Got Doordash orders from here multiple times, and have even been in person. Every time, they're missing items, have mistakenly placed other items into your order, and will fight you on it every step of the way. Good food, as every Timmies has, but the staff should all be either retrained to follow orders or fired outright.
I recently was in this location It was the wrost exprience I have in entire of my life .there is person work there, she is avarage hieght and white skin ,she is so inpolite and rude. She always is there between 10 am to12 pm which I have aexperience.Teating others badly that I have never seen before. Otherwise, the other indian workers are very polit,friendly,and kind.
Utterly ridiculous. Since the blatant foreign takeover the service and quality have gone to hell. Just ordered a long John doughnut and it had absolutely no cream in the middle when I called them to voice my concern the lady was hardly capable of speaking English and extremely ignorant. And before I could finish speaking she hung up on me. I hope your store goes under after all the great years of service it’s embarrassing.
I had a terrible experience ordering on Monday, August 5th, around 2 AM. The woman who served me was extremely rude from the moment I placed my order. When I reconfirmed my coffee order, she responded with an attitude, which only worsened when I asked for warm food instead of a cold sandwich. She was visibly annoyed and hurried through the transaction, rushing me to pay and barely acknowledging my presence. Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. I expected better, especially during a late-night order when a little kindness can go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. When she handed it to me, it looked greasy on the outside of the wrapper. I asked her about it and she just said oh, there was probably some butter on the surface and turned and walked away. What is wrong with people? Clean your work surface. It's not OK when there's slop all over the outside of the cup or grease on the package. It's not OK to put your finger in the cup when you grab it. It's not OK to wipe your nose on your finger and then hand me a coffee. What is wrong with people?! Tim Hortons is going downhill quickly. If corporate doesn't step in and raise the standards, they will eventually not have a restaurant. Eventually, their dynasty will fall.
So frustrating that this location values getting their drive thru times over order accuracy. It’s a gamble if my bagel will be cut. Basically every other time I order an iced coffee it’s not stirred. I ask the worker on the window if they can stir it, and to get faster window times she just swirls it around (one singular time a supervisor was on the coffee station and witnessed this and told staff to ensure they stir the iced coffees so at least that time it was fixed). I’m sorry but that doesn’t get the base out of the bottom of the cup, they need to be stirred. As an employee of various Tim Hortons for over 7 years, it’s just disappointing to see their priorities are impressing upper management with their times rather than customer satisfaction.
the staff behaviour was very poor i was a dasher doing my job there was a white lady i don’t know his name but the way of talking was very rude and that was a such a rude behaviour that i would never ever accept the order again from this tim hortons and it was totally un acceptable behaviour at all . the incident timings are for today itself at afternoon 2:15 pm and it’s look like a racisim i would never suggest anyone come to this tim hortons untill that white lady works here .
Had a pretty awful experience at my local Tim Horton’s today. I had been craving a turkey melt all day for some reason and I was super excited to go get one. When I pulled up to the drive thru I also decided I wanted a strawberry frozen lemonade because I hadn’t had one in ages. I placed my order and it clearly read back on the screen as a “Turkey melt” and a “medium strawberry frozen lemonade”. It cost me $11. I pulled up to get my food and drink once it was my turn and to my surprise, my frozen lemonade looked odd. It almost looked like it was creamy, so I just assumed they messed the drink up and made a creamy chill or something instead. I received my sandwich and the lady who handed me my sandwich clearly said “and here’s your Turkey melt, have a great day”. I pulled away and drove home. Upon getting home, I opened up my “Turkey melt” to see it was in fact not Turkey, but roast beef. And I drank a good portion of my lemonade, noticing a very clearly “creamy” taste to it, but with the texture of a frozen lemonade. I decided to let it sit and see what happened.. I’ll just show you the rest with photos. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Got a farmers wrap full of eggshells, had to throw it out. Also, my rewards card was not properly scanned so I lost the bonus points.
Employee SAM is so rude and stubborn. no cooperation and real bad experience.

Dont order food from this place they should just stick to coffee ... order a wrap and youll get an unfoldable all over your lap ... starting to make sense as to why theres soo much tim Hortons wrappers and half eaten garbage ALL over town .... all the ignorant employees who are just there to collect a check and could care less need to find something theyre actually good at cuz they can barely pour a coffee you know who you are ... pretty sad when one of the only tim Hortons in town just cant seem to pull it together... maybe a little better management is required only the passed few years its just been like the titanic ....
I ve been having an ongoing issue with food safety/handling, management continues to refuse to contact me as I ve been emailing head office and they ve been requesting contact. You go, employees are rude, store is a mess, always flies on the food. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to visit this disgusting/unprofessional restaurant. Don t tell me to email, when I ve been emailing for over a month and the owner refuses to respond.

I use to go this place for last four years but now its getting worse everything suppose to be hot is cold and for the last two days today and yestarday today i got very cold steep tea yestarday i ordered coffe and blt but i got tea cold tea and l blt is cold too and this is not first time its getting worse every day

Bathroom really needs attention
Worst Tim hortons in town. Im getting tired of having to repeat myself 10 times at the speaker for my order to still be wrong after waiting 12 minutes in line behind 1 other car. Absolutely ridiculous I worked at tim hortons when I was a teen and I bet my 5 year old kid can make a better and fast coffee or tea then these people working there now. Wish I could give a 0 star review
When did customer service disappear? We were at the Tim Hortons in Fort Erie and they argued about how to order my cofffee. Then they gave us the wrong food. We will never ho back there
Those younger employees at the drive-thru can t figure out how to give the correct change when you give cash. Don t bother giving the exact amount of cents if you have it when you pay so that you can get a whole dollar back, because every time they tell you that you gave them too much and ARGUE with you about it when you correct them.
Quick and Polite. Everything you want in the morning with your coffee.

I always order to Boston cream donuts and a box of 10 bits. They used to be put into a box like that they put a McDonalds Big Mac into that solved the issue when you put them in the bag everybody knows that all the chocolate on top of the donut comes off into the bag and you get nothing good. Cant you go back to the box?
Overnight lady working on July 13th at 2am was super rude, gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me for buying a bagel

The manager knew what she was doing, but no one else did... Seemed like they were all new, she had to stop and tell all of them what to do, repeatedly, which caused a hold up as a line of people gathered, waiting for someone to come back to the cash, while machines needed tending to, and the drive-thru continued. My biggest complaint is not specific to this location, but the way all Tim Hortons now have these big TV screens, where most of the time you cannot see the menu items that you are interested in, because they flick away to other screens before youve had a chance to process the information. And then they take it all down so that they can show you an advertisement. Its ridiculous, Ive talked to other people, everyone just wants basic menus back that you can peruse as you stand in line, And not have to try to remember whats on four different screens as you think about what you want. Its also very unclear how the combos work, whether that will save you money, and which options would cost extra.

Make sure the servers read your order back to you and that any discounts have been applied from the app. Was rushed into completing my order and paying full non-discounted price. I was heading to a meeting and didnt have time to discuss who was right or wrong. Suffice it to say, they never admitted any fault. Super frustrating!

I orderd veg loaded wrap at this location around 9:30 pm, it was too bad , rice was very dry and I couldnt able to chew the rice. I throwed the food.

This is the only franchise I can name where your chance of them having what you want is less then 50% Your shareholders are more important then your customers. Considering you dont even cook the food anymore. Just warm it up. It is unbelievable Your shelves are always empty. Sorry we only cook 10 per day. You should have gotten here before noon.
I have lived in many areas of this fine country we as a being call CANADA ...BUT... This Fort Erie location is the absolute worst location for service I have had the pleasure of dealing with! OH, and to be clear, the location I speak of is close to the peace bridge...(GARRISON & CENTRAL)
Awesome people well depends on the time you go in.
Doing night photography along the Niagara River... thankfully this Tims is open 24/7... had a place to warm up, hit a washroom, and get a hot drink..
Absolutely terrible. More than half the time my large double double tastes so bad I don t even bother to finish it. Unfortunately there s not many other options for coffee in this town. Also whatever meathead drives the beat Dodge Charger is a clown and shouldn t have his license or a job. Go to McDonald s down the street.

Please fill coffee cup properly, if you continue to steal 1/8 of my coffee and raise the price your goint to lose tons of customers. Other then that quite quick, even at lunch only 10 minutes to get through drive thru at lunch rush. Parking: Front of store, at least 6+ parking spaces, and handicap parking space. Kid-friendliness: Its a donut shop, ideal for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: It is a friendly environment.

Her tossing my order at me is terribly embarrassing for the people who raised her, furthermore, when I explained to her how rude it was she turned her back and said Have a nice day . These are the types of people who become permanent fixtures in the fast food industry. Rebekah on the other hand was all aces. She gets 5 stars.

This Tim Hortons is run by middle-aged women who truly know customer service. They are from the old breed of baby boomers who have a proper worker ethic and take pride in their work. This is the BEST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Kudos to the employees who are attentive and put the customer first. 5*+++
This is the best Tim Hortons to come to on your way home from your trip in the states if you have no desire to have any baked goods, because theyre always sold out of everything.... this is the only time Hortons in the Niagara region that never keeps anything stocked after its sold out in the morning. Dont bother coming here unless all your after is a coffee, or tea made incorrectly. As an update going on 4 yeara this is still a horrible Tims to go to and still never have any baked goods stocked

Canadians always rave about THs but Im not sure why. The coffee was okay but not special. No gluten free options. Most tables were dirty, floors were dirty, there were many flies and wasps inside the store. Bathroom sink clogged with standing water. I would not recommend or return however the service was excellent. Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options

Always a great place to grab coffee. My only complaint is there is always multiple people working drive-thru and I am often left waiting to be noticed at the counter to be served.

Its a clean and pleasant Timmies. Friendly staff, quick service. Same as most Timmies. Youve seen one youve seen em all.
9 out of 10 visits, you ll get a sandwich that appears to have been made with their eyes closed. Then it feels as though you re being served by prisoners when you finally receive that mangled order, from the frowning, poor mannered employees. There s another Tim s just up the road. I would highly recommend the 5 minutes of extra driving.

Lately when ordering from this store they have said that they do not start making mobile orders until the customer actually arrives at the store . In my mind this defeats the whole purpose of doing a mobile order. I have been late for work now twice because I assumed I would only be a couple minutes max getting a coffee since it was already ordered, but I end up waiting much longer because the employee doesn t even know when to make my order since I have to wait in line to tell them I m there.
Hit or miss whether I get what I ask for or not. My order isnt complicated, its just a tea, so listening skills might be the problem here.

I have enjoyed this location for many years, sadly today I was so embarrassed and made to feel bad for someone else s clearly bad day the lady in front of me drove off as well now I know why. I pull up to the speaker, I hear a faint voice come over the speaker, I give my order and ask for 2 changes, I can barely hear the person over the speaker and all the sudden this loud voice comes over and is clearly annoyed, I ask if I did something to upset her, she reply s well you spoke over me so I figured it was okay to talk over you with so much attitude. I apologize for upsetting her and left so embarrassed, I felt humiliated. I had no idea I had spoken over this person, the speaker was very quiet until she spoke up annoyed.

15 min for walk in coffee. Way to hot after 2nd attempt to make. And labelled right but still not right. Then another 5 min for a wrap. Wrap. Cold hard bacon. Egg runny. Hard super hard hash brown.and bitter dark lettuce and tomatoes? Which I didnt think tomatoes came on it. And worse. Gossip blah blah talk from staff on and on. Bad mouthing. Other staff. This was last chance ..
The coffee doesn t smell like coffee, it smells vaguely like old mushrooms because they don t clean their equipment properly. Go to Port Colborne to taste the difference.
Went through drive through for a tea and received the wrong tea. Dine in was closed so had to go through drive through again to get the correct order and ended up getting another tea which was also not what I ordered. Not returning to this location.
Need to hire more staff and pay them a reasonable wage ($18-$20/hr) it s 2022... Staff is 5 Stars! It s ridiculous that the inside is closed.

Ive heard from a friend of a friend that this Tim Hortons does not take assorted 10 pack of timbits to heart, as she received a 10 back with 9 plain Tim it and one birthday cake. Personally I would be extremely disappointed.

Normally this is the Best Timmies in Town. However the young guy with glasses at the window was all over the place. I Asked for a French Vanilla with 3 cream in it. I was given a coffee with 3 cream. I asked for a 10 pack of old fashion plain Tim bits for my dog and was given an assortment of Chocolate and Sprinkle Tim Bits.
This is a quiet place in the evening because is located in one of the industrial areas of Etobicoke
