Hands down, Popeyes offers one of the best chicken sandwiches in the fast-food world. The combination of flavor, texture, and freshness is unbeatable.

You cant have one person working a two window drive through. Its extremely confusing and she had people backing up in the drive through. You are going to have an accident on your property that is 100% the fault of your employee instructions and business set up. I love Popeyes but pick another location. This one has too many challenges.

Our experience coming here was bad. The lady at the front was rude and impatient. Our food took around 25 minutes to cook, and we only got 2 meals. It took soo long that a group of 3 came in to eat and they go their food and left. We still had to wait over 5 minutes after that. The food was average. I ordered the ghost pepper wings, and they tasted like there was nothing on it.

My favorite fried chicken hands down. Mac n cheese and rice and beans are my favorite sides

A Restaurant without cheese!! I tried ordering a sandwich with cheese and the person taking my order tells me they don t have cheese. They weren t out they didn t even stock cheese. . I tried the mashed potatoes and they were really dry not my favourite. The chicken sandwich was good but lacked cheese.

I perfectly love the taste of Popeyes especially the Fried Chicken and wrap. Its all worth the price I paid. Aside from the taste, I am also amazed by its size. One piece is quite big enough compared to other chickens I tried in the market. Also, the store has friendly and accommodating staff. Ill surely keep coming back.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. Everytime we go here there is some sort of problem. Contacting corporate has not been helpful as the problems do not get resolved. If they forgot to put a side or a main in the bag and you dont check before you get home, they will only give you points on their app that eventually expire. Staff here are often not friendly. The last time we went, we did drive thru, the worker tried to refuse to give us the total and just thrust the debit machine in our face while mumbling. They then thrust drinks at us and closed the window. They then walked away from the window. We pulled to the second window as the cars ahead of all got their food at the second window. We waited for over 10 minutes with no updates nothing. Then the worker came back and silently aggressively pushed our food bag at us through the window. These issues are only relevant for this location, which sucks because the food is decent. So if you want Popeyes, go to another city.

The fries were fried in bad oil and the chicken as well, did not taste fresh and left bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I will not be returning ever again. Extremely disappointed.

For the day you feel like eating fried chicken, this is the place. I dont typically eat fast food, but when I want something greasy and unhealthy, this is the best. Best fried chicken in town. The employees are super friendly and great at their jobs. The place is clean and brightly lit. I have been here twice and both times have been tasty and great experiences. Never disappointed. Worst experience possible. Got a chicken sandwich combo through the drive thru and when i got home to eat it the chicken was uncooked. The lettuce looked like it was rotten and the fries were cold as usual. This place needs better management and staff that actually cares about people s food.

The worst popeyes I have been to. I have ordered 4 times on skip, every time they missed a major item. Today they missed a chicken sandwich. The excuse from the manager was new trainees. I explained that they need to raise their standard. That is no excuse. Getting the order right is a basic of a restaurant. You cannot miss a major item and that too 4 times. Very disappointed.

The chicken was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of crunch in every bite. The biscuits were flaky and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the fries had a delightful Cajun seasoning that added an extra kick.

Its ok

It was fine. But there were some little things that drew me away from this establishment. Every time we go there our food is always incorrect, we either get someone else s order, or multiple orders in our food. We live relevantly far away, so by the time we get home to go eat it s too late to turn around. It s happened 4 times already, we let it slide because they are a new establishment in town. I tried to call so I could complain. I didn t get one single answer, and I had called three times, and left a voicemail. At this point it s highly disappointing that they can t even answer the phone.

Worse service of any Popeyes I been to, took over 5 minuets of me repeating myself to actually get my order across. The managers are rude and do not really care for customer service. I will have to say the staff and management was very good in the start, its going downhill real quick. They should pack up and close this store before they lose all their money when no one shows up for the lack of customer service and food quality. If I could Zero stars I would!

Im giving a 1/5 based on the shady 5 start reviews on here. The owner should be ashamed, and its quite obvious whats going on with the review if you take a minute to look. Ive ate here twice now, and both times I got sick. The service was good, but the food looked questionable.

Gave 1 star only because there s no negative stats option. My original chicken sandwich was super greasy and the chicken was not cooked. The Mac and cheese was very over cooked and tasteless. We had ordered extra sauces and fries with the chicken nugget meal and there were no fries and no sauces at all even though I paid for them. Paying 68.00$ for a meal and not getting what we paid for is disappointing. Very expensive. Will never order from there again.

First time going to a Popeyes. Got the Ghost Pepper chicken burger. I like it spicy and it delivered. Great coleslaw. I was only there for the first hour of opening day but they were preparing orders for the drive thru at a reasonable pace.

I ve been here twice. First time was pretty good with no complaints. My second time ordering was the ghost pepper sandwich. The chicken in the burger seemed to be very undercooked. And the portion that I did eat before the uncooked part ended up giving me a stomach ache the next day. The staff seem great, but quality control could vary. It was a very busy that day which could be a factor. Rather a waste of $15 for a platter.

I literally got a raw chicken burger for $15. Went back and the only way for them to fix it was giving me free apple fritter or whatever it s called. The meal I purchased turned out to be some grilled chicken? So wrong order. Who gets grilled chicken at Popeyes???Literally over $30 for raw chicken and a wrong order. If you also look closely most of the reviews are foreign names. Clearly fake reviews.

I am not sure how they have soo many 5 stars , i see a pattern there (look closely, you will find it) I was here the other day and the lady who had the Shift supervisor tag had a rude tone and attitude that anyone working in customer service should never have. The funny part was, even though their leader was rude, the other staff members of her team were all super nice and polite, there was this guy whoes name tag said Baker was amazing. So was the young boy (his name started with S, i dont rember his name) who, i can clearly see was still new. The shift supervisor lady should learn customer service ettiquette from her team members. She was really rude to the young kid and all of us in the store was disgusted with her behaviour. We all were looking at each other thinking should we say something?. Even the other staff members there could read our faces and was apologetic (expression) for her rudness. And ***THEY CHARGE 25 cents FOR PAPER BAGS WITHOUT ASKING/LETTING YOU KNOW*** A piece of advise to the owner of the outlet, when you hire someone to a leadership position, get someone with knowledge of customer service basics , if not make sure they are never coming to the customer facing side of the store. Its really a bad remark for your business. And as per Canadian standards,customer as well as your employees deserve to be treated equally.

Surprisingly reasonable prices, considering the costs of other similar take out restaurants. My wife lived in Louisiana and said Popeyes Fort St John is exactly as she remembers. We ate at Popeyes, the food was hot, crisp and good. There was an error with our order which was promptly corrected. Being a new place, it was very clean. Service was great. The area is under construction, so parking isnt great. We will return.

I was traveling to British Columbia today, so I stopped to grab some chicken. A warm greeting and a smile on my face. The quality of the chicken was good aside from that. cooked to perfection.

This has been one of my go to places for lunch or just a quick snack break. Every time I visit, the overall experience remains the same, their food,customer service and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very calm and loving. Those who are trying for the first time, Guys surely a place to visit. I would surely recommend it to everyone.

Pretty mid. The first time I was there, they gave me good service and good portions, good flavor. Red beans and rice is what Im here for and two of the three times they gave me way more rice than beans. For $8, this is a ripoff. They also only have one sauce packet for 5 tenders. Thats not enough sauce. Disappointing because usually Im obsessed with Popeyes but this location is not very good.

First off, there are so many fake 5 star reviews here This Popeyes in Fort St John is clearly not 5 stars. This is a relatively small town and I recognize the names that are giving anywhere from 1-3 stars. I don t recognize at all the 5 star reviews and noticed that this is their 1st google review. So, for my review: ate here twice, both eat in. The dining area is small and depressing looking and both times staff were occupying at least two tables. For the food: chicken sandwich was not bad but not good either. It was lukewarm and no reason for this temperature as there are numerous staff mulling about this restaurant looking lost. My 3 piece chicken combo was ok. Both times eating here they made mistakes on my orders. It is too bad, because I was looking forward to Popeyes arrival in FSJ; however, at this rate, they will not stay beyond 2 years. Locals will get tired of the poor service and lukewarm temperatures of food. Most of us will return to KFC where the service and food is better.

The chicken here is good, but very pricey. Count the pieces in the family pack our 8 piece was only 7! The sides are a real disappointment. Red beans and rice is soupy and bland, macaroni and cheese is creamy, but bland, onion rings are super oily and not the least bit crisp. Biscuits are fine when hot, but awful when reheated and even if you ask for honey, be prepared to eat it without since the honey was not in the bag. On a separate occasion we tried the original sandwich and the blackened chicken deluxe. Original sandwich was great! Crispy chicken, nicely seasoned. Blackened chicken you guessed it! was bland and uninspired. Prices are higher than at some other places and the service is only meh. Way over-hyped. Oh! And check out the bathrooms for all you folks worried about mixed gender toilets.
