We went here for our team building event. What a great time on the golf simulators. Food was great and the nightshift manager was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend this place.

New PG-EH was fantastic. Great atmosphere. Great outing for family or just a night out with friends. Reasonable prices for virtual golf.

Great food ! We sat on the bottom level and our server was very Top Shelf! She did awesome keeping up with the barrage of drink requests from the 6 of us lol after a few weeks in Suncor/ fort McMurray village camp ... This was a true oasis in the desert! Lol Had the brisket nachos (amazing) with deep fried cheese curds to start (F***** ) lol their Gin lemonade on the drink special was also delicious, and very reasonably priced cheers! And thanks for helping make another week stuck in camp , a little more bearable lol

Brianna was very friendly and helpful, she had excellent customer service when she served us, she knew a a ton of knowledge about the food and drinks there- She was able to tell me all the gluten free options and even had a manager bring my food personally so there was zero issues! From my past 4 experiences(3 take-out, 1 dine-in), I will be giving other restaurants an opportunity. The take-out got progressively worse from the first time and the 4th experience was a dine-in of quality absolutely not worth the expense. My daughters fries were the best of all the food(theres no way there was a certified chef in-house), and, the almost 15 dollar margarita was worse than the 4 dollar can I buy from the liquor store. Definitely not returning to that location again.

I m not sure what went wrong here. The steak sandwich was dry and overcooked. The beef dip tasted like they added an entire bottle of liquid smoke to the meat. The margarita pizza was super oily and the basil sauce lacked flavour. Honestly I ve had worse food but the cherry on top was the mop water beer they served us. I ordered my favourite beer (Microburst by Banded Peak brewing) and it usually has a light golden yellow color and has hints of tropical citrus however, this was a brownish dirt coloured and tasted nothing like what is usually tastes like. I realize this is more of a brewery issue than the actual restaurant itself but I don t understand how the bartender and waiters could look at the color of the beer and think it would be good to serve to a customer. Apart from the disappointing food and drinks the environment seemed alright considering the music was so loud I felt like I was at a night club at 7:00 PM. I understand this is a premium dive bar but I don t think I should have to shout at the person beside me to have a conversation at dinner. Again I m not sure if this was just a bad night for the staff because I see great reviews of this place but it was seriously disappointing and I don t think I d go here again.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. 1 smoked beef dip, cactus chips and the deep fried snickers. All came except the snickers. Beef dip tasted like it was smoked with pressboard. The melted ice cream was a big hit

Tell me why I had to wait 2 whole hours for my food when everyone else in my group got there food 30 minutes to an hour later. Mind you there were 13 other people. Worst service ever I hope they go out of business.

This restaurant was chosen for a work meeting. I had not been here before. I always order a burger first to see how it tastes. A good burger says a lot. The burger was great had a smash burger feeling with two patties. The bacon was amazing. Extra thick cut. The rest of the individuals from the meeting loved the food from the KFC sliders to the sweet and spicy sandwich. The beef dip was good and the beat salad sounded like it was enjoyable. The service was great as Cass is a fantastic waitress. She was attentive to our needs as a group. The surrounding customers that showed up she dealt with in the same positive manner. Love they have games and will definitely be back.

Coworkers and I were in town and came by for some dinner, drinks, and games. Ended up bowling for an hour for $10 and the food and service were great. Cass and Jaden were awesome, and gave us some great deals. Highly recommend hitting up the Banquet if you re in Ft. Mac!

First time coming as I dont get the chance to eat in town often, but I enjoyed the meal. The Pork Belly Mac and Cheese was the 2nd best Mac and Cheese I have had in a restaurant. Nice and cheesy with a nice crust on top (just needs some crushed up Doritos on top to make it #1).

I d give zero stars for food and service. Place was empty, waited 20 min for a beer, ordered food waited another 40 min for it, didn t receive it at all. I think her excuse was I forgot to put that order in, this isn t the first time for $*** service there.. it s ran by young kids that have no idea about customer service. Great patio but I ll never go back. Get some new staff.

First time here, came with a couple of friends to have a drink. Really nice place great atmosphere and good service with great beers. Ill definitely be coming back here more often. We didnt eat but had pork belly appetizers that was really good.

Food was decent the drink we a plenty overall the place if kinda cool I just dont see how they can afford to keep it open we were there on Saturday afternoon and we were there with 3 other people.

I am new to FMM and wanted to try the Banquet. Unfortunately this evening, my partner and I didn t get the chance to try the food (or even order for that matter). So I cannot speak on food quality. We were told to pick our seats so we chose on the patio. We waited 25 minutes and watched many people be seated, and be served right away! No one even looked our way. So we left and went elsewhere. Very frustrating experience and turns me off from ever returning. I have been a waitress, I understand being busy but there was barely any people which makes it extra frustrating. I suggest having the waitress seat customers so no one is left waiting for over 30 minutes

Great Fun!

The food was ok but the service was aweful. There was 2 wait staff working and 1 bartender with only 3 tables of people. We waited half an hour for drinks, an hour for food, and then once they brought us our food we did not see our waitress again for over an hour.

We ordered the steak main, it tasted great. The sides were cheese curd mashed potatoes and and asparagus. Potato side was a bit small, lots of cheese to potato ratio. Some people may like this, I found it ruined the potatoes for me but they were still good taste wise. Asparagus side was 4 pieces, larger than average but a small portion. We also got the trash can nachos. Onions were all piled on one spot, not a big deal we can move it ourselves, and the cheese was spread throughout the nachos, which was nice. We were supposed to get salsa and jalapeño and queso cheese, they didn t give it to us. As a pickup order, definitely make sure they give you your sauce otherwise not having salsa in the fridge is a problem, good food overall.

Phenomenal food, hilarious staff, the ambiance was chill and fun. Had the Banquet burger with a house made Caesar salad and was blown away with the quality. One of the top 5 burgers Ive had at a pub! Wow!!!

Place has the potential and design to be a fantastic place to have a good time, sadly it s poorly run, and poorly cleaned, I found dried snot on the walls in the bathroom, and couldn t even get a refill on a water. Banquet fort mcmurray does itself 0 favours, i can t believe their doors are still open. Not one smile from a manager or a server either, there s plenty of other establishments in fort mcmurray that are head and shoulders above this place, spend your money there. This place doesn t deserve it

This place is the best. The food is great, and the atmosphere is amazing. Lots to do here too. Between the bowling alleys, and arcade games, it probably has the best patio in town. The wait staff is also the best. Had a great experience dealing with Katie. She is the best around.

Lots of space. Great service. Just wished they had un-smoked wings and ribs. UPDATE They now have fries wings and the flavors are amazing. The all dressed is amazing and the Cheriyaki is great too. Their pizza is also great. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken is awesome..

Went to take my son for lunch yesterday and after our first choice turned us down we decided to to to the banquet. Good atmosphere, good food, why not!? We got at the door and waited for someone to sit us, as per sign at the door wait HERE to be seated . Ok alright. I saw a server at the bar, she saw us, I was looking at her while she was TALKING with another server and laughing. She didn t come to the door, I waived. Still didn t say anything, didn t do anything. We kept waiting. Nothing. We decided to leave. I was like ok, place is not busy, waiters completely ignored the customers until they left. Then people don t understand why places close it s doors! Same with the brewhouse, we got seated but no one showed up and we had to leave AGAIN! we had 3 disastrous attempts in a small city like Fort McMurray is a LOT, until we ended up at Boston pizza and we had a fantastic experience from the beginning. BP never disappoints.

We ordered the sliders, which came with mold on one bun, and the lettuce wraps, which had a hair in it. Not impressed with the kitchen unfortunately, considering the atmosphere and service is usually top notch.

Good bar. Great service. Management not so much. I was charged a double drink that I never consumed. Manager refused to refund me because I had already paid for it. True Story.

Service was quick enough. Food was tasty, but priced higher than I felt it was worth. Meals are $$, and if youre having cocktails or beers as well, its easy to rack up a large bill. My seasonal salad with chicken was $26 bucks. Patio is large and a great place to kick back in the sun.

After attending this place for the first time, I dont believe I will be back. When we went, there was about 4 tables in total so not busy. The speed of service was okay, and I ordered the 3 slider appy and my spouse ordered the lettuce wrap bowl. I took my first bite into the appy and realized the bun was molded. This shows poor long term and short term quality control. That was bad enough, but I decided to let them make me a new one. As we were waiting for that, about half way through my spouses meal, she pulled out a nice long piece of hair out of the bowl. That was it for us, we told them we no longer wanted the food and left. Unfortunately I cant even speak to if the food was good or not as clearly quality was not a concern of the chef that day and who knows what was coming out of the kitchen that we couldnt even see. To bad, as the location and rooftop bar seem great, but I dont even want to find out more about the food quality and how there seems to be no controls in place, or the controls are just not followed. Either way, unfortunate. Just an update, they asked me to reach out to them via e-mail which I did, explaining the details on what happened and how it could be made better for future customers. That was on August 4th and have heard nothing back from them. Not sure if it was not received or the reply on here was just to make it look like they were doing something about it but still had no desire to talk after that. I did have the service level 3 out 5 stars but after this encounter I have reduced that rating as well. Hope it gets better for everyones sake ! They did get back to me finally, not much for a reply but at least it was a response.

Zero stars. This place sucks according to most people. Weve been here 1.5 hours and only served one round of drinks and still havent got our food that we ordered right away.

Unreal. We came in and ordered some drinks, then waited and waited and waited. Got drinks. Then we ordered food over an hour later, and finally we got food. It was the worst experience ever. Part 2: Well, we ate, and it was average. Asked a server for our bill, and she said coming right up. 15 minutes later, there is no bill. A complete joke this place is. If you come here, hit McDonalds first. Ive posted this while still in the place. Thats how much time Ive had. You have now seen us twice first and last.

Wonderful food, beautiful kind servers that are attentive to serving the table. Ours, Emily, showed up basically anytime anyone had a need, she was able to make small talk and sort of blend into the mood without ruining anything going on with the group as a whole. Really was a pleasure for the 6 or so hours that our group was waited on, when it was evident that our table didnt have a functional pit without even asking she didnt hesitate to weasel us over to a new table without us even asking.

I ordered gluten free and received a dish with gluten. I asked my server to check if the buttermilk chicken dish was still made gluten free, she confirmed it was. Upon receiving it and eating about five of the fries I immediately felt sick, told my server and asked if she again can confirm if its gluten free and she quickly came back and said no the fries were not, so I sent the dish back. I figured after a situation like this that I wouldnt still have to pay for this meal, getting sick and all from their mistake, but I still had to pay it. Was only given a card saying the next time I came in my meal would be free. Why would I ever come back?

Ive had great service as well as abysmal service here. Last 2 times kettle chips were absolutely burnt that the waitress apologized as she brought over. Last 3 times Ive been there its been dead and taken over an hour to get food. Had moments been sitting for over half hour to have someone come by and offer drinks.

Food was only ok. I expexted some barbecues based on the online photos but everything was fast food kind. They were really slow in preparing the food but waitresses were friendly. I liked the atmosphere but the music was very loud although we were siting in the patio. The menue online is old and they dont have these food!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they re doing and what they re talking about. Jameilia is the best server. You can tell making the customers happy is her main priority. Food is pretty good

We had an Excellent experience, our server was Chris, he was very pleasant and quick on the orders, always came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed, highly recommended we will definitely be back

Great wings and beef burgers. Lots of games selection for bowling. Fun night with friends and workers.

A nice place to have a get-together, especially during warm weather, can sit outside with friends have a great time, tasty food, relaxing drinks and such.

This place is wonderful but their food quality is horrible, we got the poutine and it seemed like they served us baby food. We didn t even eat most of it. Not the first time we ve had a bad experience with their food, please do better

Its fine

The waitress with the pink hair was not very welcoming. She didnt ask us about the food if it was great or not. She was rude through the entire meal that I had there. Didnt give her a tip. She deserves it. After being treated like that. She didnt even sa thank you after I paid my bill. She just walked away. Never coming back here again. Place was awful and people there werent friendly enough. Giving her a tip was the lease thing I should do.
