What a joke!!! Takes the new lady ten minutes to take my order and she didn’t even make it right. I asked for my burger plain and they put everything on it? She also couldn’t even focus on taking our order on the phone, she was busy talking to multiple other people while we were ordering and asked me to repeat myself four times! Food quality has depleted since they opened up this year. UPDATE: Dear Owner, I never said anything about there being new owners! It was about the new worker up front, if you are going to be behind the counter, whether you are a regular paid employee or not, you should still make sure that the people who are spending money at your restaurant get the food they pay for! Don't even work if you are just going to ruin orders! Would you be pleased if it took a ten minute phone call to order two meals and needed to repeat yourself multiple times? There seems to be a common issue with your attitude towards customers, and your replies prove your rudeness.

Fish was very good and the poutine should be called chips and gravy as there was very little curds. The very best poutine can be had in sturgeon falls at Larry’s where a customer told them to take off some curds …seriously. Also the price was equal . The server at Beach Bites could use a Dale Carnegie course for her personality. We were the first ones there but they open at 11:10 and it took 20 minutes to get our food. We ate it there
Food is really good! Veggie burger was one of the very best I have ever had. The buns are so fresh. Bratwurst sausage is a good size and comes with fried onions.
Not sure what I spent $35 dollars on here but it all looks like it could belong in the garbage. This place was good at the beginning of the summer and has significantly gone downhill since. Everything is undercooked OR overcooked and I’m so hungry I want to cry. Imagine serving someone food and all they want to do is cry… sad day won’t be back. When I got home (10 min drive) everything was soggy and had to re cook it all 🤮
Pretty good poutine. A medium poutine with bacon costed 9.60$, and the portion was good. The gravy tasted sweet, but it was a nice change after trying poutine at countless other restaurants. I'll be back in the future!
This place was really good. Perfect if you’re looking for meals for your whole family at a decent price. A wide variety of menu options including burgers and chicken fingers. This place is super close to Waverley Beach in Fort Erie so the name is perfect. Grab some food and head on down to the water for a picnic ! I had the poutine, the medium was what most places would consider a large and it was only 7$!! The only reason I gave them four stars was because Im super picky about cheese curds having lived in Quebec. Their gravy and fries were super hot even after driving over to the beach which was amazing but did leave the cheese curds unrecognizable. Not their fault at all!!
One of the best poutines I've had in a while. The lady was really nice, the service was fairly quick, and the food was really good. The hand cut fries, cheese curds, and gravy were all cooked well, and the meal was well priced

Really nice fish n chips. We ordered and ate on the picnic tables. Chips/fries were outstanding. The fish was crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside. Really was very good (from an Englishman and English woman)
The food is always fresh and tastes amazing and the customer service is like no other. My family and I love coming here and getting fish and chips.
Ive enjoyed Beach Bites since they opened. I was there today and 2 of our orders we paid the additional $3.00 to add fries. What we got wasnt even enough to condone if they were included in the price of the burger or chicken strips. If Im paying 3 bucks to add Fries, I expect a good amount of fries. Neither of us were filled after the lack there off. Not impressed today at all.
Had the 6 oz burger and fries, the fries were great and the burger was delicious. Great price from a great food truck

Only been once but had takeaway for the whole crew and everyone was pleased with the fish and chips, onion rings and crab cakes. We will return.

Great food for an excellent price
My dad and I were looking around for a quick lunch on Father s Day since we were hungry and I found this place and we re glad we did! Fresh cut fries you can t go wrong with that. Price is reasonable, and the lady was very polite. I m proud to say my dad and I will be back!
Food was okay, the guy making them was clearly having a bad day and ended up being very disrespectful. Yes your other loyal customers enjoy your business, but you can enjoy this 1 star review. *EDIT. Yes I did deal with him. Just because someone leaves you a negative review does not mean they went to your location that exact same day.

Called to place an order in advance. Everything was ready by the time I arrived. We ordered hamburgers, poutine and mushroom bites. Everything was delicious. Staff was very polite.

My Daughter is a poutine aficionado so we stop at a lot of chip trucks & my poor waistline can attest to that but this gem with an east coast flair and unique menu items (like thier Newfie Mess fries with dressing [homemade stuffing for us flatlanders] or delectable crab cakes) is a real mom n pop treat highly recommend abd they do take phone orders if youre not into waiting in a que on busy weekends
