Amazing customer service and great food

Do not leave a tip! The employees do not receive it! Weather its cash or on the debit/credit machine. I dont know about other locations but all tips at this location go to the store. That is the only reason for my low rating overall, this made me furious.

Watched the employee drop the pizza on the floor and when I asked for a refund her and the manager didn t understand how to do it.

It was a nice atmosphere, and the service was really good and they wherealways smiling and cheerful, the food I had was a slice of Hawaiian pizza and 6 hot wings, the slice was really good and the wings were just right with sauce amount smd spice. Different ordering time: i was ordering food and the lady that was taking my order didnt understand me speaking english and i had a hard time understanding her language, and once i was finally able to get my order placed she goes and tells me that their not deleivering anymore, meanwhile if she didnt take 15 mimutes taking ny order i would have had dinner tonight and not have nothing to eat before i go to sleep, the worst experience i have ever dealt with in a long time, easily could have had it deleivered to me somce i called before they dont deliver, and last time i checked delivery goes till they closed, i still had a half hour before they closed ffs, oh and then she hangs up on me without any apology, the rudest place, terrible experience

The lady taking the order/making the pizza was nice but her and her coworker did not watch their hands. They would touch any and everything but the sink (for soap and water) nor did they wear gloves. Please wash your hands after using the cashier, or touching different things/food/items please!!!

Best buffet for family

My partner and I ordered our order at 10:14 on the app. We waited 45 mins before we called head office to see where our food was. The guy on the phone put us on hold and called the fort Erie store to see what was going on. He came back and told us that they were just packing it up and they d be leaving in a few mins and that we would get our money back within 3-5 business days. Okay, fine. We ll 45 mins turned into 1 hr and 40 mins. They never showed up so my partner just went to go pick it up as it was now 11:30. Al of a sudden a car pulls into the driveway and it was the delivery guy and my partner was right behind him. Apparently they were having issues with the computer technology or whatever. And that would have been okay if they would have just called us to let us know why they were so late instead of letting us just sit there at home wondering where our food was. The food we ordered was fine, it was hot and cooked correctly. But the wait time was ridiculous, they have our number and they could have called us to let us know why. I m not sure how much more we will be ordering from here, as everyone we do order from here we always have an issue..

Not really fresh they cook it then reheat it when you buy it. I mean this for slices, but even for a franchise like this this the food should be hot and fresh.

The Strombolis are absolutely amazing and so filling. Delivery driver is also a great guy always polite and friendly.

Delivery was late and he forgot the dipping sauces which took him another 25 minutes to bring I had to go to the store myself and then the driver had the audacity to get mad at me swore at me on the phone...I called which took me almost an hour for the lady to tell me she would send in a complaint. I paid 40$ for a pizza that was undercooked/late/ and had forgotten items...should have been refunded for the whole order. Never ordering from here again.

Bummed because I like the food here. I have attended this location numerous times and the food is usually very good. I always order online so Im aware of their 30 minutes or its free policy (says it right in the e-mail). Ive waited past that limit before but have always decided to let it go. Today I received my order 41 minutes after I ordered it and decided to challenge the policy. The employee there told me they dont do that at this location because of COVID, then told me to contact customer service at their generic number. I was given the run around at the store, but left anyways to go eat. At home, I spoke with customer service who said that they never discontinued this policy regardless of COVID and that the staff there indicated the order was prepared on time and I was mistaken. The employee there was saying I was a liar essentially (as if my integrity ends on $42 worth of pizza...). Dont have the policy if youre not willing to honour it. Suspect customer service to say the least and doubtful Ill return to the franchise again, definitely not this location.

Very bad experience at this location. Staff seemed lazy and do not want to help. They will come up with all kind of excuses if you request extra cheese on a slice of pizza, even if you are paying for it. I would drive to Niagara falls every time I am craving pizza pizza than visit this location.

I ordered from Pizza Pizza and the delivery guy was late and refused to give me my order for FREE after I got the conformation email that clearly state 40 minutes or FREE, I told the Delivery man that I dont wanna pay if I can get it for free and he told me if I wasnt going to pay then I wont be receiving my order, I even showed him the email and then the time and he still refused, I ended up paying and after I saw that my Pizza was burnt! Bad Service!

Horrible service. Ordered for delivery one day about a year ago & they re suppose to give you your pizza for free if they take longer than an hour. An hour passed by and no one showed up. Another hour passed and the store was about to close 2 hours after I ordered and I didn t get my pizza. They didn t even call to cancel it or anything. Mine aswell go to The Barrel in the plaza over or literally any other local pizza place around here.

Without a doubt the worst ever pizza place Ive ordered from. I dont even do reviews except EVERY single time I order from this place theres always something wrong. Gave them about 4 different chances to get it right but they dont care pure and simple.

Sadly my vegetarian pizza was compromised because of my mushrooms were swapped with bacon. Mu hubby picked it up just now and didnt check it in store, we never needed to. But now I think were going to have to no2, or maybe this was just our last pizza with this company.?...

I had ordered once here a large three topping with three popsand I thought it was pretty good actually $13.99. Then I read th reviews a few weeks later when I was thinking of ordering again. Some reviews were great and some of them were saying the pizza was undercooked.....sort of a bit and miss. Anyway, I ordered the same thing as the first time and when I got home, low and behold, I couldnt believe it, my pizza was very undercooked. So its actually true from my experience. The only kind of bonus is I could reheat the slices up in the stove and finish off the cooking without burning.

i just ordered a twin pizza on the app and the app didnt recognize my toppings so for everyone that uses the app dont use it call to order , so instead i got a plain twin pizza with just cheese so i spent $27 dollars for nothing FIx The App that way other people dont have the same issue so as of right now PIZZA PIZZA lost a customer here in Fort Erie

You HAVE to try the Panzerotti!! OMG so amazing! 1 will feed 2 people easily. I ordered the poppers (also amazing) and half moon cheese bread and it last my bf and I 2 days of leftovers. And all for an extremely low price.

Maybe one piece of ham per piece, 1 or 2 olives and the slightest dusting of feta. THIS LOCATION IS REALLY BAD. STAY AWAY!

Ive been a regular customer at this location for a long time. There have been numerous issues with delivery time, missing toppings and underbaked crusts but Ive always overlooked these things because everyone has a bad day sometimes. However, my last order was not only delivered late but several items were missing. I called to report the problem but the customer service rep was very disrespectful and unwilling to help. Not only would he not do anything about the missing food but he also refused to honour their one hour or its free guarantee. He claimed that they tried to call me and had left a voicemail. I informed him that I had checked my call history. There was no voicemail and nothing in the call history. The customer sevice rep actually implied that I was lying and said nothing to address the late and missing food. The only thing he offered was a 15% discount on my next order which is meaningless since Ill never order from them again.

Horrible branch , showed up 10mins after the 40mins or free time and refused to give me my pizza for free! I called pizza and they put me on hold 5 times until i finally paid to get this rude driver off my property. Between the false advertisement of 40mins or free or the bullying me to just pay for the pizza, i will never be back. #boycottpizzapizza

Even upon request (in all caps) they barely ever CALL ON ARRIVAL. Even in a not lit house at night! Wakes up household and dogs by ringing the doorbell. Then even with everyone coming out and dogs barking trying to get out, inquired about a tip.

Consistently pizza pizza fails me. I received under cooked wedges, I m talking basically raw. And 40 wings that tasted boiled and tossed in an old spoiled sauce. I don t trust this company. They don t offer refunds, and without explaining that it was their policy or why they don t offer refunds they simply, say no refund and they only replace food. I will update to a more positive review if my replacement is actually edible and doesn t taste like an undercooked boiled sewer. $70 for a ruined night and to be hung up on and kept on the phone for an hour without any explanations or adequate assistance. I m not happy, and I hate pizza pizza now. Update; Received the replacement food and the chicken wings were just as disgusting even with a new sauce: honey garlic instead of buffalo. The wedges were cooked this time.

This location in particular is really bad. The pizza wasn t cooked well at the bottom and there was barely any sauce and cheese on the pizza. Picture for reference. We only ordered from here because of the 50% off deal the company Pizza Pizza was having. I highly recommend ordering from a local pizza place in Fort Erie. (Ex: Zia s pizzeria and Papa s Pizza are amazing) Also I can confirm some of the 5 star reviews here are fake and from their relatives/workers. Especially the ones with pictures of the store.

The breaded chicken wings tasted even better than the chicken from KFC (Fort Erie). It was not greasy, good size but the overall taste could for sure be improved though (thank god for the dipping sauces). The breading has an interesting taste but I dont mind it. The pizza, for the price, leaves a lot to be desired... For example, we ordered extra cheese and it was not very cheesy. Im kind of afraid what wouldve happened if I chose without extra cheese. There was not a lot of toppings and the pizza just had a bland taste over all. Im definitely ordering the chicken wings again but the pizza... eh, I will just stick to the Barrel honestly.

Its hit or miss with this store sometimes just absolutely great and other times its just not that good but they always fix there mistakes!! It just makes for a lot of driving to and from and wasted time.

If you enjoy raw pizza check it out. I ask everytime for it to be well done but they just cant figure it out i guess clearly.

Normally I have absolutely no issues with pizza pizza yes occasionally they might have missed a can of pop or did not have the proper ingredient or something like that but I had been there customer 20 years at least I have so many Club eleven point saved up that I could probably get two or three pizzas for free. today I placed an order online it said that I place the order at 6:08 which I have screenshots to prove everything at 6:57.54 and I only know its that exact time cuz thats the first time that it appears on my telephone I get a phone call from Pizza Pizza stating your drivers knocking at your door and youre not answering could you please answer it so I say wait a minute theres nobody at my door I get up I open my door and I said no theres nobody here and then the timer goes off that states the pizza is free and then the driver comes walking up the driveway and says okay here Id like the money for your order and I said no Im sorry sir youre late and he says oh no Im not they called you and let you knew I was here 1 fortunately just because you call me from the driveway doesnt make you at my door you knew you were going to be late so you had customer service call me to try to distract me I have a security camera because I thought you know what maybe Im wrong maybe Im completely wrong and he was here on time well my security camera detects people when they walk to my door pizza pizza driver was not detected until 6:59 as soon as I open my door to him it was 7 and they said too bad we called you it doesnt work that way you cant call somebody and lie and say theyre knocking on your door when theyre not even here yet they were still in the driveway you had somebody call me and hopefully distract me but it did not work

So i just placed a pre-paid order and even went so far as to leave a tip. and the Delivery driver left my order on the doorstep and was ALREADY leaving the driveway BEFORE we even got a call about our order arriving. The website never updates saying Your order should be on its way to let customers know its actually on its way. Its the first time its happened but Id like to think that with a tip the driver would at least wait till ive picked up my order before departing.

Staff are hard to understand and have a hard time understanding, we wanted the special large pizza three toppings , we wanted 3 diff items on each half of the pizza , the guy working was very confused by this and told us that hot peppers were an extra item , the woman working had us come over and show her what to put on the pizza since they were so confused by this , after when we came back in to pick up the pizza she told me that it was only supposed to be 2 items I pointed to the sign and said it says large pizza 3 items she smiled and nodded we left , I opened the pizza in the car and realized it was only a medium pizza! My husband went back in and asked the guy if this was a large and he said yes , my husband asked if a large was 8 slices ? The woman working said no that she had made a mistake , she remade our pizza in the large , the pizza was good though after all the unnecessary confusion

So every Friday I order the same pizza. As the kids only like it one way. I have been ordering from this pizza pizza for over 6 years, with it delivered. Today I call to place my order, the guy on the phone insists on telling me that they dont deliver to this address as it is outside there zone. I tell him they have been delivering to this address for over six years. He was extremely RUDE. Lots just say Anete Pizza has a new customer.
