“Best fried chicken I’have had in long time!” I tried Mary Browns chicken after a long time in fort mac thickwood branch and wow - it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly crisp on outside and juicy inside. Highly recommend!
Took French 🍟 and it was too salty....the salt was higher than the normal.
I just had the three piece meal and I found it quite good. One drawback is that it's a little pricey. The service was fine and the restaurant was clean. There is a lot of parking in front of the store
We order from this restaurant all the time, and the staff and service are the absolute best! Tonight we had a hiccup with skip, so we called the restaurant to order for pick up and the team here was so kind in helping us out! They were so fast, despite being busy, because they really care! Thank you for a wonderful customer experience, we can't thank you enough!
After a long while ordered from again and was blown away. Big Mary sandwich and chicken meals were excellent. Crispy chicken, excellent taste and not dripping in grease. Will order from again for sure.
Taste was good but Disappointed.... ordered through skip and we went to pick it up. I bought an additional medium gravy and both came half full. Macaroni salad was suppose to be a medium..only got a small... and taters were still uncooked in the middle and really salty. Chicken is decent.

The greeting and staff was most excellent and made my order correctly I had a crispy chicken sandwich the Crunch was great but the chicken itself had no flavor, its like the soaked the chicken in water and didnt season sorry MB the meat needs to be seasoned.

I constantly go to Mary Browns because it s Halal and many fast food places aren t but on ever single occasion the manage ti mess up my order after taking forever to have it done I waited for over an hour for my order and I placed it an hour in advance they forgot to put spice and the took it back to add it on the order already given out !! Really bad and annoying every single time

Mmm the chicken yummy and delicious
They gave me the two best pieces of chicken I couldve asked for. A beautiful rib piece and Big piece of white meat with a bone only the size of my thumb. Idk what part of the chicken that was but I applaud you for giving it to me in a 2 piece combo.

Food was good its just disappointing when they dont pick up the phone and the voicemail is full. They forgot items in my order just wanted to let them know for a credit for next time. Instead looks like Im just out the money.
Foods always pretty good, but the service is turtle slow. Ive walked out of there on more than one occasion because I waited over ten minutes to place an order and there was one person in front of me. Also dont go there after 8:30pm unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for them to fry the chicken up.

Service continues to fail customer. Missing items in take out order on more than one occasion. If you are going to charge someone for an item it better be included in the order. This would be theft if the customer took something without paying an as your sign reads theyd be prosecuted. What happens if you take my money but dont deliver?

Had Big Mary Sandwiches, there was hardly any chicken in there at all, mostly batter. Not the Big Mary from a few years ago thats for sure. Had a taters poutine, the taters were too salt to eat! Not the Mary Browns Im used to thats for sure!!

My friend and I decided to grab a dinner for my family from this location, but, unfortunately, it resulted in a trip to the hospital. The door slammed shut on his finger, it was too much pain for him and he fainted. The first thing we thought for first aid was to put ice cubes on his finger. I asked the staff for ice cubes and to my surprise the staff said they dont have ice, then turned away from me back to what he was doing, checking food orders. Im sure they were aware that something happend to one of their customers, but they pretended they saw nothing. A nice lady, one of the customers waiting for her order, helped me putting my friend back to his conciousness, yet NONE of the staff came to check what was going on until the lady started being mad to the staff for showing a lack of concern about their customers. Another staff came when the ambulance had arrived, asking if my friend was ok or needs help? NO HE WASNT OK, OF COURSE. I needed their help ,when my friend passed out on my arm, but they did nothing. We do understand that they were busy, but they needed to be more vigilant and attentive to everything happening inside the store, act and provide first aid when needed. I was very disappointed.

Usually good fast efficient service. But today July 13th, service was slow. My food sat on the order counter while they prepared a Skip the Dish order. The deliver person was not even there yet. If I am there and my order is ready, bag it and give it. Food is always good
