Always missing items from order, staff is friendly enough, but always some kind of struggle ordering food only to still be missing an item

Soft and crispy cantina chicken Tacos were bland. Chicken negligible. No taste. No sour cream was put although ordered specifically supreme tacos with sour cream. Nothing Mexican. Just some bland cabbage.

Very little beef in the taco and bouritos .

NOT SANITARY AND EMPLOYEES DISREGARD ANY WASHING HANDS. IF YOU WANT TO GET SICK OR ENDURE DIARRHEA THEN GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Fast food joints usually rush stuff out and make a sloppy mess in the packaging. Todays lunch was so neatly packed that my gorditas preserved their integrity throughout each bite - whoever was working the lunch hour on May 27, 2024, you rock! Thanks for the best Taco Bell experience to date.

Great experience today at the Fort Erie Taco Bell. Roberto was a pro. Some of the best, and most genuinely thoughtful customer experience I ve ever had in fast food. Roberto, I hope you get a shout out for this because you are a gem!!

They simply close the doors and do not let any one in the dining room while they are open according to their Google restaurant hours. This establishment should not be open. They are terrible.

Good was given to us fairly quickly. Server was friendly and patient as we thought about what to eat. The place is very very small and quiet. Fast service from fast food. The Soft drinks machine was quite a bit watered down though.

Went to taco bell the other day first time in awhile the young man that took our order was really polite and very helpful even walked our order out to us and made sure to ask how our food was

It s saddens me to write such a poor review, but I feel like it is so important for the business to be aware of the experience that I had. I genuinely have never had worse Taco Bell, or a worst taco in my life. The meat was completely mush, Similar to mashed potatoes. I could only take bite and I had to toss it in today s economy with the prices you re paying for food. You should be at least able to eat it as an opportunity to improve. I genuinely could not foresee myself choosing any Taco Bell again.

Get the Cantina Quesadilla! Better deal and taste compared to regular menu

Well that was the worst, I ordered a fries supreme. Not sure what kind of meat that was but it was hard. Hardly any toppings. I couldnt even eat half of it. Disgusting

Taco Bells are known for having very slow service.. This location however didnt get the memo. Whatever staff they have or whatever they do differently.... Awesome! Super fast and they got the order correct!

Went and only one person to take orders for drive threw and in store and to hand out food it took over 25mins the drive threw was so packed and took so long kept telling each person who ordered go park and wait you guys need more workers that s ridiculous telling every person to go park and wait long lines ups drive threw is to drive three and get food at window and leave not every customer go and park and wait I understand if the odd person is told to wait GET MORE STAFF PLEASE DO BETTER PLEASE

A phone number you cant order from. $4 for the first delivery so it will only go up from there and then a10% service charge on top of that! Wont make the same mistake twice.

This is the worst food Ive ever eaten. Pinto beans are my favourite bean. How did you make them taste like sewage? This was horrible. Ill never, ever eat at any taco bell ever again. No one there, no waiting, and abominable food.

Meh, its a typical fast food run by the same Oompa Loompas that has taken over the service industry here in canada.

My son loves Taco Bell, so we drive to Fort Erie for him. He always gets the tacos with the Doritos shell. Same food as I remembered.

No buy one get one free on Monday anymore in Fort Erie although I saw it displayed in a St. Catherines window today. Loud and tinny inside. Everytime there are a group of 3 or 4 people, it becomes so loud inside due to no insululators on the wall. Take your food and go! Prices are up and sizes much smaller. Parking: Lots of free parking

All the employees have all the close parking spots to the restaurant. The employees were very cheap on napkins and hot sauce. I had to ask for more napkins. I had to limit my sauce on my tacos. The tacos had all the contents in the middle, the food wasnt distributed even. Not a pleasant experience. Parking: Employees took all the good spots. Not good for people with limited mobility.

Workers were laughing at us and hiding we were waiting at the drive through at 9:53. No one picked up and we were waiting a long time. Writing this review now hopefully corporate can see this. Unexceptable service, you close at 10 and you don t even take an order Why are you even there then??

I had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. The variety of menu options allowed me to choose something for everyone in my group. The Crunchwrap Supreme and Nacho Fries were personal favorites. The value for the price is unbeatable. Ill definitely be coming back for more tasty tacos and burritos!

Manager has terrible customer service, she needs to be fired. An item was missing from my meal and when I called to resolve the issue she purposely hung up on me countless times and called me horrible, at first I thought it was an employee but when I asked for the manager and she said it was her I was in shock, I have never had this experience with a manager before, she had no effort to apologize or resolve the problem. She said her name was Groleen (not sure if it s spelt correctly) .

Ordered Burrito came cold asked them to heat it up he asked how I would like him to heat it. Really ! And the fries were cold and saugy

Ordered a total of 7 taco supremes, 4 had no sour cream and the tacos had the smallest amount of meat that it might as well had been a vegetarian taco. Extremely disappointing first (possibly last) trip to Fort Erie Taco Bell

Showed up for first visit and unfortunately wasted our gas to find out they turn their grills off at 930 and only offered tacos or burritos and no crunch wraps.

Out of all the taco bells Ive visited, this one is by far the BEST. Our tacos were actually filled with ingredients opposed to the regular plain tortilla shell, my family of 5 even had left overs for the next day! I definitely recommend this location and will be returning myself.

The food was all very soggy ! Absolutely terrible .

My kids have ordered twice from the FE Taco Bell and both times the order has been made incorrectly and/or missing food. This store really needs to start checking their orders. So frustrating. Please everyone check your orders before driving home. If I could give half a star, I would.

The hours are incorrect, they advertise closing the dining room at 9pm, came by at 7 and the doors were locked, my family has been there everyday since they opened, we will not be returning

Food was great, 20 minute wait time wasnt. At least this time I got all my food, other 3 times missing aomething. As they learn they will get better

You know drive thru customers are CUSTOMERS TOO. While waiting for my combo #3...yes thats it just a combo #3, 3 skip the dish delivery drivers came, picked up their order and left and I was still waiting for my order at the drive thru window....do you not care about the customer that is paying you full price for their order or the stupid skip the dishes orders that YOU pay 30% back to skip...you should be taking more time to care about the people in your drive thru than skip the dishes.

Foods good but after ordering again a few weeks later the service was even slower Maybe some changes in management are in order also they should probably stay off their phones during working hours

Walked in, waited 15 mins.. no acknowledgement that we were even there.. just focused on servicing the drive through.. so we left..

Friendly environment.

Taco meat was dripping. Very little taste. Asked for hot sauce, got mild sauce and ketchup? What do you do with ketchup for a taco?? Not too impressed.

Was there just after noon on a Saturday... The employee who served me through drive thru was taking my order from the parking lot while delivering another order to a car, got back inside to collect my payment before I even had my debit card ready! I had to pull aside for a moment but I didnt wait more than 3 mins. Wonderful service. Thank you!

Interacted with 2 employees and both were very polite. It s 1:30 on a Sunday and I had no wait to order inside. Food was up within 5 minutes. 2 issues that have nothing to do with this store. 1. The global Taco Bell hot sauce shortage has to end. 2. The 10$ value box was 13$ with a fries supreme is now $14.44 after a few months being open, but gas is also $2 a litre so whatcha gonna do! I ll eat here again.

Pretty sure they went South of the border to get the food. Ordered at 6 pm, paid, was asked to park. At 6:25 pm I drove through again to ask for my order to be canceled. When I got to the window, my food was miraculously ready (even though the 8 cars who ordered before me were still waiting) so they refused to cancel the order and provide a refund AND THEN the food was cold! Fail, fail, fail.

Thought Id see if taco bell was any good, and lets just say it isnt! I got food poisoning last week. Went to doctors and confirmed it! Been sick with diarrhea and cant eat anything till the worms inside me come out. Am reporting them to public health. Stay away as they arent using proper care while preparing their food.

Just wanted to share a little thought. First off I love to support local businesses. Love taco bell. But my experience at this particular branch is a little frustrating. Ill explain. Pull up to drive thru order menu. Place order and drive up to window. Pay for the food and receive drinks. Then told to go park in parking lot and they will bring the food out to me. There is noone in the line behind me ordering. No line up. No cars anywhere to be seen. This happens every single time. I asked why do I have to go park . The answer I dont know my boss tells me to tell everyone to park I think this is truly bad service. This (Boss) needs to rethink his strategy a bit more.

We ordered for takeout a mix of hard and soft shell tacos, and some other stuff. When we got home, the hard shell tacos were a bit soggy in places, but otherwise fine. The soft shell tacos smelled and tasted strongly like onions! As far as I can tell, there were no onions in them or in anything else we ordered, so it must have been cross contamination from another order. The soft tacos were not a hit in our household. Everything else was fine, but not great enough to offset the onion tacos. I dont think anyone will be asking for Taco Bell for dinner for a while.

every single item we got delivered was wrong, we ordered a regular mountain dew and they gave us the baja blast, we ordered extra cheese and sour cream on the crunch wrap supreme and we got it delivered with no nacho cheese and barely any sour cream, we ordered the fries supreme and they forgot it. it cost $50 and we didn t get anything we ordered. it s never busy i cant comprehend how they can mess up a simple order that bad. ridiculous

Taco Bell FE, Amazing staff and excellent pabulum. The fry supreme and the chicken quesadilla are both delicious. You can never make a mistake ordering this food. I always receive my meal on time, and the food is always sultry. There will definitely be more times I will eat here!

Service is terrible most of the time. Todays order was made wrong so I called. The woman who answered said she had to verify my complaint with a co- worker. She came back on the line and said I got exactly what I ordered. I don t think it s a good business practice to call your customers liars. I didn t have time to return my food so I m going without lunch. The Crunchwrap was also very under cooked to the point of being soggy. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. They definitely need to look at the management. All the employees must be family members to stay employed with their work ethics.
