We ordered boneless wings. They were delicious. Great flavour and reasonably priced.

Do not eat here food was not good.

I ve been here many times now, just stopped there today again. love it everytime I recommend wings hq for a good meal

I ordered the quesadilla from here, not many other people and it still took 30-40 minutes to make onto of the MONSTROUS price. The food was greasy and cooked horribly. Youd think for $12 for a single quesadilla it would atleast be decent. The salad was also atrocious, the lettuce was soggy, rotten, slimy and discolored. Very unappetizing to look at would not recommend coming here EVER!

Great wings! Size was good, even the non-breaded. Tons of sauce, great flavours. Was wonderfully surprised. Will order again.

i had a bad first experience with the customer service here, but kept coming back because the food is so unbelievably good. however, a week or two ago, my friend and i were parked in the parking lot, eating our food and chitchatting, completely minding our own business, and this dude (who we later recognized as one of the cooks here) biked past us on the sidewalk in front of where we were parked, staring directly at us the entire time. he then doubled back multiple times to keep making very slow, prolonged passes by my car, still staring at us the whole time and occasionally smiling very creepily. on his second pass i started flipping him off, and by his third pass i had opened the window to yell various expletives at him and tell him to go away and leave us alone. i literally cussed this dude out for a full minute or two (loudly!) and he just stopped in front of my car and stared at us the whole time. he finally made a gesture like he couldn t hear/understand what i was saying (lol) and it looked like he was about to come up to my window and try to talk to us, so we just left. now he s started showing up at my friend s work and he just stares at her and any other female employee that comes anywhere near his line of sight. most recently when we came here to pick up our food, he saw us from the kitchen and my friend noticed him and made the connection that he works here. while we were on our way out, this dude literally came out of the kitchen to try and follow us to my car. once we were safely in my car, he just stood by the entrance and waved, then stared at us and smirked like an idiot while i drove away and flipped him off. my friend and i immediately vowed we wouldn t be coming back again, definitely not if we were alone. the food is genuinely really good, probably one of the best in fort erie, but this experience combined with the consistent lack of customer service skills from the employees means i don t want to go anywhere near this place. the other cook is literally the only employee there that we ve encountered who is always pleasant and on top of things and also hasn t tried to follow me to my car lol.

my friend has already written about our experiences, but i wanted to post one as well. we both really enjoy the food its genuinely really good. but my friend and i are being harassed by one of the cooks at this location. 2ish weeks ago we were parked outside watching youtube and trying to finish up eating. and we noticed a guy driving past us on his bike driving really slowly not even looking at where he was going and was just staring at us. we both thought it was weird but nothing out of the ordinary some guys are just weird and like to stare! but then i look over at where he was going and i noticed that he was turning around in the laundry mats parking lot which was just over in the next plaza on garrison. then he drove by us again slowly like before and just stared. at this point we were a little concerned but we wanted to finish the video we were watching. but then he came around again, and this time he stopped directly in front of our car and just stared and he kept on smirking at us. gross. my friend started cussing him out and giving him signs to leave. we rolled the window down and my friend was Still yelling at him and asking him to leave us alone. he started to get up off his seat so we thought he was going to run at the car but he didnt surprisingly, he just stared. we ended up having to leave because he wouldnt. this dude has now been showing up to my work. i havent seen him come in before this had happened. he comes in and stares at me and smirks which is really creepy obviously, i literally have to hide in the back until he leaves. im terrified that hes going to follow me home. now 2 days ago we had another encounter with him. just wanted to mention that we also had no clue he worked here before this. anyway my friend and i ordered our food, and we went inside to pick it up. i didnt notice him in the kitchen at first but then we made direct eye contact, stomach instantly dropped. we left quickly and we didnt realize he was walking right behind us trying to follow us out to the car. we were parked right outside of the doors and he stopped at the doorway and just stood there and waved and smiled until we left. again the food is great, but we probably wont be coming back or at least while hes still there. again im scared this guys going to follow me home. hes a creep, please stay safe and if you go here do not go alone!

Waited 30 minutes for 12 puffs. I was told 10 minutes by the man taking my order. 10,20 and then thirty minutes went by. By about 20 minutes in I was asking for a refund, denied, 3 times being told it would take another two minutes. After 25 minutes I could finally see the kitchen worker put the food in. I asked to speak to a manager and he refunded my food and took the food as well. Finally, when the food was coming out, the manager told us they had forgot to turn on the fryer, however didn t tell us until they had made the food 30 minutes later. The forks were set on the communal menu, the floor was filthy, there was no ac, extension cords dangling, 3 ac units. Not a single one was plugged in and the pipes were exposed. Dirty bathrooms as well. Disgusting atmosphere, ice cream on display was melting and looked vile. Wouldn t recommend.

Absolutely Satisfied . Delicious food, exceptional service and an all-round wonderful experience. Breaded hot wings were moist and saucy. Too many flavors to try at once but I will be trying them all.

My family and I decided to try Wing HQ for the first time.... the young man behind the counter, Demetrius (forgive my spelling, if it is incorrect), was spectacular. He handled all instore customers, phone calls and walk-ins with a smile on his face. The food was made fresh, to order, which meant a little wait, but was so worth it in the end. Will definitely be back for more. Great job! Keep up the excellent work.

I started coming here last month and thought the wings were pretty good, but just smelled a tad bit off. I figured it was maybe just an off day for them so I ordered twice more. The wings subsequently started smelling more raw and I was done coming here when my friend got food poisoning after having the wings. So sad I won t be coming back even though I like supporting small businesses.

Just tried the Farmers Daughter wings from here. Amazing flavour, and the wings were cooked just right.

Had the wings from here & best I have had in years. Cooked to perfection . We will definately buy them again. We ordered the Mild Buffalo, extra saucy & wow!

We were asked what flavours of wing I want I asked them to surprise me and they were very nice enough to give me some of their great flavours that I found good so good food good service and a fun atmosphere to eat with friends

25$ for a pound of wings that are breaded and I asked for no breading.. fries were to be flavored .. got plain fries nothing different here. Put ketchup on them myself .. ugh

My new chicken wing place to go amazing

Saw this new restaurant right around corner from my house, thought we would give them a try and I must say what a great selection of flavours and they were delicious . I will be sure to let others know

First time trying out this new restaurant. Everything from the time we walked in till the time we left was a 5 star. We tried the chicken quesadilla and a cookies and cream milkshake. Hostess was extremely pleasant. When we finished we got to try the puffs. They are delicious as well. Next time I will be trying the wings, so many flavours. Go check them out, you wont regret it

Me & my girl ordered the buddies combo, we got Smokey ranch & bubbas butt blaster flavours, came with 2 drinks and the jaffna fries! Absolutely amazing! Would definitely come back & the service was outstanding

Very good wings. They have regular and battered. This is only the end of their first week and they re doing well. It was very busy and they were suffering logistically, but give them a chance and be patient. It s worth the wait. Over 100 flavours of wings. And a good sized menu for fast food. Enjoy.

Went there to get the puffs and they were delicious. White chocolate was great and so was the biscoff. I really enjoyed the atmosphere with several TVs and music. The staff was so friendly and respectful and I encourage anyone to try and support this new business. Will be going back

We tried Bumble BBQ and Honey Buffalo wings, both were delicious and good size wings! We also had the BLT Burger wrap, and 2 different poutines, everything was really, really good. The prices are also really good!

Fantastic food and service! Portions are large, food is great, and order was ready close to on time. Inside looks very pleasant as well. Nice to have them in our community. Will be ordering here more as they have a bazillion flavours to try lol

No kids meal, so we got the cheese quesadilla, which is overpriced considering it doesn t come with fries or a side. Wings and Caesar wrap were good though, same with the service Food

The wings were amazing, saucy and crispy. The Greek salad was fresh and large with plenty of feta. The order was ready on time. I cant comment on the atmosphere as I didnt dine in. It looks nice in there. I will be back!

Thought I would try this new spot to support our local community. Took over 45 minutes to get my 12 puffs. Dinning in at the keg would have been faster. The puffs I received weren t fully cooked , I watched them sit on the side for 11 minutes before they gave them to me. On top of all that they Hardly had any sauce on them. I literally had to recook the them at home in the air fryer. Within the 40 minutes I spent inside the location , I witnessed 2 costumers complain about their orders . Other customers in the location were shaking their heads and did not seem happy. The young girl in the front did try her best but it appeared there was no support from the kitchen staff. Fail!!!!

I realize this is a new place but they need to work on their service. Orderd at the counter sat to wait for the take out and watched as people who ordered at the kiosk got served first. Then after an almost hour long wait the wings and poppers were cold. Like not cooled off but room temperature stone cold.thats when it dawned on me the bag was itting on the counter for 20 minutes befor our puffs were ready. Timing is #1 in a kitchen and they have none. Terrible atmosphere. Feels like a sports bar. Will take a lot for me to go back.

Went there with 4of us the food came out for 2 people waited 15 minutes they were all most done and still no food for the other 2 so we cancelled the 2 orders they should work on the sevice end they gave us the 2 orders for free the wings were good

Tried for the first time today, boneless wings are amazing, tons of flavours to choose from. Milkshakes are really good, and the BLT burger is good but isn t special . Definitely would have again

Wings were a nice size however dont come breaded. Fries are very bland and need seasoning. Got 2 orders of gravey, found the gravey to be watered down and little flavor. 2 orders of wings, fries and gravey $50.00 Prices are a little too expensive, but quality of food was good except for the gravey.

First time trying there Wings. Got the Spicy Garlic parm and it was delicious. The service was awesome. Definitely coming back.
