Love going to Arby's in Fort Erie. We are always treated like family. Such a friendly atmosphere. Two thumbs up for sure.

Wow did we have a great meal @ Fort Erie Arby's on Sun. June 16th/2024. The Beef & Cheddar was melt in your mouth. The staff are so nice!!!!! 😀
It looks like they're having some problems getting established. With less visitors it makes sense to have less staff and reduced hours. The food is actually quite good. My favorite items are the fish sandwiches. Hot, fresh, crispy, and certainly outshines Mcdonalds fillet of fish. Service at drive through has always been very good. Not a long wait, friendly staff, and average prices for take out. They make an awesome orange and vanilla ice cream dessert in the summer too. Give them a try.
I ordered 3 different kinds of sliders. They don’t come with any type of sauce, I was not offered sauce and there were no sauce packets in the bag. They are very dry. I probably wouldn’t order them again. The milkshake was good though.
Just a small note had the classic roastbeef 3 for 10 very consisted staff was great will come again to get the beef and cheddar
I have no words. How does anyone training think this is acceptable.... these Montreal smoke meat sliders usually fill the whole bun with jucy meat. But these are absolutely horrible. Buns are stale and the "meat" shavings are dry.... I'm hoping this is just a temporary thing as they train new hires, but I won't come back for at least a few months. If you decide to stop here please don't expect a lot, other than their amazing curly fries. Those are on point.

Fast, friendly service. Extremely clean restaurant & restrooms. Always a good choice.

Place use to be good, now this location doesnt have straight cut fries, no chicken cordon blue, 1 chickenfinger in the buffalo sandwich, no bacon on the bacon chedder, use hotdog buns instead of the nice kaiser ones, dont sell the little sliders anymore, in 1 months time half of the menu is no longer available. This location obviously cant survive in fort erie.

Quick and proper service.
My husband ordered 3 Arby s melts from the drive thru, when he got home and opened them none of them had the delicious and questionable cheese sauce, which made them incredibly dry and bland. Super disappointing.
We enjoy their Roast beef sandwiches plus their curly fries.
Arbys makeover is great.
They forgot the top bun on my beef and cheddar but they were super nice and gave me a whole new sandwich.

This is a nice bright new location in Fort Erie. They just had a 3 for $10.00 special and we ended up buying 6 so we have some in the fridge at home.

Website says open at 10 am sign on the door says open at 10 am but the dining isnt open until 11 ? I watched 3 vehicles leave after attempting to enter !!! Just poor business,,,
Sucked, tasted like processed slop and was poorly made at best. Honestly makes ya feel sick. Try homemade meals and meal prepping, save money and live healthier than this paste.

I have not been to this establishment. I have checked them on the internet which is hard to get around. Almost impossible to get a price. In the end I decided not to go. There was nothing to entice me on their site.

It was a pleasure to visit and eat here. The staff and the food were first class. This was my first time here. When in the area again I will not hesitate to return here for another first class meal. The establishment was extremely neat and clean. Thanks.

Theres no Arbys anymore in Toronto. Or that I know of and I really missed Arbys. I love the sandwiches. Personal fav is the beef dip. So yummy. This location is very quiet but staff and the food is great.
Dining room closes at 8pm, drive thru times are very slow, food was as expected! Getting pricy.

Biked all the way from ridgeway only to see a drivethru only sign on the door. Nothing posted on the website. Unbelievable! Did not answer phone either
I was hesitant to try after seeing some bad reviews. We found the food to be fresh and the service to be great! Happy to finally have an Arby s local instead of going to the falls.

An Arbys recently opened in my town. We have been there twice now, and we do like it. The food is good, which is why we have come back.
We were so looking forward to this location opening. To our dissapointed, the bun was stale on the Jr bacon & cheddar, the pita on the gyro hard & it was tasteless. Not even the curly fries were good. Hopefuly things will improve.
Very disorganized staff. Entres for orders piled up on the cold stainless steel counter and no orders being packed up. Waited over 15 minutes for our order as I stood there watching the entres getting cold. Finally got our order and the buns were not toasted as the menu said, the sandwiches were barely warm and the fries were cold. Not impressed with my very first time in an Arbys.
If there was a zero star thats what I would be giving. The website says dining in is available until 10 pm. We arrived at 7:52 pm tonight (Saturday night) and the doors were locked. They closed early. An employee came out to put out garbage and we asked if there was a mistake the doors were locked. He told us we had to go through drive thru only. No apologies or care. We all had planned a dinner out. Your restaurant lost 8 customers!
Overcharged but it was corrected when I questioned it.Like the food though
Good food, I got my fix of curly fries, awesome btw. But listen. Y all need to put more than two napkins in a bag that has two sandwiches two sides and extra sauce.
Service was excellent and quick. The food was pipping hot and tasty. A great experience. Totally recommended this Arbys.
