Worst drive thru experience. Always.

Ordered a bagel in the drivethru, toasted with cream cheese, not a tall task to make. Get to the window pay and drive away, i open up the bagel to find it looking like it s been ran over or mushed into a ball and just stuff in the wrapper and handed to me. 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and you can t even make it correctly? So I went back inside and asked to speak to who made the bagel, when the manager came over and telling me that s how the bagels are because they are soft, they can t cut the bagel without it crumpling, which was weird because after she ripped my bagel from my hands and fired it in the garbage I went to another Tim s location and was served a bagel that was served to me just right. The lack of competence and customer service skills in this Tim s location is horrendous. I have filed a formal complaint with head office also. Avoid this tim hortons. The staff don t care about the customers that fund their lifestyle. Tim hortons needs to step in and save this location because the people running it absolutely suck.

Ate a chicken wrap yesterday from this location, and spent the night vomiting over and over. Checked the reviews to see if anyone else experienced this, and certainly someone else has as well. I don t think I ll ever go to Tim Hortons again now which I loved.

Been coming here for years and its been a slowly going down hill. Bought 50 pack tim bits on multiple occasions and the last 3 times i got them from this location. There was very little to no icing on them . Very disappointing taste.

They seem to never get an order right. Ordered 2 orders of spinach omelet bites, steak and egg on a biscuit, hashbrown and recived three framers wraps. Wont be leaving the drive through until order is checked next time.

this is by far the worst tim s i have ever been to i found a bug in my boston cream doughnut and the worker told me more protein this makes me sad to be a Canadian might have to move to the land of freedom

Tasty drinks, donuts, sandwiches, soups and more. Line ups are quick to get through. The Tim Hortons app has lots of cool features that can earn you free drinks and treats.

Incredibly slow, for staff that rush you so much that you can barely complete your order JUST for them to get it wrong. Brutal. Tip consider hiring staff that actually care about good quality work.

I bought 2 crispy chicken wraps and timbits for my kids around 11am and by 5:30 pm they ve both thrown up and been sick. They are not little and were totally fine before they ate your food. You need to do better and check your food before you sell it because this is unacceptable! Probably the last time we ve had Tim s for a very long time and they used to love your wraps so much. Such a disappointment!

Orders are always correct

Service has been compromised, sometimes they are extremely polite, and other times its just bare minimum, and your order is basically thrown at you. Napkins would be nice when food items are ordered. I imagine it is hard to always get orders correct with how busy it is, but the order accuracy hasnt been great lately. Even though its busy-keeping a standard of customer service goes a long way.

Friendly staff and great service

Really enjoy it at this location. Music is upbeat here. Really enjoy the atmosphere but the music is too loud to have a conversation. The servers very friendly. Love the new dream cookies. Coffee is always good here.

Good morning my dear brothers and sisters in Fortmcmurray, I have lived in this town for over 5 years, and I can say this Tim Hortons in Thickwood is the tim hortons in this Town period, in terms of cleaniness and service, I will recommend anyone visiting our great Town of Fortmcmurray to come and enjoy , and is very quiet place as well. My favorite place to relax on my days off from work.

Ordered breakfast wrap with no egg, got egg but no hash brown. Crispy bbq wrap was cold on one side and had to go back because they missed donut. Just the lack of attention to detail really shows through

Worst customer service ever I had. Lady taking order in a drive thru don t even know how to talk when I told her to behave properly she cut me out. Started yelling at me as I was not able to hear her properly. Do better or leave your job.

The agent who was doing the right side drive through at lunch today - did NOT know the menu and the two posters with the 2 hockey teams on it showed 2 loaded wraps (with rice, vegies...) I ordered the one with the ranch and the agent had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up getting the basic chicken wrap (lame!!!). I then ordered the Pumpkin Spiced Iced LATTE and they gave me the Pumpkin Spice cold brew - It was by fare the nastiest coffee I have ever tasted in my life. ** Tim Hortons, you sucked the big one today - next time put someone on the drive through who knows the actual menu.

Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow! 10 mins to get served, had to repeat myself Atleast a dozen times as English is barely spoken at this location. Food : 2/5

Why I cant go through through the drive thru after 11pm to order food. Past 3 days tried to get food after getting off of work and was told that I could not order a turkey bacon club because it wasnt available. Called to talk to a manager, not availble. But a supervisor told me that the person working over night does not know how to make the food. So my question is why is someone who doesnt know how to make the food items available overnight working in that position? You are losing out on alot of money having someone working the over jight position but cant make a simple sandwich. Corporate has been contacted.

Drive through service has been very slow in recent months and the menu screen always displays breakfast no matter the time of day.

We go to this Tim Horton every day and buy at least 6-10 coffees. And just about every day they get the order wrong , then when you call over to let them know they get very rude about it and try to say it s the customers fault . Example I went there today and only had four coffee/ teas today and I went inside and ordered watched the screen and made sure it was right and the one that should have been tea was a coffee. Yesterday they made a dark roast coffee with one milk and they put sugar in it I didn t order sugar . We do tell them all the time but they tell us to pay more attention maybe they pay a little more also .

Why is this the only city I have had to ask the people at tim Hortons to actually toast the begal before serving it to me? Wasnt that supposed to be included in the price? I am disappointed by my dry untrusted bagel.

What can I say about this place . They have made a few changes to the menu to compete with McDonalds that is good . Coffee is hot and ready when you arrive . Always a good choice

Very dissatisfied first time in over 2 years I stopped to get an ice cap and my large came out like a medium.... what the heck? When you pay for a large the cup at least should be filled.

Always a line up at this location but theyre pretty fast.

The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are okay but don t bother getting doughnuts from here in the morning. The doughnuts are stale and they give the ones nobody wants.

I love the way they make my drink. Large French Vanilla half Triple Triple with Almond milk. Its delicious. I only have it made that way because my wife is lactose. Lol. Love the friendly environment here. God Bless you all. Jesus Christ is King and Lord of all!

Two stars because the service has always been fast, but at what cost? Maybe my expectations have strayed too far from the current model Tim Hortons follows. This cheap and fast over quality and taste. Or, perhaps this location gave up. Maybe the owner doesn t care because the Tim Hortons in this town can t fail. TL:DR The quality doesn t exist. The food sucks. The prep is zero. Food is thrown together with no care or thought.

Quick and usually doesn t mess up order.. but I was sure hair nets were a requirement twice now I ve found hair in my food

The guy who takes orders was not nice commented on how i was asking for mask without placing any order

Placed the order on the Tims app, arrived 5 minutes later, went into the dedicated entrance, went out the dedicated exit. Was inside for just 30 seconds and the staff had masks on. They got my order right and my Sunday morning actually felt more normal with my first Tims breakfast in months!

The drivethrough lineups and wait times at this location are astronomical. Inside have all very friendly staff members and its a lot faster than drivethrough (if theres parking)

I am pleased to say the service is always quick, even when there is a long line. This location has always appeared to be very well staffed when I have visited and the beverages have been consistently excellent. I have seen some pretty long lines in then drive thru, and that goes to speak for how popular this location is and its loyal customers.

Awful place. Hands down WORST Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. No matter what time of day you go there they are sold out of something. I like buying the smile cookies when the proceeds are donated to the kids - 0/5 on getting a cookie during the week long event. The very last day of the event I ask for a cookie and the worker told me they were sold out and not making anymore. This was at 9am. Sold out at 9am? I asked for a regular chocolate chip cookie instead as long as the money was still donated and I was told they could not do that. They cut the kids short by 15 hours. Terrible terrible place. Would give zero stars if possible.
