Central Pizza in Fort Erie

Steak sub was awesome, cant wait to try there pizza and wings.

Pizza was quite chewy, was done on the bottom but undercooked in the middle.

Pizza was hot and delicious. Also delivered on time.

They have great pizza and wings. They are reasonably priced.

Good food however, this place has inconsistent and odd hours for a pizza joint. Randomly closed on a Friday. Closed on holidays.

Amazing staff and everything Ive had here so far has been absolutely amazing. Would absolutely benefit from some lunch / walk in options ( like a slice of pizza and pop for $5 or something ) but genuinely great spot for food.

This place has the best pizza in Ontario. I grew up in Fort Erie and this was always a highlight of any day when we got this. Ive since moved to the GTA and have never found anything comparable. Not even close. Anytime I come back home I make sure to get a pizza here. I only wish they had another store up here in Durham region. I miss this pizza any time I have a lesser kind for somewhere else.

Drove across town for it after a 45 minute wait they forgot to put sauce on the wings.. had to drive all the way back and make my company wait for wings. Unorganized, don t answer the phones overall unimpressed won t be eating here again.

The pizza has always been excellent from Central. Its our go-to spot for pizza in town. The toppings are high-quality, crust is amazing, and the staff have always been friendly. The chicken wings are very good too. Ive never tried any other menu items outside of pizza and wings, so I cant comment on them. But we havent been disappointed yet. Parking is a bit limited.

Central Pizza is by far the best pizza and wings in town, Ive been a customer for many many years and Ive never had a bad order, Ive also tried there tacos, subs, chicken fingers, spaghetti and Dawn Maries treats all amazing, Ive tried other pizza places in town but none come close to Central.

Central Pizza used to make fantastic pizza and wings, now I will only recommend them for wings. Ever since the current person in the kitchen started making pizza its become an embarrassment. The dough is frequently too thick to cook properly and Ive gotten a mouthful of almost raw dough on more than one occasion. The toppings are located under the cheese, which causes everything to slide off the slice when you try to pick it up. By being named toppings they, by definition, go on top of the pizza. They are also way too heavy handed on the cheese, causing the whole pie to be a greasy and disgusting mess that more often than not upsets your stomach. In order to get a regular pizza out of this place now you have to special order it and basically teach the cook how to make a pizza. The chicken wings are fantastic and you cant go wrong with them, but avoid Central Pizzeria if you want a pizza you will enjoy. I plan on visiting them soon to find out how much their sales have dropped since they started making pizza like this, and to advise them that they should remove the word pizzeria from their name and sign. Word of mouth is key in small towns like Fort Erie, and for the last few years the words out of my mouth have been Central has forgotten how to make pizza and I share that opinion with everyone I can.

Really disappointed with the pizza and wings. I ve ordered from central my whole life. I m back in Fort Erie for a visit and craved their pizza. $60 later the pizza and wings were absolutely terrible. Burnt and so hard we couldn t even chew it. Ended up in the garbage. I m so disappointed because I was so looking forward to what I remembered as my favourite pizza. Please improve for that cost.

I saw raves about the hot chicken sub. This was nothing to rave about. Fried frozen chicken strip dipped in a hot sauce with a piece of lettuce and slice of tomato and very thin blue cheese dressing. It was on a hard, dry bun that was unkind to the mouth. It just was not good at all. The steak sub my husband ordered was flavourless minus the green bell peppers. Weve tried it. We wont be back.

Fantastic Best Pizza in Town Grest Service!

Went to stay with my family in Fort Erie and their regular pizza place was closed so we try this place. Oh my sweet Jesus. Best pizza ever! The toppings were so plentiful and the crust was to die for. We also splurged on dessert. Not sure what it was but it was some kind of heavenly cheesecake with a chocolate crust. Everything was perfect. Thank you for the great experience and we will be back!

Never again. You ask for lasagna and for the last two years they say they re out. They don t care.

By far the best place to get pizza and wings from in Fort Erie. Been going here since I was a kid. Everytime I am in town I always stop there. And yes the owner is awesome!! Known him my whole life. Keep up the good work buddy. They would be so proud of you.

Great pizza and wings! Tried their subs for the first time after many years of just pizza and wings and they were fabulous! Its definitely going to be difficult to decide now!

I get take out often in Fort Erie, and while I have never had an issue with the pizza (it s OKAY) every single time I get subs from here my family and I all get sick. I get once, twice, maybe three times but what are the odds my family gets sick the 4th time only in the last two years when we order subs specifically from this place. I often go to subculture, barrel etc and get the same submarines, even papa Steve s in ridgeway prior to shutdown and no issues. Everytime my family orders subs from here we end up violently vomiting and sick. Sorry to be so blunt and in detail here but something is not right. We won t be ordering again to say at the least, at the most you guys need some inspections done. Whether your serving bad meat, not washing toppings such as lettuce or just not practicing proper sanitation something is going on. Only restaurant that my family gets sick every single time we have ordered in 1-2 years. Never again.

Not a fan. Obviously this is my opinion along with my spouse but we found the pizza left a lot to be desired. Nowhere near as bad as some of the other pizza places weve tried. Just not our cup of tea. Wouldnt hurt to try them tho as Im sure others will have different opinions.

A new gem in Fort Erie! I tried central 2 years ago when I moved here. The pizza was average so I hadnt had it since. I tried it again as they recently started making desserts and we wanted to try those. Both the pizza and the treats are amazing. The pizza has the taste of a New York slice and the desserts are delicious. Central pizza has really stepped up their game! Cant wait to eat here next cheat day! Update: Recently have tried their wings and was not dissapointed. Bbq wings are decent size and very tasty! Still no menus to hand out and the combos they offer arent on their Facebook page readily available. I wish they would offer updated takeout menus or update their menu online.

Horrible Customer Service!!! For a place that we love and order from all the time, grew up in fort Erie I couldn t believe the customer service- the manager hung up on me twice! I had a big order 7 ham subs ! BIG FAMILY All had different toppings ofcourse so it obviously wouldn t be the easiest * kept angrily interrupting when asked to listen to each sub order * says she didn t have enough room on her paper to write them all down * shouts goodbye and hung up * I call back to ask for a manager or someone else to take the order she starts yelling again and hung up I couldn t even make out what she said ? You want the best pizza and subs in town GO TO THE BARREL - should of done that from the start !

We have been ordering pizza from central once a week for a long time .today Jan 4 we ordered wings and party tray , they sent wrong tray we had three items on the pizza we ordered instead they sent pepperoni and cheese we all dont like pepperoni!!!! I phoned girl at front counter said your pizza is still here come and get it if you want !!!! Well Ive been in customer service for way over twenty years the properthing to do if you want good business they could have appolozie and offer to deliver the proper pizza free of charge !!!!! We are regular customer s very disappointed !!!!!!

So all of the reviews of them never answering the phone should be voided. They had to close for a bit and it was roughly a year ago. The value for the food is real good here, order a tray and 50 wings from them and then the Barrel tell me how you made out

love their pizza and really genuinely dont want to give my money to any other company. there have been SO many times though that i have called during their business hours and they simply WILL NOT pick up their phone, whatsoever. if i am persistent enough, sometimes they will take my call. very confusing, not sure if they want the business or not, but very sad because it is genuinely my favourite pizza place in town.

Great place to order pizza from. The staff are very friendly. Sadly they dont have the personnel to handle a very busy night as its a family owned business and their chicken wings arent good at all.
