Jomaa's Pizza in Fort McMurray

Great takeout spot for pizza and donairs!

Closed at 2, came at 1:26 and they shut the lights off. Called the one in thickwood (I m downtown) at 1:36 and they answered.

Stop at Franklin location at 11am and its not open says there open at 1030am. First time and last time I try jomaas.

My new favorite pizza place, ive ordered from them many times and only had one small mistake in an order which they came back and fixed immediately. Also very inexpensive. Great wings and pizza and speedy deliveries really good donairs also

Always a good experience

Food was satisfactory. But I thought it was pretty basic, when I come in to pick up an order of 7-10 different ordered donair s, they could take the time to mark them in one way or another. Nobody wants to manhandle other peoples food trying to figure out what is inside each wrap Come on guys. If Tim Hortons can mark the tops of coffee s it s the least you can do. Less then impressed

2023 Update : Ive been eating here for 7 years but feel the quality has dropped and the prices have risen. My last purchase I received a burnt pizza and garlic fingers , sent them two polite messages through their FB account with no response. 2018 review: The pizza place you will find in every town. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Jomaas is very well priced and simple, no frills pizza. Its great for a quick bite or those late night runs. Free delivery is nice. Dont expect gourmet and youll be happy.

Jomaas pizza is a staple of Fort McMurray. I refuse to order from anywhere else. Ive tried them all but this is the best pizza in Fort McMurray. If you want thin crust go elsewhere.

Best food I ve had in a while, survive was so quick and caring and the food was to die for Kid-friendliness: They have a toy machine up front and they even had lollipops to give out to the kids (during Halloween)

They would not accept a gift I was given from another location. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend.

I go here for my large pepperoni. It s cheap and really good, it s not fancy pizza but for the price this is best bang for your buck. I will always be a return customer especially this location.

Good when hungry. I miss when they used to shave the donair meat fresh. Good pizza sub and the walk in special is a good value

I ordered the lasagna special. What I got was fettuccini noodles with some weird tasting meat sauce. Dont advertise lasagna of thats not what you are serving. The caeser salad dressing is also not great. Kraft caeser sucks, switch to Renees.

Pretty solid donairs, pizza was okay, jalapeño poppers were great, and the short lady with beautiful brown eyes working the counter was a sight for sore eyes

I went there and asked for a medium garlic fingers with cheese and they gave me a cheese pizza if theyre gonna have someone working at the counter then counter they should speak good English! Then she tried to tell me that I was the one that ordered wrong when she could not understand what I was saying and and I speak good English!!! I do not recommend unless you bring a translator.

First of all thank you to the skip driver for not going on a joy ride with my food, we were starving! I also wanted to thank whoever was in the Timberlea kitchen with the amazing golden crispy chicken wings! They were so crispy and juicy! They werent small and overcooked like everywhere else! Better than the restaurants for sure! This will be my new go to place for late night wings. The pizza was meh. You can probably try to improve the crust:) Sauce was great and toppings were generous however.

First strike against this place is there are no prices on the in store menu. Second strike, I ordered 24 wings for me and the girlfriend and only received 21. Out of the 21 wings there was only 4 drums. This would be all right if I liked splits. 3rd Strike Ordered a large fries with a large gravy and when I got home and opened the bag, I found a tub of gravy that was no bigger than a medium. Not enough gravy for the large fries. Three strikes youre out. Never ordering from here again.

Donair was decent, although I dont think theres a perceivable difference between the regular and super sizes. Both times I ordered fries they were not seasoned and just tasted very bland.

The one thing i can say is theyre very consistent food is always good when your looking for something quick. Great wings

I would consider Jomaas in the top three pizza outlets in Fort McMurray. Their menu is adequate for a game night or as a regular lunch or supper meal.

The wings and donairs are amazing. I wouldn t think of going anywhere else.

terrible service. false advertising on website, attitude from employees when confronted about false advertising. driver took my money and said he didnt have change. called to complain and tell them the driver have stolen 15 dollars from me they said whats done is done. do not recommend

Ive had fairly good experiences at other locations in fort mac. First time ordering a donair pizza tho and Im super disappointed. Like who puts tomato sauce on a donair pizza and sweet sauce as a dip!? Literally just donair meat and tomato sauce. If you dont know how to make it, dont have it on the menu.

Came in and ordered a pizza by mistake... I was impressed so much.. Cant say its a best in town but definitely the best so far.. And the lady that works its great and so nice with customers. Definitely a place to go.

I bought a donair and was given a cold one that just didnt taste good. Donair meat was pre-cut and just hanging out, nothing fresh. Last time I got a donair here a year ago, I had the same experience.

The owner was willing to open early for a large lunch order over an hour away

this is my go to place whenever I go to Fort McMurray. Absolutely love the pizza, lasagna, and Caesar salads..

Ive been a Jomaas Garlic Fingers Faithful..... But. But but but...... They changed their real bacon to these CRUNCHY bacon bits. No no no!!!!! Stop it Jomaas. Go back, and go back now!!!! I may be on my last garlic fingers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Old meat, they use a container to keep it in. This place used to be good until they stopped serving real bacon. I would not go back and would tell people to eat from a garbage can instead because it would taste better.

Pizza was cold n Ive had alot better pizza at a cheaper price for the size. ordered dipping sauce on the side. Didnt realize it would come sitting in the bottom of the paper bag inside of the cup like it was supposed to.

The best restaurant in fort mcmurray ! I spent a week of work in the town and i tried the food there once and i got addicted. I couldnt go anywere else . They have awesome pizzas , especially the donaire and the mexican chiken pizza . They also have a wonderful alfredo chiken pasta . Employees, the service , as well as the prices are very very good .

I ve been in fort McMurray for several days, and I had the chance to try their food. It was an amazing experience, the pizzas and pasta are so delicious + the service was awesome. I really recommend this restaurant to all my friends going there..

Just... terrible. Really, truly, terrible pizza. Had my first slice and threw the rest of the pizza away. Their donair with the sweet sauce is equally disgusting. Actually worse than dominoes!

Best donairs you can find in fortmcmurray. Great wings and pizza as well + if you like sauce you will love their sweet sauce. Pretty cheap walk in deal 10$ for a large pizza and 30-45min delivery.

Donair pizza had no tomatoes or onions and it was on a tomatoes paste base. Also, I ordered a turkey sub for work and it had so much mayonnaise, it wasnt fit to eat. Very poor quality.

The curried goat pizza was a bit musky. The crab meat pizza smelled like a boiled egg. I would resort to cannibalism before ordering from this pig pen again. Word.

Tends to overcharge if they think youre drunk or high, because its easy to get away with them. I noticed this with me and friends, and after noticing the price of one order was doubled what it should have been, I stopped ordering for good. Nobody else tries to rip you off like Jomaas.
