Spent $50 for take out for two bowls of pho. Lady on the phone was super unenthusiastic and didn t confirm my order details. The guy working the counter had no idea what was going on. They got my order wrong. Wanted regular chicken pho and got grilled chicken pho, which was awful. Will not be returning

Easily the best restaurant in the town of Fort Erie. A bit pricy. However, this is our go to for consistent high quality food. The kids love it. We love it. Always delicious.

Great Vietnamese restaurant! I usually just go with a large rare beef pho and some shrimp/pork rolls and its always delicious. Great service as well although they are often busy.

Great tasting food, with no off flavours! Another amazing small town restaurant that rivals the best Pho restaurants I tried while living in Toronto. We tried almost every roll and they were all excellent! The pho and vermicelli bowls are generously portioned, and the beef and pork were very flavourful. Our table of five enjoyed every item ordered, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the best phos ive been to in a while. Im so usto going to the same location in town but when out of town its hard to find a good pho this one is definitely a go to.

Their Pho soup was very good. Good portions. Spring rolls were crispy and delicious. The stir-fried beef was yummy. Service was great and quick.

I have been coming here for years and I wholeheartedly think that their pho is the best I have ever had. I have tried pho from all over the area and even internationally and Pho Xuan Tang has yet to be beat. I have never been disappointed and always recommend it to others who all share the same opinion after they ve had it.

Super disappointed with my experience today. My family and I have been eating here for years. Today I went in for a take out order (under $10). I paid with debit like I always do. I clicked no receipt and tapped to pay like I always do, if given the option. The lady cashing me out said it didn t go through and I need to pay again. I felt weird about it because the transaction seemed like it went through fine - I checked my bank account on my phone and it showed as a point of sale. I showed this to the lady but she was still adamant that I needed to pay. I said why would I pay again for something I already paid for? She then told me to pay again and go to my bank to talk to them about it. I explained there is no need to speak to them because there isn t an issue with my bank !? She then suggested that I didn t have enough money in my bank account so maybe that s why it didn t go through . ummmm . I refused to pay again, so she eventually said fine you can have the food as if she was doing me a favour. I would never leave without paying for my food but it was clear that the transaction went through just fine. I am still shocked I was treated this way over a $9 order. We won t be back.

Go-to for every pho craving.

I was so disappointed, sorry to say. I ordered an egg noodle stir fry, and I got a packed container of sticky, gummy noodles, with so little veggies and meat it was unbelievable (maybe enough to fit in my palm). And there was no sauce or flavor to speak of. And the crab and cheese wontons were even worse. I mean, we actually laughed when we opened the container- if there was a squirt of cream cheese in each tiny wonton Id be surprised. Zero crab. And to charge $1 each is insane. Im hoping the cook was just having an off day, because Ive read many good things, but have yet to experience the same. Will definitely try other places before going back.

I am obsessed with their avocado fresh rolls. The rolls and the peanut sauce are incredible and I get them way too often. Also love their vegetarian broth.

I absolutely love this place - kind staff is a bonus but the real business is in their soup and - man is the avocado rolls are something to behold!! Seriously, when I travel I jones for It . I ve tried them in maybe a dozen places around North America and I ve not found a worthy substitution. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I cant say Im impressed, my review has gone from 5 stars to 1. We have been customers for years, spent a lot of money, and refereed several friends and family. Recently we went to eat in, as we usually do take out. We were surprised to only have the option of generic Siracha on the table, had to ask for chilli oil. We werent even brought enough for 1 small serving of Pho, let alone our 3 people with 3 large bowls. We did an order for pickup. I asked for a side of your lemon grass chili oil which has never been an issue in the past. It was always a minimal amount but it was included if you asked. Im told its a $1.50 extra charge for the literal thimble sized container. This, after you used to freely put it on the tables. Im sorry, chili oil should be included with pho. If youre going to be this ridiculous to your loyal customers, rest assured I wont be spending my money at your establishment going forward. Also, the 2 leaves of Thai Basil we got with our take out order was insulting. The level of service has defiently gone down hill since they opened. One may think Im being pety over $1.50. But I dont think thats the case, when youre provided something and used to that specific item from day one and its taken away or charged additional for when it wasnt in the past. Thats bad business. Smarten up!

Good Pho you

I had ordered a simple chicken and shrimp fried rice. It had came to around 15$. for 15$ i expected a pretty dam good rice however I was very disappointed. the vegetables were not fresh but the frozen gross carrots peas and corn mix stuff you can get at the grocery store. the shrimps were about the size of a dime and very few, it was an effort to try and find bits of chicken in the rice. The pieces of chicken were small and few and even that tasted not right. sadly the rice was drenched in oil the bottom of the container was loaded with it and to boot on top of all that I even felt sick later that evening after eating the food. for 15 $ my container should have been loaded with shrimp chicken fresh vegetables but was the opposite. Will never come back here

VEGAN OPTIONS!! Wow what amazing food! We just recently moved to the area and being vegan, we found it difficult to find places locally! We called to ask if their vegetarian dishes could be made vegan and we were pleased to hear that they had so many options for us! They even have a fish sauce substitute which is delicious! And the mushroom pho broth is awesome! We will definitely be heading back there! Thanks to Kathy for accommodating!

Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately we were disappointed. Overall flavour profile was either water down and bland. Even the taro bubble tea was watered down. Also we got mango salad which was decent but our mango smoothie/shake used powder. Pho broth was clean but lacking in any flavour.

Excellent vietnamese restaurant offering incredible ph that exceeded my high standards. Went here with my parents and we had the best time. The food was absolutely delicious (and very affordable!) and the host was personable, attentive, and witty. I look forward to visiting this spot again and trying some of the other dishes. Nothing like a good hearty ph to warm the body and soul on a cool day. Vietnamese food is awesome, especially when its done right. Fort Erie is lucky to have you. What a gem.

I was in Fort Erie last week or so and I wanted some Pho soup and some other meals for my daughter. My daughter loved the food and service so much that we are going there again Staff were very clean and helpful. Worth the drive. Plus, Fort Erie is very nice town. Two thumbs up

Really, really, really tasty food. I just find it a bit pricey since a meal for 4 people (4 dishes)cost roughly $65+. The portion sizes are good. My favorite place in town.

Was told my order would be ready in 35 minutes. While that was outrageously long I said ok. Went in at exactly 30 minutes, waited 10 minutes before he even came out and was then told it would be another 10-15 minutes. So far it has been exactly 60 minutes and still have nothing. There is one person in the kitchen and one befuddled person running around. Crazy making. This was clearly a bad choice for our anniversary dinner

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. I had soup with 2 kinds beef and rice noodles..portion was huge and very tasty. Srping rolls were fantastic. My brother, who has been to vietnam, said the dishes were very authentic, and also was very pleased with what he ordered.

Brown green sprouts- terrible rubbery calimary- no sauce included- tasteless pho broth- didnt give extra bean sprouts- tried to charged an extra dollar for a container.

Nice and clean restaurant, beautiful environment, the staff are super nice. We try the pho soup, it was very tasty, delicious, the fry rice was tasty either but a little bit over cook, in the table I really missed the home make hot sauce that Vietnamese restaurantes used to have and the hot peppers as well. The washroom and kitchen was clean. Definitely if I go back to that area this restaurant is a place where I want to eat again ! Thanks
