The pizzas are garbage. The work crew clearly isn't properly trained. I've had Pizza Pizza at other locations and it was actually good. Corporate should really step in to properly train these folks or close the business, as the owners are pretty awful to deal with as well.
My experience with their regular Pizza were excellent, so this time I ordered 'stromboli' to try. It was a total nightmare. The stuff I got in the box was literally dripping oil all over and can be seen in pictures. There were big chunks of melted cheese in it and crust was paper thin. This stromboli was a total waste of your money and a disappointment 😞
Pizza’s great. I’ve been coming here over a year for two medium pizzas four toppings, two dipping sauces and four drinks. Value depends who’s on shift. One girl there keeps asking extra pay for every topping, dipping sauce and drink despite it’s included in special offer they have on the wall. Saying it’s not included. Easily gets you pay $10 and more extra. Don’t go there much since
I ordered online. I selected leave at door but delivery driver persisted till someone came to the door. Was so excited to find a place that makes a cauliflower crust. I paid $5 more per pizza for the crust. I am so disappointed what I received and could only eat the toppings as the crust was dried out and texture and taste was like cardboard. I had high hopes but paid extra for an inedible crust. And light sauce doesn’t mean no sauce!!! I won’t order here again.
Service was absolutely horrible waited an hour for 1 MID pizza. Should have stuck with Pizza 73 or Pizza Hut. Not to mention this is not the first time this has happened. If I could give them a 0, I would. There’s absolutely no excuse that one pizza should take a whole hour to prepare. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

WOW! Reminds me of Ontario same taste. The owner actually delivered the pizza to me and was very nice. This is my go to pizza from now on in Fort McMurray. Also this is actually the right size of pizza, I find that the local pizza places are one size off. For example a medium is actually a small.

I had the pleasure of trying Pizza Pizza, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! As someone originally from Ontario, I felt like I was back home with each delicious bite. Its a shame Alberta doesnt have many Pizza Pizza locations, but this one certainly delivered. The pizza was piping hot and fresh, and they got the toppings just right. Highly recommended!

Loving staff and best atmosphere
The worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a restaurant. I spent 45 minutes trying to order a pizza using both the app and the company website with no luck. Both froze repeatedly... I would get all the way to what I thought would be the end of ordering my pizza and the app would crash and I would have to start all over again. I was trying to use their online ordering system as I got a huge flyer in the mail with deals that were only available if you ordered online. Funny that theyre online system is unable to accept online orders. It makes sending out a flyer to try to generate business a waste of money that brings in no revenue for them. Two times I called to speak to a person about the difficulty that I was having and if you can believe it both times the customer service agents actually hung up on me. Like hung up on me! Im blown away by the absolute disdain that this company has for their customers. I hope somebody from the corporate head office reads this.... Please get your app fixed. Please fix your website. Two times on two separate occasions two separate customer service agents hung up on me... Im a reasonable person that had a reasonable concern and still wanted to give you money for a pizza and two times I was ignored to a degree that Ive never encountered in customer service... Ill say it again two of your agents hung up on me!!!

This isnt pizza pizza Im from Toronto I know what the original taste like...this one in fortmcmurray taste just like pizza 73 I know you too companys are joint but the ingredients are the same .... pizza pizza crust is more thin and when u walk in the store it smells diffrent not like pizza 73 u guys cant fool me. I kno my pizza and what I ate there yesterday was pizza 73 not pizza pizza

this is very good pizza chain from ontario(where i am from ) the only problem is that its a little slow but thats probably because they are new, anyways i loved the atmosphere keep doing it well

Pizza was good. Had corn meal on bottom of crust. I LOVE THE BREADED WINGS. They are super crispy and have a little heat to them.

Placed my order at 6:10pm, its now 7:15pm and still no pizza and cant even get through to their phone line to ask about whats going on and why its taking so long. Pizza better taste amazing if it takes over an hour to drive it the 5 minutes to my house.

Wow, absolutely AWESOME pizza. Great service, clean facility. The owner is super nice we had a chat and I explained to him that I didnt like the taste of pizza 73, he told me this was totally different ingredients and the pizza was not like pizza 73 at all. After trying the pizza the first time me and my wife loved it so much we returned again and will be returning more. People are saying its just like pizza 73 but I assure you its not. Its still owned by the same people but the product is not the same. Give it a try and always get extra cheese on your pizza...

Alright so the same gusy who worked at pizza 73 before it was pizzapizza are still at this location and im so glad tjey are. Absolutely amazing customer service when you walk in the door. The pizza is always cooked to perfection when these guys are working here and I will continue to order as long as these guys are well taken care of and keep pumpin out quality.
