Best customer service is provided by the pizza hut team. Whenever I order here, I always get fast, fresh and delicious pizza and wings here. Additionally, I like a thing that we can create toppings and crust according to our taste within good price. I personally recommend to visit pizza hut at least once, I guarantee you will surely like it.

I ordered two different sauces. I received one different sauce but not the other one. So I call customer service and the lady who picked up started arguing with me that I didnt say two different sauces even though I remember saying it, she showed the recording and apparently it was misheard by the cashier.

I love their bonless bites and I love honey hot flavor. I place my order over the phone and I specifically ask to mix the 2 sauces together and then pour over the wings. For some reason they never do it. Majority of the time I end up with one batch honey garlic and the other medium hot and I have to combine the 2 myself. Its very disappointing especially when the person on the phone says yes they can combine the sauces for me.

Horrible!!!! Ordered a bundle pack for my birthday at 9:00 (it s now 10:15pm) and still have not received my order very disappointed with how this went . Honestly if I could put negative stars I would .

I always order from this store . But this time I was very disappointed. Orders was done through online@4:21pm pick up time was 4:45pm . Reached to store and made the payment @4:40pm .waited there for 30 min went there and asked where is my pizza they said we are still making it . What a horrible service . My pizza was given to their own delivery boy & I waited for 35 min store even though I order through mobile. And now one of pizza is uncooked.

Not a professional service, as a hardcore vegetarian ordered 2 veg pizza but recieved 1 veg and 1 pepperoni.

Online ordering didn t work. (Failed payment processing) Had to call the order in to someone in Ontario for an extra charge.

Not sure what happened but the pizza I received was overcooked and burned. Its pizza, so Ill still eat it, but it will likely be the last time I order from this Pizza Hut.

I was a regular customer for wing Wednesday but was very disappointed tonight. Wings were cold and dried out. It was a pick up order so I can t blame the delivery driver. You can tell they were old pre cook wings. I called and complained and they wouldn t reimburse me the full amount. They don t appreciate their customers!! Never going back!!

I like the pizza generally at Pizza Hut but one thing that has always annoyed me is the limited amount of ingredients that they put on the pizza. The only time you get the proper amount is if you ask them to add additions on to it and then you are paying for it. Tonight I ordered a Hawaiian and I counted three pieces of Ham on it and thankfully I ordered extra cheese because there was actually cheese on it. This problem seems to be getting worse so sadly I made the decision I won t be ordering from there again. Quit cheaping out Pizza Hut!

Order was declined three times online, called the shop directly and they sorted me out. Excellent customer service. I do not expect much in Fort McMurray but when a business is run this well it needs to be shared. Oh and the pizza is always top notch. Very well run franchise.

Always fast and hot. Ive heard the staff multiple times making sure the skip drivers use the proper pizza bags. Way to go making sure people get their product in the best shape possible!

Expect at least 2 hours delivery from this location, was told 50 mins and a cold pizza made it after 2 hours

Vegetarian options: The pizza with authentic indian pizza taste was yum. The toppings and the mozzarella cheese makes it different.

Pizza was great but the french fries that I had to get as a side dish was soggy and gross.

Dont take delivery 3 times the same the pizza very empty they are very cheap.

I love the crispy crust you get at Pizza Hut. Crispy, soft and delicious. Their wings are restaurant quality. The Breaded wings are nice and crispy..... just perfect. They have lots of wing sauces to choose from. I always have, and always will, enjoy Pizza Hut. Thank you. Great job!!!

Theyll sell you a location specific gift certificate when you ask for a gift card, then fail to tell you that it can only be used in that specific location, and essentially tell you to GFY when you call to inquire.

After not receiving all of my order I finally did two and a half hours later. Four and a half hours after ordering was then told I d receive a credit. Called back today to do so and was called a liar and was basically looking for free food. I am disgusted and angry at this lack of customer service. I am not a liar nor have any reason to but this shows what kind of customer service we can expect from this store

I really enjoy the atmosphere in here. Theres usually a spunky guy working the til or a bubbly girl.The Pizza Hut here performs very well. Any time Ive visited here I have had speedy, friendly service. The food is always delicious!Like I said earlier, very fast service here, faster then most Pizza Huts Ive been to.

Well after tonight theyve driven me to little Caesars , what cost me 50$ fr them I could have gotten for $16.50 at little ceasars , burnt pizza with none of the extra toppings I was charged for and an inedible pasta with cardboard sticks . complete waste of money

Literally the worst establishment to date I have ever ordered from along with the first one of all so far I had to actually call food health and safety on. Long story short got pizza with raw dough and other uncooked items. Called back the manager who barley spoke English sent me new items. When it got to the door I checked it again before the drive left and showed him it was unacceptable the pizza alone was worst then before like the pizza had been thrown in the oven for 30 seconds to have some kind of solidness and color to the bottom and thats all. Sent it back called again explained how it was the manager said she had made sure this was cooked her self I said Im sorry but your in the wrong profession if thats your quality standards personally for this company. Said its so bad I would have no choice to but call health and food. Gave her the chance to correct again but said if it comes back again like that there is no excuse and I would have to call. A gentleman called me about thirty minutes later and was rude and cursing and swearing on the phone so I said sorry but the managing staff dont know what proper food preparation and cooking standards are. Then hung up. Next morning called health food and safety. I called the location back to explain to a hopeful day time management the situation and that I had made contact with food health and safety. To my surprise the number was not in service so I called the local Pizza Hut number that tales your order and sends it to one of the two restaurant locations here they said they ate closed for a month and it was affective as of yesterday the same day all this bs started. So I called food health and safety back and explained the strange findings. Noting it seemed like they are trying to weasel there way out of the fact there food was unacceptable and I didnt even get my money back.

OMG its here in fort m McMurray. I love their Menu and variety. Beautiful peaceful environment with excellent friendly customer service. Free parking and handicap parking. Handicap access. Pickup what you like . Try their vegetable pizza and am vig fan of it. Superb and fresh with delicious hot sauce.

I order from here regularly and have never had an issue with them. Delivery is always super fast, prices are great, theres the option to order online, and Ive never had anything wrong with my food, or had my order messed up.

Overer priced for the quality of food it was good back when they had a sit down area, but thats probably more fat kid nostalgia. hit up a local place like cosmos or milanos instead.

My experience was awful. After waiting almost 2 hours for my pizza, the delivery came missing a drink and all my dips.. the pizzas all were super overcooked it was horrible. I called the store and told then they let me know someone would be on their way, someone came right away but only with the drink. An hour later another car arrived with 3 dips, missing the rest.. what was the point in even coming an hour later if they were still going to miss items. Super disappointing.

They got the crust wrong and the sauce was extremely sparse. Not actually a good value for the price. Not very appetizing .

I had a 2 star rating. But now its at 5! The service Ive received lately has been incredible. The delivery drivers have been really good to me! If I could recommend a pizza, mine is the pepperoni lovers. Crisp on top has me addicted! Thanks guys!

The staff are friendly and timely. However, the food is expensive and lacks flavour.

This location has to have the most incompetent staff of any Pizza Hut out there. 80% of the time our order is wrong or sauces are forgotten. One time 15 minutes before closing they refused to deliver. I had to complain to the head office. Apparently it wasnt the first time they sent drivers home early. Utter disappointment.
