Molly's Diner in Fort McMurray

An absolute gem and delight of a diner. My all time new favourite place to grab a hearty breakfast at. Ruby makes almost everything from scratch herself and the home made bread is to die for, a must try! Tracey has done an amazing job with this entire place from the decor to the wonderful warm welcome feel as soon as you enter through the door. I have visited 2 times already in my only 5 days of moving to the city and I will absolutely be a regular here onwards.

Down home (east coast) meals. Friendly service. Reasonably priced.

Stopped in at Mollys in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Service was fast and extremely welcoming and friendly! The food came out quick and was hot and delicious. The menu had all the standard diner foods with lots of fun specials and variations. Certainly would recommend the stop here with the family.

Travel in time, typical US dinner out of Edward Hopper painting or Twin Peaks movie / slightly offbeat atmosphere. Fun

First time checking out this place! I heard the burgers were great so of course that s what I ordered and it did not disappoint! The owner was there and we had a nice chat, she is super friendly and personable! I highly recommend this place :)!

This is a great little diner in Ft Mac, great food. The clubhouse was great and the servers were so nice ...tip them good. The bathroom was sparkling clean, which if you have been in some restaurants in the Mack is pretty much a rarity. I will come back

I always love going here and with my two recent visits, i had two very different but equally pleasant experiences! In the first, the owner greeted me like an old friend even though I had not been to the restaurant in six months. In the second, a young person was being mentored by another server. I was dealt with in a great way and I felt looked after. Thank you!

Best breakfast

Mollys is a great place to eat. The service was good, the food was great. Try the club sandwich, I highly recommend it.

First time here. Hubby had poutine i had the hamburger. Hub said the ground beef was missing in the poutine but my hamburger was delicious and bun well toasted will go again

Had breakfast for lunch. Loaded omelette was decent but nothing spectacular. Hashbrowns were overcooked. Home made bread was delicious. Place was cold and chairs weren t comfortable. Waitress was awesome. I would come back one more time.

My son and I had breakfast there for the 1st time it was hot and tasty, definately on our list to go back to have been back many times and still great food

Most amazing homemade soup. Everything else Ive tried was amazing as well. Atmosphere could use a little muting, not very cozy. Excellent choice for a quick delicious meal.

Had the eggs benny and it was delicious. Best hash browns in Fort Mac by a country mile! You know it s a great restaurant when the cook comes out to check on you and your meal. Top notch service.

Super service from very friendly servers. Nice clean and big space. I ordered the Ruben but it was much thinner than I thought. Not sure if Ive just been lucky enough to have thick Rubens before. Homemade bread is good here.

I would have given them 10 stars if I could! We were a big group of researchers who spend the summer in Fort McMurray and we went to Mollys very frequently and every time we were more than happy with the food and super friendly staff!

Not often am I defeated by a meal but I really enjoyed the dish I had portion size sas excellent do much do I had leftovers which never happens.

Im not big on 5 stars across the board but this place just took me back to the old friendly feel. The cook and waitress were both so darn friendly!It was trulyy a welcoming visit. My wife and I got breakfast today, and the portions were generous, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious!

The waitress earned the restaurant its only star. She was great. However, the food left a lot to be desired. The coffee was just OK, not good and strong like I expect diner coffee to be. I ordered the reuben, and it was the most pathetic excuse for a reuben sandwich ever. I dont know where they get their rye bread, but they were the tiniest, slices of rye bread I have ever seen in my life. Two thin slices of Montreal smoked meat, no sauerkraut and no Swiss cheese. How do you make a reuben sandwich with no sauerkraut and Swiss cheese? At least there were a lot of fries. Cheap, frozen fries. And charging $1.75 extra for homemade bread? What? Terrible.

Dont order the fish dinner, full of grease and batter. Very little fish inside the batter. Waste of money.

This is a new business just starting out. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and the food is delicious & homemade, not to mention the prices very reasonable. The fish cakes and cesar salad were awesome. I ll definitely be back to try all the combinations I can make for side dishes because I can t pass up the fish cakes.

Wasnt bad, got the reuben it was good, had cheese but no sour krout. Friendly service however I was charged 2.50 for 3 pickles for my reuben.......

This is now our favourite breakfast place The owner, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my plant-based diet. The cook asked me for specific information on what I could eat, and she did everything she could with the ingredients she had. We would 100% recommend this restaurant

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. We were greeted right away but THE nicest waitress! I had breakfast and my husband, the fish and chips. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The portions were more than adequate as well. The cook and waitress were sooo welcoming and friendly. We had great service. We will definitely be returning.

The girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience on our first visit. The chef, the mother of the owner, had obvious care for the food and even stopped by after our meal to ask how it was. The second visit, different meal s, different cooks, while mine was okay, my girlfriend had the fish cakes, they were so gross, scrap that. Third visit, was a bomb, both meals, disgusting, our waitresses were always great though. Place can be perfect, just need cooks who care. Place needs consistency to keep me coming back.

Stopped in for a bowl of soup at lunch, they were serving beef barley. Very hearty soup, beef was super tender, broth was the perfect thickness, a healthy serving, and that perfect home cooked feel to it! Yummy ! Prompt, friendly service as well.

Have been regularly going here for breakfast past 6 weeks. Beautiful breakfast, always order grilled hash and homemade toast. Consistently been the best breakfast in town. Delicious hollandaise and service is on point.

Had my first visit here and plan to return. Its a nice change of pace from the other places in town. Mollys Diner has that small town feel, right from the easy menu to the friendliest servers Ive experienced for a while. You can taste the love in the food. Hope next visit is just as fantastic as the first.

Third time there and served frozen food I wont go there no more
