Pretty expensive for what you get, burger was dry and tasteless. There was a small bowl of maybe 15 fries, 1 oz ceasr was ok. Table spoon of ketchup...Bring a bottle ffs. What are we children? Then 18%tip minimum. GF. Corporations can pay their employees better. Wanna tip? Bring a bottle of ketchup next time. Id rather go to mr Mikes if your going to be paying that kind of price. Only reason I went there was because I stood in a empty McDonalds after work for 10 minutes, not one of the 20 people back there was willing to take my order. They were looking at me like whats this guy want? That being said the big mac is better and cheaper. Brewhouse is for new to the patch kids that want to spend there wage in one shot. I wont go to a brewhouse again.

I recently contacted YMM Brewhouse to have food delivered to site for a 30 person luncheon. Cassidy was super helpful in selecting the correct amount of food and brought in extra staff to accommodate our early delivery time requirement.. Great work Cassidy and team!!

CBH is very conveniently located for pedestrians in the Eagle Ridge area. My husband and I have visited three times in the past 6 months, and each experience has been mediocre. The food leaves much to be desired; tough unchewable brisket, orders made wrong, greasy and black burgers, and mystery meat in our fries. Even the free (with signing up on their app) garlic fingers are so greasy that they are wet. Each time, there has been something wrong with our food. Thankfully, the staff has been professional and accommodating, but we will not be returning.

Christina the manager gave excellent service ensured we were well taken of and seated right away and even checked on us later on in the night.

Cydney was our waitress and she was incredibly hospitable, friendly, on point, and conscientious. The management here at the Ft Mac CBH should be honored to have her as an employee.

Went in for a beer on a Friday night , took the only empty seat at the bar , happened to be beside this absolutely wasted guy that kept touching me and making racist jokes and calling me names when I didnt reply, had to leave after being there for 10 mins , servers were laughing and didnt kick him out or do anything , never going back

If youre not 100% sure about what the customer wants, especially if theyve sent it back once already, ask questions BEFORE sending the order back out. It wasnt busy at the time. Yet the same mistake was made twice in a row, so we left after speaking to management. Over the past few years, regardless of how much time has passed since we last gave this location the benefit of the doubt. The only thing that seems consistent is errors with orders. To be fair, our server was pleasant, and she tried her best.

I recently dined at the Canadian Brewhouse in Fort McMurray, and I cant say enough good things about our server, Rebekah. I have a severe gluten allergy, so I always need to be cautious when eating out. During my visit, another server brought me out the meal and said it was gluten free. But it actually wasnt what I ordered, and I was completely unaware initially as I was chatting with friends. From across the way, Rebekah noticed the mistake immediately and rushed over to inform me not to touch my food. Thanks to her quick action, a potentially serious situation was avoided. Its always a risk eating out with such a severe allergy, but it s nice to be able to out out once in a while. Rebekah s attentiveness made me feel safe and cared for. I truly appreciate her professionalism. Thank you!

The pizza here was delicious and the waiters were great, but I was surprised by the very poor quality of the beer. My friend and I tried different types of beer, but they surprisingly tasted the same. My recommendation is that this place is not suitable for beer gourmets or take only bottled beer. And the prices for beer do not correspond to their quality

Isnt there a zero rating?. I was a Canadian brewhouse lover. But it was weird when my friends were asked for ID on Friday night at 9pm. I was told that no minors allowed after 9pm. What if one just want dine in and no alcohol. It is 9pm and not midnight. Wierd policy. Sad experience

We were 9 friends and there for birthday celebration. Server said to show id proof. We were not even ordering alcohol. And show her 5/9 id proof. She refused to serve us. Very disappointing experience.

I visited the Canadian Brewhouse and was very disappointed with the food quality. The dishes we ordered were poorly prepared and lacked flavor. The ingredients didn t seem fresh, and overall, the meal was far below our expectations. Given the reputation of the establishment, this experience was quite a letdown. I hope the management takes steps to improve the quality of their food to ensure a better dining experience for all customers.

Never ate here and thought Wow I got my moneys worth never ate there and didnt see at least one of the tables around me not send one of the plates of food back. Never had a cold slimy donair before, until CBH. The quality of food is embarrassing, the serving sizes are smaller and smaller every time I go there. The prices are wack. Look to spend 40 dollars per person and probably get dissatisfied. Nobody was rude but the prices and quality of food is generally disrespectful for paying customers. Just go somewhere else tbh

My wife and I decided to have lunch date, we showed up at 1:30pm, server came over at 1:45pm. (1st fail) we ordered 2 appetizers and asked for them to arrive before our lunch,but ordered our meals at the same time. Only one appetizer showed up (2nd fail) appetizer showed up at the same time as our meal (3rd fail). The poor waitress didnt have a clue about how to waitress, couldnt even give us cold drinks. Food was cold, the millionaire dog was overcooked and bun was soggy. The stir fry was cold and noodles undercooked and rock hard. The only saving grace was the one app we received the bacon cheddar dip was amazing while everything else there sucked.
