Pita pit used to be my go to lunch spot, but not anymore! Went for a large salad and left with a large empty bowl. You would think for the almost $20 that it cost for a large salad that at the very least you would get the large order of lettuce - well joke is on you. An empty bowl and an empty stomach.
Always friendly staff and excellent pitas made to your liking. Only 1 employee at a time is working, so please be patient if there are multiple customers.
Pita Pit is in a new location but still on Garrison, a little further west than it was , in a new mini mall. Big new store, lots of tables. Friendly staff.
It's impressive that 1 person is able to work quickly and keep it together as many people walked in. It's a shame there isn't more staff to assist for the dinner rush. The women working the dinner rush on June 4th/2024 should be given a huge raise! I'll be back here for sure because of this lady.
We're at Pita Pit around 6:15 to 6:27 Thursday ( March 21 ) The person who served us was efficient and very personable. We got two rice bowls and a shawarma wrapped and all very good and prepared very well. We'll be back for sure.
This spot never fails to serve the best food. Alongside a fantastic meal, the atmosphere is so friendly that it feels like family in there. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered the chicken shawarma with rice bowl and literally no chicken in the rice bowl. They charged 14.45 for bowl of rice and choice of vegetables. Never go back again.

Food was fine, but having one person on to do cash and make pitas is ridiculous during lunch. It shouldn t take 30 - 45 minutes to get a pita when you re in the store.

Only have one lady working during lunch. Waited for 10 mins and there were still 2 people ahead of me in line. Then have to ask for more of every topping on your pita. Literally put 5 single green olives on in a row, save your money.
This was terrible - didn t even taste like pita pita. Pita was falling apart in lady s hands as she was wrapping it. Bacon was burnt to a crisp. Waited nearly 30 minutes for 3 pitas - only two people ahead of us. Brutal experience. Will not be returning to the new location.
Food poisoning due to improperly cooked meat Staff need to be trained how to use meat thermometer and check temperatures. This happened today at new location and happened before at previous location. Food

The employees were very nice! However the tomatoes and cucumbers looked super slimy and old so I didn t end up getting those toppings that day. I have no problem paying the premium for a pita but when the vegetables obviously look disgusting the price is no where near worth it.
Less selection than other pita pits and long delays.
Staff rush u. Not a great experience at all. Ate in and the 3 other couples next in line were treated the same. Every customer left frustrated. Wont return to this location.
Basically chicken sandwich without chicken, itd be excellent choice if you are vegetarian

Its odd to say but this seems to be the best food Ive had from fort erie since weve been making trips down here. Most places leave much to be desired in the way of flavor, freshness, and availability. How ever pita pit lives up to their reputation of having premium healthy and fresh wraps. Along with healthy customer service and food opinions from staff. I will continue to grab a bite here if the time calls for it.
Only one server but fast and friendly. Small but clean restaurant. Food options here seem less than others Ive been to. Great food as always.

Would of gave it 4 stars but it was 28 bucks for 2 smoothies and one large sandwich or what ever it was. Good food but a little pricey on drinks you have no choice but to get a large drink the small is good for my grandson Squishy.
Customer service is great they were willing to hang around after doordash werent able to pick up our order so we could come and pick it up at the end of their night.
Website is horrible, never works with any of my cards. Id give it more stars but the fact I can never order online ruins it for me.

Horrible service the two girls working were too lazy to get fresh products from the back so I did not have full topping on my pita . Also they ripped a huge hole in it And the food was not fresh it looked disgusting I would not feel comfortable eating here again all of the products looked very gross and not fresh at all. The workers were not being repesctful and rushing all of the line up . What a disgusting behaviour if you can t at least not give attitude while making a pita you should not be working there. This happened on a Wednesday at lunch time. I even felt uncomfortable ordering my food looking at me like I shouldn t be ordering at all.
