Seriously? $5.00 for medium fries and dull seasoning? What a rip-off. I rarely eat at McDonald's and this has solidified never eating there again. They charge a lot for food that is bad for you, and after trying to let them know they got the order wrong, and we ordered: 1. 2 X large fries with dill seasoning, NOT ONCE were we told that they only come in medium until AFTER we got home and AFTER we went back and wasted gas. Never again.
On a positive note, the service is always great and and I like the coffee and prefer it over the competitors. Otherwise, I think everything here is way overpriced considering that the food is quite bad.
We ordered 2 Big Arch burgers over 10.00 with tax 1 burger had no sauce both burgers had no cheese there is supposed to be 3 slices per burger. The burger without cheese and sauce was tasteless, the burger with sauce had so much it was all over me in the first bite. What the heck why is it that you can't get what you order made properly and the cost is way more than what the burger is worth. They count on inferior food at drive thru because by the time you get home you just throw up your hands and eat that crap. Well I have not ordered anything from McDonalds in a very very long time but thought we would try a new product that would be perfect to get you back, but no they just throw inferior at you. I will not be ordering from McDonalds ever again. Consumers beware.

I went into McDonald's to have a meal with my husband. I just had a stent put in and this was the first day out and I wanted to have a bite to eat. I ordered two meals, one was a meal with a water. When my order was ready there was a Fruitopia and not a water. I asked the girl to replace my drink with a water and she came back with a plastic cup with the lid with water in it. I said that I paid for a meal with a water and not a plastic cup with a water and could you please get me a bottle of water. She came back with a very sarcastic look and gave me the bottle water. I walked away and I heard her say to everyone "I won't drink water from a plastic cup". I was so upset that she was mocking me I went back up to the counter to confront her and which she denied. The manager came up and asked what happened and his response was "I will handle it". I walked away to sit back down and another customer said "I'm glad you said something" and I asked if she heard what she said and her response was "everyone heard what she said" and she also said that kids these days have no respect. I went back up to the manager and said that the lady also overheard what she said and again his only response was "I said I would handle it". Whatever happened to apologizing to the customer and trying to make things better. The manager didn't seem to care at all and this was evident by the loud talking and laughing from all the staff. The whole atmosphere felt like a bunch of teenagers that had no supervision and were able to say and do whatever they wanted. I will never ever go to this establishment again to allow a smart girl disrespect me so and the supervisor not care how I was treated and that was so very evident by his interaction with me.
Well kept restaurant. Nice employees, management seems well. The owner Peter, is a well-respected McDonalds Owner who seems to care for his employees. Parking is amazing, lots of space. Well maintained on the outside with alot of landscaping constantly happening. If you have a problem with your food, ask the employees, they'll fix it for you!
At this location I find that the people working here are quite nice, the food of course is as expected from McDonald's, I like it. What I found to be different is that the fountain drink is not self-service, which I would prefer, to control how much ice is in the drink, is any, The parking is a bit confusing.
We came here for a late night cheeseburger. It impressed us as one of the cleanest McDonald's restaurants we've been to in North America. Nevertheless, there were still two flies inside...
Love these guys, yall complaining on here would have a panic attack if mcdonalds suddenly closed, try showing some sympathy, you chose to go to mcdonalds, if you dont like it stay at home and make food instead, you risk it yourself going to a fast food establishment. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, and amazing service.
Highway stop. Standard fare. Very good for highway traveler.

Very poor customer service by the young blood girl there. After talking to us, she went over to her collegues to rant, loud giggling about her customer services.

ordered from this place over the APP, about 6 minutes before I arrived, I noticed my number up on the board, then is disappeared, a worker came called my number and told me they didnt have enough they would have to cook more, I said no I didnt want to wait just cancel it, and left, when I got home my wife was asking where the order was I told her it was cancelled, she said it wasnt that I must have eaten it cause I already got the receipt saying I got the oder, but it wasnt what the kid did was COMPLETE the order without even filling the order, so I called the restaurant and asked WHY was the order complete when it wasnt? I asked that this be refunded back to my debit card, I was calm, explained in detail, oh I was supposedly talking to the manager, gave them all the details, so the so called manager says hold on a minute, and then decides to tell another person to take the call because I was a ANGRY man, wasnt mean or ignorant during the call, and oh yea, my phone calls are recorded, and when another person took the phone I gave her a few choise words and hung up. Imagine being called an ANGRY man because I called to complain about an order I never received and Im the angry one. NEVER again will I go to any McDonalds anywhere, so I paid for something I never got and when you complain you are the one who is to blame, never mind an employee completing an order that isnt complete, I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone, so now I have to waste my time in dealing with their corporate office to get a refund for something I didnt receive but its my fault, imagine that, but typical from a big restaurant, it doesnt matter I didnt get the order because there will always be someone else to replace my order with their order, Ive even posted my recorded phone call on reddit with alot of people just replying with a WOW, typical big box restaurants brushing aside a legitimate complaint, trying to blame the customer NEVER again will I step inside a McDonalds restaurant

Went through the drive through. Was over charged for my drink which was on sale. Manager was rude about and took her time. Snotty and unapologetic and after waiting, was not offered the drink for free or a sorry. Terrible staff at your store

The place is usually clean with the odd couple fries on the floor which doesnt bother me. You get your food in five minutes at the latest depending on how much youve ordered. Ice cream usually only takes 25 seconds.
Pretty disappointed mcdonalds. The food: You claim to bring back the mcrib but totally botched it. The buns are completely deflated and tasteless, the mcrib its self is over seasoned, and the sauce tastes and looks nothing like it used to. The service: I came through the drive thru and ordered a mcrib, pretty clearly. Putting an emphasis on the b in the rib. Somehow, I received a McChicken. I decided to stop and eat in the parking lot, so I took it back in to get the correct order, and the manager was pretty short with her response telling me that I had ordered incorrectly.... But ended up giving me the mc rib in replacement.

I dont usually leave negative reviews , but lately this place kind of stinks! I got a cheeseburger happy meal ...no fries and in the bag with the mini doughnut that was also ordered was the receipt laying against the doughnut so how many hands did that touch and then was put into the bag on the doughnut and no napkins either and the drink was wrong too . I think I will go elsewhere from now on as this sort if thing seems to happen far too often , sadly . Sorry fort erie McDonalds ...what happened to the whole, you check everything to make sure its in the bag ? And how about better hygiene when putting things into the dessert bags?

I come to this McDonalds quite a bit when I need a snack. I was quite disappointed on Wednesday, January 10th when I came here. If I could do 0 stars for service I would. There were many kids working. As it brought all there friends in. When the workers saw their friends they felt the need to exit their work and hangout with their friends at the counter where you pick up your food. Where the customers stand, not where the workers are. It was very overwhelming with many teenagers in their only to see their friends, which brought them to crowd the counter. Going to the point when an older gentleman felt uncomfortable and moved all the way near the door to avoid this hangout. As the workers were hanging out and not doing their job, A manger did tell a worker to go back to work, as the other worker snuck back out to hangout. Waited around 20 minutes for a cheeseburger. Very disappointed in this McDonald s..

They have renovated, and it seemsvthe dining area is small, but not more spread out. We have never had a problem finding a table, and dont expect this to be a problem

Pretty happy with every experience I ve had with here. I don t order a wide variety of items ever (just stick to a couple basics) but I can t recall ever having any issues. Service is fast, food is standard McDonald s but better than other locations, and always close to the right temperature. Staff have always been friendly to me. :)

These incompetents accept orders and then just decide to not fulfill them. Order confirmed at 11:31 pm for 2 friggin bigmac combos. Stupid app updated then reset multiple times including an update with driver arriving at the store just shortly after closing. Youre telling me you couldnt make two bigmacs for delivery within 20 minutes, when youre expected to pump them out at drive-through within a much shorter time? Contacted support and they offered me a standard refund and generic apology. Door dash blames mcdonalds abd i anticipate youll blame the driver. Gee thanks, its now 1224 am, and late night delivery is rare around here. Thanks for a terrible experience and a hungry guest. Useless.

Good food, sometimes forget things. But my bestie works there, so it great. Parking: Lots of free parking, if not busy. Kid-friendliness: They have meals for kids and very nice Wheelchair accessibility: Great for people with wheelchairs.
I had wait to wait there two Sundays because of weird immigration policies. Both of the days i felt very cozy. The servers are great, the atmosphere is super calm. I dont know if it was because of a Sunday or not, but there were so many wonderful souls who went there just to have a brunch and chitchat with one another. Even thoigh i was alone, they did not let me feel left out. A lot of people came forward to have a friendly chat, which is very rare now a days. Food was good too. The washroom was clean. Perfect.

The service is always appreciated. What is difficult is the heavy content of salt we never get at other restaurants. The fries are always very salty and need to be wiped off before consuming or thrown away halfway. Health concerns of peoples sodium intake should be considered.
Went through drive thru, charged me for my food then they wouldnt give me my food. They wanted to charge me again, even after I showed them the transaction from my banking app. Terrible service!

I wait all year for the Easter Creme Egg McFlurry to come out. Every single time I go to this McDonalds for one, they barely put any sauce in. After the first couple of spoonfuls, Im left with an entire cup of plain vanilla soft serve. Ordering extra sauce does not help. Do the employees have to pay for the sauce out of their paychecks? Because they sure do act like it. Do better Fort Erie.

Very sad that they just decide to close at 11:30pm when they are supposed to be open til midnight, then as you drive thru you see a staff member give you the middle finger and laugh because they wanted to close early

Generally this McDonald s is great.. but today after waiting 25 minutes for curb side pick up, to receive a breakfast sandwich that is burnt.. not pleased. Not to mention it was full of egg shells.. I didn t open it until I got home.. ugh so disappointed.

Waited way too long for our food. So did the people in front of us as well as the people behind us. Part of our food was cold. Understand having us wait. But food should have come out at least warm. Employee apologized for wait.

This McDonalds and most in the area are about 60/40 for good service and warm food at the same time. My pet peeve is being parked and waiting for a sandwich or nuggets and having cold frys delivered to your car. I guess one of the items was warm. In general, McDonalds is probably the third or fourth best option for warm, fresh, fast food and good customer service. Wendys and A&W are usually better options locally.

If I could give less stars I would. This location is horrible whether ordering inside or at the drive-thru. The service is uniformly slow & unfriendly and I would suspect poorly trained & supervised as well. The competition is far superior down the street!!
