They say hot n ready 4 to 8 rough day at work pop in to get hotnready for quick dinner only to pay then be told it's gunna be 10 minutes. What happen to hotness ready!!!

Scary. There were a couple customers there ahead of me when I went in to order my pizza. The employees handling the orders, cash, debit machine, etc are the same people making your pizza. The sink where they are supposed to wash their hands before making the food is absolutely filthy, including the backsplash area. Have no doubt the actual faucet and handles are equally disgusting. Good thing the employees didn't bother to wash their hands before touching the food....I guess :( The cross contamination and food safety has to be compromised. I'm not sure what training they've had for food handling, but the things they were doing and touching before handling the food is really awful.
Not back for a little caesars. Pot store right next door. That will help make it taste amazing lol. Really its little caesars you get what you get. At least its cheap!
Just had the worst Little Caesars pizza ever. Got a stuffed crust pizza that had absolutely no garlic butter or parm on it, how disappointing 😣 so dry and plain!!! What the heck?!

Service was fast and great. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Got pizza on my way to Crystal Beach. Definitely returning. Vegetarian options: Vegetable toppings, cheese etc.

Disgusted. I ordered my pizzas online. I was I front of the store when I ordered it. (Covid less contact is why I ordered online instead of going in) anyways after I placed my order I watched his staff one went on a smoke break the other played on her phone. My order must have come through and I watched the young lady put her phone away and start making my order. She did not wash her hands. Second girl came in from her smoke break. Took off her jacket and started helping. She didn t wash her hands either. Needless to say I didn t pick up the order. And I m now asking corporate for a refund as the manager refused. And yes I know they didn t wash their hands because when the one girl was finished making my pizzas she must have had something on her hands cause I watched her wash her hands then.
Nothing ready ever
Ordered cinnamon bites on the app and half hour later went to the store and they forgot about my order. They made me wait an extra 5 minutes (it wasn t busy) and I got it and it was undercooked and half the size of what it usually was.
Its good when cooked properly. There has been multiple times at the Fort Erie location where I have been given raw dough. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and the crust wasnt fully cooked and there was raw dough within the crust. I also had this happen when getting the stuffed crazy bread, where the inside of it still had raw dough. Likely wont buy from here because of it.
Ive never had an issue with an order. Staff is always efficient and friendly! I prefer the pizza well done.
Pizza was ok, but just ok and everything else was a disaster ie: rude doordash delivery driver, excess delivery and service fees then the audacity to ask for a tip we will never make this mistake again.

I have come to this location twice on a Saturday night to pick up hot and ready pizza s and they never have any. I miss being in the falls where they actually have them ready you can get better pizza at any other location in Fort Erie

Seems to have gone downhill. I order a large pizza now just to make sure I get one that is fresh. Even that doesnt seem to do it. The last couple times have been dried out and it is not sitting at all. Im there to pick it up as soon as it is ready. They also cant seem to cut it properly. We end up with giant slices and tiny slices.
I ordered a Deep Dish combo, and we requested to make it veggie, and we were told the total amount would be around $18 ($2 extra for making it a veggie). When we reached there to pick up, we were charged $26 informing us that it cannot be granted as a combo so regular charge would be applied. The main issue that I have is, they did not have any courtesy to call us back and give us the information, and when we reached there, we were asked, is it okay that we charge it normally, and honestly we didnt have much option as we were hungry, so we had to buy it. Im really disappointed with the customer interaction and services.

I waited 35 mins for my order today cause they forgot my deepdish and no apologies for the wait..
The food was good but the service not so much. Called in ahead of time to place our order and when we got there to pick it up only half our order was made and they couldnt confirm if the other half of the order was ours or someone elses because they dont take a name or phone number. They tried to blame us saying that we called the wrong shop but it is the only little Caesars in town.

Ready made pizzas are the best. Cant beat such a great deal. Deep dish is superb. The cornmeal on the crust just makes it so unique and flavourful compared to the other pizzerias. Highly recommend.
