never had this problem at any other Timmies. Theres a manager/senior staff woman that seems to be the root of all these problems.

They deserve zero star rating. I ordered an egg belt they said no egg, I asked for chicken sandwich and they replied you have to wait 10-15 mins and then i asked everything bagel again they were saying we don t have bagel which simply means they don t carry enough food. Even employee on drive thru was so rude.

Not all Tims are the same. This is the best one I have been in amazing customer service and the food was great too.

Not sure the association Tim Hortons has with MyEVroute, but it should end. MyEVroute system is never operational and really left me in a lurch on the side of the road. We were trying to get to the next EV charger on the QEW on a night where the lanes were reduced to one lane and no shoulder to get off. I am so so lucky I was able to make it to the shoulder and not get hit by transport. All because I trusted my last 5% battery getting to this location.

The worst Tims ever. We went in for a snack and got 2 of the 5 items we ordered correct. Ordered 2 of the new snackables, they didnt have the pork one so it was substituted with roast beef and they didnt have anymore crispy chicken so they gave us a totally different sandwich. Also they gave us the wring donut and this was all after a 20 minute wait!

Terrible service, I had to walk out all of the staff attention was given to the drive thru and the staff didnt even acknowledge any of us in the store line. Poor, Poor, service especially when the public are trying to get back out there even if it is just to walk in to get a coffee and donut.

I went here earlier around 9PM they took for ever to make my order that was only a bottle of Coke and a tea with milk and they messed up the tea. The customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Average Tims with very friendly staff. Large parking lot with an EV charger. A 4 table patio for the summer, unfortunately right beside the exit of the drive thru. Drive thru moves steady. Lastly really nice to see them support local hockey with a special sprinkled donut.

This is a good location right on the main street and there is not another one nearby so if you are around this area grab a coffee or drink. Staff is very friendly. There is also a drive through which was not busy on Friday at five in the evening. Coffee was fresh and hot and the sandwiches were also great.

Today we witness the manager telling a kid whos trying to funraise to leave the property...im in shocked that happen that manager should be fired and tim hortons should be very ashamed of them selves ...there all about kids but what I witness thats far from the case...if i could give 0 stars I would...and I never really leave reviews but people deserve to know that this tim hortojs has a jerk of a manager working for them!!

Have been a fan of Tims for decades. Always treated well and enjoy the food and coffee. Would have been a 5 star review if they still had the oatmeal raisin nut muffin....my all time favourite. Maybe another couple of decades from now I will get over it!
