Domino's Pizza in Fort McMurray

I m extremely disappointed in this branch and it s an absolute shame it s the only one here in the city of Fort Mac. I have been a top regular dominos customer for almost 3 decades, and order multiple times a week normally. I found out that this location doesn t even deliver to Abasand even tho it s literally 10 minutes away! Besides that, I ordered for pick up and the entire staff there was very rude and extremely unhappy to be working that night when I went in. I greeted them so nicely and politely, with not even a response back from the gentleman in the front, which was so shocking to me. Never have I had a poor customer experience like that in my life! Especially from my favourite chain pizza store. It s an absolute shame they don t have other locations here as this one is 100% not it!

Ordered last night around midnight. I got a medium cheese pizza extra chse and extra sauce, ,2 lava cakes, and a 2l coke. Pizza was terrible. Not sure how you mess up a cheese pizza but there was so much sauce and cheese on it that it was beyond extra, the cheese was literally sliding off and the dough underneath was still raw.

Our company bought 75 pizzas. We required pick up at 1045 am. This Dominos opened early to make our order. They helped us load our truck. We called 4 other pizza shops in the area would not open early to take the order. Pizza was hot and ready on time.

Absolutely frustrated with my recent Domino s order. I specifically requested BBQ sauce, and it was even confirmed on my order. Yet, my pizza arrived without any sauce! Also some of the ingredients were mildly burnt Such basic oversights are inexcusable for a brand this big. They need to seriously step up their game.

After shift we ordered pizza a few days ago. Although it was hot and the crust was good, the amount and utter lack of toppings was, quite frankly embarrassing for a pizza. I had a pepperoni/mushroom/pineapple pizza. In this large pizza there was about 10 pieces of pepperoni, about a total of 1 mushroom cut up and spread out and 20 tiny pieces of pineapple. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Honestly, 1st and last time I ll be ordering from there while up at work. And the scant amount of toppings wasn t just isolated to mine. The other 2 pizzas in the order were the same. Different pizzas, but still no toppings. Do better dominos.

I ordered a pizza st 11:38 am, picked up at 12:23p.m, pizza was cold and soggy. I phoned back to let them know what I experienced but the guys were so defensive, he said the pizza was ready 15 minutes after I ordered, I order pizza all the time and there would be no way it would be that cold and soggy, it would still be steaming hot. I love dominos pizza but I will have to decide twice next time.

Not from Mac but I ve ordered a few times but today was more then enuf to not order ever again when in area. Being on hold to figure out a delivery charge for 3 minutes and being told $5 more then last order. After being forwarded to the manager and explaining my order and last charge and further away and him yelling over me I finally had enuf with it. How can a person be charged more for delivery from last order and even closer the second order in 2 weeks on delivery. This is the worst I ever had a manager talk to a customer and even ever having a problem with ordering. If you don t want to deliver post on site and if the rate changes don t offer and change the billing. Once saying I d make a complaint he wanted to make right but hang up on a customer again and think they trust food after.

Can t really say much about to atmosphere as I mostly order online , but I can say that they don t disappoint with quality and service !!! Ordered a pizza and within 20 minutes it was at my door hot and fresh , will deffinitly order again !

Good pizza but my card didnt work in their machine tonight, I felt like it was my fault. But I have little ones that demanded pizza so I called panigo and my card worked perfectly fine. So I suppose with my anxiety I wont be ordering again.

Love Dominos, their pizza is great - Havent eaten it in over a year, because they refuse to deliver south of the bridge. You offer delivery service, so deliver your product. No one would have a problem paying an extra $3 because you have to drive an extra 2KM

Fast delivery. Friendly staff. BUT Seems impossible to get them to actually put on extra cheese. I order TRIPLE cheese now in hopes that Ill get a few extra sprinkles of shredded cheese thrown on the pizza. All I get is triple the disappointment as eat my cheeseless pizza. Im starting to think the staff just puts on regular cheese and pockets the rest to sell on the black market. Im starting to think its easier to get drugs in this town than it is to get extra cheese.

Never deliver the pizza. Called them and the response from the manager was on the way. Waited another half hour and nothing. Called them and said keep the pizza. Will order SkipTheDishes like everyone else.

Wont deliver south of bridge. Essentially removing service to half of town. Instead of having the store on the north edge of town have it in the middle to service all areas. Which gives more customers! imagine that.

We always ordered thin crust pizza from here. We love pizza of this store. Always picked up within 15 minutes of order. So far they always served on time. Customer service is very good. Staffs are very friendly, Knowledgeable and professional. Price is reasonable. Store is small and is good size for pick up. They always keep it neat and clean. Lots of underground and main parking lot available for parking. including disable parking. Convenient location. Recommend others to try this store.

ive never had a problem with their customer service or quality, their pizza is very good and fresh. We had an issue where our order was late so we called and they had forgot to deliver our 46$ order and gave it for free. they definitely have kept a customer :)... our order had a problem another time and once again they made it right by giving the orders value in credit. they may make a mistake but they will take care of you and their pizza is top notch.

Pizza was cooked poor and its a damn thing crust like how could one mess that up. Parmesan bites where soggy on the bottom with a gross 2 CM thick layer of grease/oil so discussing. My womans pasta was good how ever mine was not cooked at all the chicken was literally baby food no texture at all like one unthawed it and through it in there. Same goes for the sausage also in my pasta dish. My Alfredo sauce was white as white can be and after tasting the meal and realizing the very poor standards of it Im assuming the extra sauce was pooped in and not heated or cooked with it in any way. Wait there is hope my damn cheese on my pasta was have melted and had that oven cooked look... Long story short I have been to literally every establishment here since my move here in 2001. This location is by far the worst place I have ever eaten at or have ordered from. I cant speak for there second location however after this I am not willing to try anything from there. My advise go any place else or eat a pb and j at home. One more thing there prices are simply cruel. They have 5 star prices for half a star quality food. Now I understand why it only takes under half an hour to arrive. Wait the extra 15 to 25 and choose another take out establishment.

This location will frequently make your order 50 minutes before you receive it. Their app tells you when they cook it, and they need to make sure they wait to prepare it if they have no drivers available.

I would like to share the terrible customer service experience I have been through for the last time when I visited Dominos pizza. Last night I called to Dominos @ 12ish while I was on the way from hospital. A lady worker picked up the call and took my order. I request her if someone can drop off food at my car window because I just had fracture in my foot and I can not walk. Lady was nice and told me that no issue with that we can deliver at your car window. She did not mention anything else. After 10 min I was right outside by the front door and I call back to let them know about my arrival. Another guy picked up the phone took my details and stated arguments about delivery at car door only by cash payment. I explained him at this time when I was in so much pain where should I go for cash because I bank with BMO!! Any they do delivery so they have wireless debit machines!! The guy said we can not give you the food. This was the most disappointing experience!! Dominos has horrible customer service. I would never return to this place and I would recommend everyone not to go in Timberlea Dominos as well.

Dominos is expensive here but they have very significant pizza, and I can understand the prices because rent is probably atrocious in that strip mall. I do know, so they are cheaper than Boston even though they are in different locations I had fallen in love with dominos since I first tried it and since its customer appreciation day today I had received free pizza, so I had never received free pizza from anybody ever before so thanks, Dominos.
