Less Topping and base is very hard to eat , extra tomato souce topping
We visit to the store it's showing open. But when we ask the employer for pizza he said we are closed. And just said that we can exit. This is the service that we got today from your store. And this is our first and last time to this store.
I recently visited this place and while the pizza itself was decent, the experience was marred by the unprofessional behaviour of the person taking orders. The staff member had a noticeably poor attitude and lacked basic courtesy, which really detracted from the overall experience. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately, this place fell short in that regard. I hope they address these issues to improve their service in the future.
We have to order through Skip as the pizza 73 app doesn't work We get our seafood sauce half the time, this most recent time, again no sauce that comes with the shrimp, and only 9 shrimp Barely any sauce on the wings when they used to be loaded and they were burned on our second to last order I used to love this place... But something weird is going on with them
Ordered a donair pizza with 15 wings last night through Skip the Dish and waited almost 2 hours and ended up not receiving my order at all. Pizza 73 uses their own personal drivers for delivery orders made from skip. The delivery driver didn’t even bother to contact me if they were confused with the instructions. Very disappointed with my experience with this location.
Great service here. Food was nice and wings were awesome. Got also a gluten free pizza along with 12 pizzas and was still affordable. Thanks a lot.
I've seen massive improvements in the last 3-4 months. Initially, there were almost zero toppings on the pizza. Keep it up! It only hurts your business when you're stingy on the toppings. The only area that needs more work imo is the service. A customer would enter your premises, and no one would attend to them right away, despite some workers talking in the back while aware of your presence. I've noticed this a few times, and it doesn't sit well with me and many others.
I never leave a review on my first visit. But it was well deserved! I ordered online and it was ready in less then 15 minutes. LOVED the thin crust option and everything was well cooked and plenty ingredients in every bite. Hoping to have the same experience next visit. Ps- some staff should smile upon seeing the customer.

Usually the food is pretty decent at good prices but the staff can be pretty rude, I once placed an online order when they closed at midnight at 10:50 with the predicted time to be done at 11:10 the lady was very rude saying they dont like to see orders late in the shift (I think 70 mins before closing should be fine) and thqt she could have canceled it, it wasnt ready until 11:30 because they just couldnt be bothered to make it and then I watched the lady very purposefully put waaayyyy to much salt and pepper on my wings out of spite and made them inedible she knew what she was doing I watched her do it with a smirk on her face, unreal

I have always had fast and friendly service when I place a pick up order at this location.
Skip screwed us over, came down to ask if they had even received the order and the owner immediately took action to correct the problem. Stand up people, friendly, and even went above and beyond.
Placed order online. Got confirmation email that order would be ready as quickly as possible . Waited an hour and half, no pizza. Called to inquire, 10 minute phone call. Informed that they don t deliver to my location, which is 5 mins away from their store. No email or phone call to inform me. Placed order again for pick up. Store told me new driver had been sent and they were ringing doorbell and knocking and calling. They didn t. Got home and opened pizza and it was cold. It was the same pizza I had ordered 2 hours ago.

i literally have been eating here for years and i always loved my food, today i got uncooked chewy disgusting bacon and was told thats how they make it and that i already ate from it when only one piece was missing. ive never complained before and they made me feel terrible for doing so. would not recommend this location to a dog.
Ive been coming to Fort McMurray for work for 4 years now, and staying downtown. This Pizza73 was pretty decent the first while, but has gone downhill for about the last year or so. Toppings are overcooked and sauce inconsistant, cheese only in the middle of the pizza. Wings have gone downhill too. I gave up for a few months, tried again last trip and sadly it was the same.
I got garbage pizza and chicken last time I went here but it seems that the pizza I got tonight was fantastic. Very impressed with the toppings and quality of pizza this time around. Not sure what they switched but keep it where it is now because the quality is alot higher then usual. Keep that quality you guys got going tonight.

Twice now I ve ordered a Haiiwain on thin crust with black olives and a dusting of chili flakes again no thin crust and no chili flakes. No tip next time for sure and I ll give it one more try it happens again then I ll take my business elsewhere. Sorry but three strikes your out guys!

Dont come here often but just got an order a two topping pizza and they missed a topping so sad and my jalapeno poppers have no cheese in them because they all exploded before they go in the box just awful order from elsewhere they cant get a two topper right at least I got a 10$ credit because they cant read

Their crispy golden wings are great. Curley fries are good. Their pizza is good sometimes and ok sometimes. I used to love the pizza but lately it seems like the flavor just isnt there. I dunno. Sometime good and sometimes not so good

Worst pizza i could get in last 2months. My husband ordered pizza with creamy garlic sauce base , when we got pizza i took a bite to check , it was tomato sauce instead of creamy garlic And when we went back to store , a guy who was taking order starts yelling why you took a bite, he was so rude everyone was looking at us. We had called customer service, they checked our order and it was with creamy garlic sauce. Instead of admitting his mistake , he was shouting And another shocking thing he had made a newpizza for us after long arguing , all veggies are raw , nothing is cooked and we are regular customers , we never get disappointed, these new cook are ridiculous . Please do look into it.
The worst Pizza 73 location, cashier (could be also the owner or the son of the owner) didnt give me the receipt, no mask, rushing. Anyway Id NOT recommend this location! As a feedback, please show some kindness, its free, make feel to your customers that the location is clean! Thank you

Fresh food and delicious Pizza with reasonable price- keep an eye on promotions before ordering pizza 73, They have good deals. Free parking, Handicap access. Great staff friendly and fast, The Cashier named Houria she s professional and hard worker. Their drivers are fast and friendly too. the store is always clean. I love their hot sauce chicken wings and crust pizza. Good place for Vegan menu as well.. I highly recommend it

Ordered 30 shrimp & 40 wings ,order was delivered and opened it up to find the most disgusting smell of burnt oil that the the food was cooked in, so disgusting we were unable to eat it.We called pizza 73 ,to voice our concerns .It took 5 weeks to get a reply .The ordered cost us $82 , we were compensated $30 . What a total rip off .
Well pizza 73 this is the last time I m ordering from you guys my order was incorrect when one of the pizza asked for extra sauce it almost seems like you put less than you guys normally do.. also half of my pizza is kinda undercooked as well as my other pizza I ordered very disappointed in you guys honestly the only reason I m even writing this whole thing is just to let the owner of this business know that the chef has lost the company multiple customers.. if you are craving pizza 73 try the other one on the other side of town it ll take longer but definitely worth it..... lucky the chicken wings were excellent
Twice in 3 days the wrong sauce in our order. Called customer service since the only reason she ordered wedgies and gf bnls chicken was to dip in the creamy garlic. Called to try and get the correct sauce and got nothing but attitude. Done with them.

Terrible, after placing my walk in order the representative took my order and I paid for it. He asked me to wait approximately 20 min, I said sure ,thank you. After 25 minutes I sat up and approached the counter and he asked me what my order was, I mentioned again the order, he replied that he doesnt see it..He then acknowledged that he possibly gave it to another customer... I was definitely disappointed with the overall quality of service and that is why I am listing a review... Nonetheless after I had entered my review, the representative offered me a full refund..Thank you it was an experience...

Delicious pizza, always consistent. Decent prices. Sometimes they use one box to fit two pizzas if ordering two pizzas same size. Helps to use less cardboard. Good prices, yummy pizza and environmentally friendly packaging!

Awesome tasting pizza and wings. The only big chain halal place in the town of fort mcmurray is a blessing in itself. The staff is very friendly and couteous. Usually orders are ready within the timeframe mentioned. The pizza and wings are always tasting very good. Highly recommended if you are looking for good tasting pizza and wings.
Very unprofessional, waited about 1.5-2 hours for my food until i decided to call. Apparently they brought it to the wrong address(isnt that why i give you my address and phone number before i order?) When the food finally arrived the delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful

**Orders are always messed up.*** ***Dont order at Downtown location*** every time when that one tall black girl/lady is there, she would make sure that everyone comes in end up throwing away their pizzas. She has ruined this business for last 2-3 years. when asked about the mistakes she bluntly replied do whatever you want, you will have to back here for pizza. Thickwood location is way to good people go there and youll have better pizza. No more pizza73 at this location.
Stopped into the restaurant to place my order, wait time was pretty long, probably 25-30 minutes. Waiting area was comfortable. Food was great. Prices reasonable.

I waited an hour and seven minutes before calling this location. Absolutely terrible customer service. The woman called me a liar twice. Said that there are confirmation numbers in the email I was given, but there are not. I tried to read the email to her, but she told me that was very rude of me and to not speak to her like that. Well if you cant listen to the problem, then you certainly cant solve the issue. They were able to verify my order was placed after I spoke to the call center, which she was not able to do before she transferred me rudely. They offered me a $2 discount, which is less than the $3 delivery charge even, for compensation. At that point though I had already decided that they no longer deserved my business and lost a customer. I will never order from Pizza73 ever again. Ive also noticed almost all of the reviews from this location are terrible. Wish I saw that before I placed my order :S
Good wings bad pizza. Ive gotten undercooked or burnt pizza so many times from these guys, I dont order pizza from them anymore. Once they sent me burnt pizza and I called them, and they wouldnt give a refund unless they could see the pizza, but I already threw it away. Costumer service is terrible; they practically treat you like a liar.
Waited an hour for the order, and when it arrived, the order was incorrect and cold. The store did not seem overly concerned with the mistake and had little to offer in compensation except another hour wait for possibly the right order (at full price). NOT WORTH IT.

Ordered side of hot wings with large donair pizza. I seen 3 neg reviews and thought it might be a mistake but it wasnt. The wings were good, the pizza surprisingly tasty. Id definitely eat here again!
