Staff are courteous and kind to the best of their abilities with the wide range of customers I pretty well enjoy all my visits I feel sad at time's because of other's in store making fun of me as I am a handicapped adult but staff at this Tims location are in my opinion the BEST!!!!💖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💖
I went to Tim Hortons to get my son's food., I ordered 3 dozen smiley cookies and drinks for his classmates. I was talking to someone and unfortunatley I didn't here that they calling me already. And they call me again thats when I heared my name. And I heard this 1 crew , (let's hide it in the name BENJAMIN,) saying , "we've been calling you , you deaf, you're not listening” . I know its my fault for not listening, but that was rude of him. And I asked him bout paper bag coz I have too many things on my hand, and he told me nothing right away w/o even looking for it.
This place is always full of surprises, you go and order steep tea they will give you DD. Then you have to come back and waste your time with them again to get you right order. Things don’t stop there you order ice coffee with extra cream and they will put extra cane sugar instead of extra cream, this has not happened one time, but a hell alot of times. I usually go there by 8:30 pm which is not even rush hour. May be their employees are under trained or they just don’t want to give you right order. I don’t go here usually until I don’t have other option , but if I go have to double check my order every time and they don’t disappointed me, there will be something wrong with the order every damn time.
horrible, everytime we come here I get a beagle with butter and cream cheese. it is never butted and they put a thin layer of cream cheese on. always a disappointment.
By far the quickest and most accommodating Tim’s location I’ve been to. The staff are so kind and have even become friends to me!! I look forward to visiting every day!
I hardly write any negative reviews, especially for workers in the retail or food industry, as I have been one of them. So, I understand the challenges. But this Tims location has always disappointed me, and I only go here if there's no other choice as this location always goes one step lower. I ordered via drive thru around 8:40 am, a plain bagle toasted with butter and a medium double double. The person working at the window was absolutely unpleasant. No words were exchanged. When I pulled up at the window, the pinpad was already extended while they didn't even look at me, forget about asking to scan the points card. Once they saw my points card, they scanned and took payment. Gave me coffee, no bagle, and closed the window. A couple of minutes later, they realized I had only been given half order. Came back and gave me the rest of the order. During the entire transaction, not a single word was said by them. Didn't even reply to any greetings or to my thanks. It was almost like they were up to the brim with a bad attitude. Anyway, after driving away, I unwrapped the bagle and saw that it was completely burned. I couldn't even eat it as it was tasting bitter and charred. This particular location always drops one level below than the previous visit.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent experience last night. Around 12 midnight July 26, my friend and I visited the drive-thru with the intention of placing an order. However, we were denied service solely because we did not have a car. As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I have always appreciated the convenience and efficiency of the drive-thru service. However, on this particular occasion, we were met with an unacceptable level of discrimination. The Filipino staff member who was throwing out their garbage informed us that we could not place an order because we were not in a vehicle, despite the fact that there were no other customers in line at the time. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of accommodation, especially we experienced ordering thru drive thru without car at Edmonton. We were left feeling excluded and disregarded as customers. This incident not only tarnished our perception of Tim Hortons but also made us question the values and customer service standards upheld by your establishment. I understand that drive-thru services are primarily designed for customers in vehicles, and I respect the need for efficient service. However, I believe it is essential to consider the circumstances and exercise flexibility in certain situations.
Good improving quality food and coffee, muffins, Croissant, sandwiches, strudels and much more, drive through must faster than before (24 hours open), free parking handicap parking handicap access, neat clean public washroom, outdoor sitting for summer, dine in or take out. Becareful when you heading out no left turn- mostly people got tickets. Mostly it's busy in business hours

We just had a left over gift card so we went and used it for breakfast. Food was at least as good as other fast-food breakfasts which is not all that great for someone happy with home-cooked foods.
It feels like the drinks are premade, i ordered a creamy chill and it was liquid the whipped cream was melted, it s not the first time that i have a bad experience there. I don t recommend

Don t bother going here after 9pm unless you just want coffee because they usually don t have any food or cold drinks available. Machines have been broken for months and they don t fix them (you would think a Tim s that s always busy would get this fixed?) The only good thing I can say about this place are the wait times (decent).
Received incorrect drive through order again today - for I don t know how many times now. This location is absolutely horrific and if they can t get a simple order right, they should close down.
Order a BLT and got only a bagel and three small pieces of bacon, so they must be cutting costs hard there!!

They advertise that there open 24hrs... you pull up to the drive threw, where they have menus displaying the items that the have for sale, you go to order, and they inform you that they only serve drinks at night time, no food... that is ridiculous, if you only serve drinks than they should change there menus, or make it known in some other way

They have begun charging a surcharge for using debit or credit card above the price of the item itself plus tax, for example, and extra large French vanilla coffee costs $3.36 if you pay with cash, or $3.66 if you pay with debit. This is shady business practice and should be avoided completely.

Then I asked for regular coffee but I got 2 creams and 3 sugars!!! This is not the first time! Im sick and tired of coming back to get the right one! Whoever are the owners of the stores in FortMc, I suggest a retrain or a memorandum to the employees in the stores, to teach them to fulfill the food properly. I want to add a picture of what they give me as a bagel with cream cheese without the cream cheese. The worst is that I trusted it was what I bought and only when I am about 100 kms away I found out, as well I bought a large double double coffee and I got it only with 2 sugars, the milk was not in there. I know this is like to pour salt to the ocean, the owners of these franchises do not care.

Timed the drive thru. I could have parked and walked in, however I had to see how long it would take. 35 MINUTES!.. It took 35 minutes to complete the loop around the building to get to the window to order. The menu speaker was broken and the person serving at the window. Very poor communication skills, she shouldnt have been on the window.

Let me first start by saying Ive been coming to this Tim Hortons since it was built, this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I havent ever been to in my entire life. Ive been waiting for somebody to build one here in this location due to its proximity to my workplace and to massive industrial area. Ive been multiple times where I have ordered my food and coffee 30 minutes in advance on the app, only to show up and have to wait 20 minutes in line in the building (also end up getting my entire order wrong.). The drive-thru wait times are absolutely horrendous, I can count about 10 different times in the course of two years where Ive waited upwards of 40 minutes, closer to 1 hour for about a 10 car lineup. On a regular basis youre looking at 25 minutes to 30 minutes for a regular line up just one car past the ordering menu. The management of this Tim Hortons either have absolutely no care in the world or have no idea how horribly there Tim Hortons is performing. Oh, also, this location is now open only at 5 am. Google says that they are open 24 hours, however,this is not correct. They regularly forget to remove the pylons until about 5:20 a.m for the last three mornings in a row. I never leave reviews, however, I feel obliged to let people know these horrible experiences before they are stuck in a Drive-Thru line up being late for work for upwards of 40 minutes when it should be a 7 minute drive through or less.

the staff have been very friendly. When you pull up to the window, your coffee/drink/food is almost always waiting for you. Ive also been there a few times now, when the debit machine was not working and theyve been kind enough to let me have it without paying. A small, simple gesture that surely would brighten anyones day!
