Great place for breakfast, steeped tea and time with friends, bagel belts are pretty awesome, Nutella croissants are amazing, one of my favorites and of course can't forget the Tim bits, I spend many hours here each week and see first hand how hard staff works to get everyone's orders done on time, always served fresh and hot along with a smile and great attitude. I've also seen how rude a lot of customers can be, please, give the staff a break, they deserve so much more, be considerate and polite, after all, the staff are the ones up at the crack of dawn to have everything ready for you to have that fresh hot coffee and breakfast sandwich at 6 a.m on the way to work.
Not sure how the food tastes due to our horrible experience with the drive thru. After placing an order for a meal at the speaker the lady told us the total and told us to drive ahead. The issue was that we weren’t finished ordering and still had one more meal to order. We tried saying that at the speaker but received no further response. The guy at the window wouldn’t listen that they wouldnt finish our order at the speaker and that he couldn’t get us the second meal. Went to Mcdonalds instead so that we could both eat👍

Two years ago, I gave them 5 stars thinking they were amazing. Now, I realize I was overly generous. Always late, terrible service guess they’re striving for world’s most unreliable award. If you enjoy waiting endlessly, this is the place for you! Sadly, I’ve noticed many times that one person is working hard while four others are either chatting or aimlessly wandering around. Disappointing to see how far the service has fallen.
I recently visited and I was blown away by the amazing service! Despite the rush, the staff was incredibly efficient, especially Dinushka who made my day with their cheerful attitude. The restaurant was clean, and my order was served quickly and perfectly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and hardworking staff, and I truly appreciate their effort. I’ll definitely be back soon. I am blown away with the service I received today at our local Tims! Ordered everything bagel they didn’t have it, got a plain instead. Got toasted with butter. Get home and eat it (2 minutes drive) the bagel is cool to the touch, and butter is unmelted. Thing is, the bagel looks like it’s been toasted! Charred edges and grill marks. Did they simply give me an old bagel and slapped some butter on it and called it a day? You guys couldn’t even take the 30 seconds to trick me into thinking I had a freshly toasted bagel. The thing that really gets me, is that I waited 3+ minutes at the ordering menu. What a joke.

There was a long line when I walked in so I order on the mobile app to speed the process up. Waiting 15 minutes for 2 wraps, a muffin and a larger drink, then having to hold the staffs hand to even get my order. Get my order and the wraps are pitiful, the drink I got was a medium but ran out of patients to wait for them to make me another. If I were the manager Id be pretty disappointed in quality of work happening there.
I really like going there because their service and team are very good, they always welcome me well.
Worst Tims in town
Ordered dream donuts just to find out theres a fingernail on it. This is not very unacceptable, I took a bite of it and I felt something hard so I checked and its a fingernail, this is very gross, I called and they only offered a replacement.

While the food and atmosphere is generally good, there is a serious lack of communication, time management and order accuracy at this branch of Tims. This branch was recently renovated and new staff were hired, however, it has been a few months since and is still not quite there yet in terms of service.
One of the worst customer service experiencing nowadays and later blame customers that they always have issues with their orders. Atleast should listen what customer is asking for and what you are talking about. Service
Hi, i was there and i ordered one mango smoothie, and chai tea latte but the taste of my smoothie was worst. Moreover, the costumer service is very poor.. there was line up and only one lady was getting the order.. there was rest 3-4girls was just talking not listening to her.
Had a Terrible experience through drive-thru service. Our order at drive thru was taken wrong and when got to the window she very rudely said No when requested to get the food we wanted. Never experienced that type of customer service ever.. we will never go back!!
Bathrooms were clean
They put people with the thickest accents on drive thru, make you wait in the parking lot for a couple cups of coffee. All the tims in town are going down hill in service & it wasnt even that great to begin with.
They spilled my coffee on the counter before I got to the window, told me to pull ahead and park, and then proceeded to forget about me for 10 minutes until I went inside to see what was going on. Slowest fast food around. I also don t understand why they have two drive thru lanes when they clearly cannot handle it.
Worst Tim Hortons Ive been to and I have been to a lot of Timmys across the country. Drive thru is always slow and customer service is non-existent. Too bad its the most convenient one for me to go to. Ill drive an extra 5 minutes in the opposite direction to the next Tim Hortons to avoid this place most days.
Absolute worst Tim hortons in history. They try and make you wait in the parking lot for a couple coffees, while there is no one behind you. They don t know how to take an order and let the line back up into the road while the lane ahead of the order microphone is empty. I don t know how many times the bacon on my breakfast sandwich has been forgotten and I get just cheese and egg on my sandwich. They are rude, don t let you finish your order before they go ok anything else . They try to keep the 10 cents of your order is 2.90 and you give them 3 dollars. And every Tim hortons In town is becoming the same way. Shameful. When the Bowies ran the timmies, they were amazing. They are horrible now.
Staff manipulate their drive thru service time targets by taking the order at the drive-thru kiosk and then saying wait, let me see if we have that, while the drive-up lane remains empty. Wait let me see if they have a bagel at the busiest time of the day? And this is every time, not just occasionally. If you just drive forward to the pay window, they push you through as soon as you pay and ask you to pull forward and wait, creating more danger because there is no designated waiting area and cars pull ahead around the corner in a very tight parking lot. These tactics have created a huge safety issue because this is a short drive-thru entrance that spills out onto a very busy street creating incredible danger at busy times of the day.
Very slow service. Definitely not a fast food establishment. Slow to order- only 1 serving a very busy store. Then had to wait 20 mins for food. They said they were cooking rice for the bowl meal. Don t think we ll be back.

Oh where to begin. Ordered 1/2 dozen donuts and had requested specific ones only to get a random selection that were none of my choosing. Multiple times I have gone to the drive thru only to find it lined up out of the parking lot and almost on to the road, one lane open and nobody paying or picking up anything from the window. Tried calling them twice and the first time they picked up then hung up and the second time they didn t even answer. Multiple times I have ordered a bagel with extra butter, and I specifically asked for it to be drowning in butter, they gave me probably 1/4 tsp of butter on the whole thing. This place is absolutely ridiculous and sad. Do better.

Well this isnt the first time but today took the cake. I went in since they only had 1 drive thru lane open. So I went in and ordered my food and drinks for the family and the team member was so quick to ring things in that first didnt receive my points. Then as he was making our Teas he made the wrong size. After he remade them he still messed up one of them. This store is hell bent to just get people through the drive thru that they rush on everything and constantly mess up orders. They dont care at all. Parking: They need to repave it!

Pretty sad when you pull into a empty drive through and order 2 coffees and 2 breakfast wraps and are asked to pull up to the sidewalk , one male comes out 5 minutes later with the wrong order, then comes back a few minutes later with half of the right order and walks away. Needless to say if Tanya wasn t at the front desk I would have lost it on the other employees incompetence, my girlfriend got her Tim hortons coffee and food but I went to McDonald s and threw out my half of the timmies
Service sucks since the changes and new staff, mobile orders take so long even when its not too busy. Not only that but they just kinda ignore you. Its definitely not like it used to be before they changed the staff.

But when you go inside to order coffee it takes for *bleeping* they dont actually acknowledge you until youre practically standing on the counter and that feels impolite but its the only way I ever get served. After the Renos a few months ago I went inside because we needed to quickly grab something to eat. Well... 30 minutes later Im still waiting on a grilled cheese that Ive asked about 3 times and they kept forgetting that I ordered, even once I got it it was cold in the middle and not even fully cooked. If I wanted quicker service I shouldve gone to the Boston Pizza down the street at this point. Even after this I typically wait 15+ minutes in the parking lot when I use the drive thru.

EFF this place. I placed my order in and youre arguing with me about what I ordered. I happened more than once. Enough that I recite the exact language for the stupid sandwich and youre still getting it wrong. Im so tired of both of them in town here having no respect for their customers or their staff. Fix the microphones and speakers on the drive thru, train people better. Eff this Tims and the one up town. The owners need to respect their customers more.

The drive thru is located in the worse possible spot which creates a back log of people cars are regularly waiting on the road and blocking the entrance to parking lot while trying to get into the drive thru. you do move fairly quickly once you make it onto the line but most days I have to leave 15 min early if I want my morning coffee. but most days its to backed up for me even to try.

Wish they employees would stop lieing to the customers told me there was no dark roast. Then? When I get to the window theres enough for one cup. Then they tried to sell me half my order because they refused to make another pot( at 7:20pm ish ) even though I was willing to wait in the parking lot. Ended up getting one dark and one original . If you can t wait to be disappointed, visit a Tim Hortons Location in Fort Saint John. You will always have to wait for the staff to look if they have inventory, which they often don t. Timbits stale. Order assorted timbits or donuts and be prepared to have only 1 or 2 flavours. Timbits are often not even glazed. I have not seen a jelly timbit in 5 years, you have to drive to Dawson Creek for those premium flavours. If you are craving some genuine Canadiana, you are better off driving to Dawson creek or face disappointment in Fort Saint John
Thanks for really bad coffee this morning , which i have now disposed of and what happened when a customer says good morning, you get a manager who doesnt even make eye contact or replies because she just wants your money. Revamped new environment doesnt work either , youve lost my business, just saying.
Stuff was so rude. I ordered ice cap with extra whipped topping. They did not put proper amount of topping. I asked them to make new one. They just ignored. It kind a happen with evening staff every day. I was disappointed that I am paying for extra stuff that I want.

I usually stopped buying from Tim s before they renovated just due to the lack of service and ridiculous food mess ups, however after renovation I just went back in to give it a try and yes it s nice in there and clean. However the service is still terrible and the food I bought a yogurt from there and the cup wasn t even filled. it was like 1/3 of yogurt and the rest just granola. Very unimpressed because with images on screen and what the server told me at the counter when I asked told me something completely different. Very unimpressed and the service is terrible. I like the small changes done when they renovated the store. Location in general is nice but when the drive thru line is long it, it can create traffic that continues in the corner intersection. A good go-to place when passing by the mall. Drive-thru queue can get long at times. Hope they get enough crew to serve food more quickly. Shoutout to Tanya, always love her energy.

I will not be returning to this location for in person dining. Service is slow, tables are dirty, and not very friendly. My bun was cold , partially frozen. It took over 10 min to heat up a bun. There were no knives to spread butter and I was offered a fork?? My last 3 visits have not been good so going elsewhere.
The worst experience Ive ever had at Tim Hortons. Was the worker extremely rude. The doors were locked past 530 till 6 AM. When knocking on the window was ignored, multitude of times after finally opening the door I was met with a rude employee. After a hour exchange at the door he continued to go Into the back and began laughing. I would avoid this importance at all cost!

My daughter ordered a strawberry creamy chill and we got some drink with strawberry flavoured and I asked the staff, is this is the strawberry creamy chill and she got confused. She asked help from others and we got a kind of creamy chill. We appreciated the services that we got. But the service that we got is very Hhhooorrribbble.

As usual we ordered a LARGE CHILI MEAL. Received our order an one came with only 1/2 bun. Went back to counter, were loudely told that, had we read the board we would know that the LARGE CHILI MEAL now only comes with 1/2 a bun!!! Food was fine as usual but we Deffinitely will NOT be back! I know the FRANCHISE wont give 2 HOOTS But the Doughnuts are better at Safeway and I make a mean Chilli myself. Why does Tim Hortons not just raise their prices like everyone else instead of cutting down the portions??? One of the worst experiences I ever had. I usually go to Tims every day just because I prefer coffe there. They usually dont understand my order right away so I have to repeat myself few times, But I understand that people come to Canada from all over the world and most people do have difficulty learning English and do have an accent it is Okey with me. But today was a whole different experience! I was repeating my order 100 times... I want two peach juices and 1 crispy chicken sandwich the lady at the DT asked me if that is a sandwich or a wrap, I said sandwich she said wait a minute, I waited. then she said let me double check your order I said Okey yes, thats what I want I came to the window, paid got my two drinks and waited.. she open the window after some time and asked anything else? I said yeah my sandwich she said maam you dont get a sandwich because you didnt confirm your order! ... Whaaaaat!!!??????? How many times do I confirm my order? Are you working on your drive-thru time? Then thats just an annoying and unfair way to do it. Or people really dont understand me every time i go there? I worked in customer service since I was 14 years old and thats how you talk to the customers now? Very disappointed really dont want to go back there again.
Coffee is good, but there isnt creamer or sugar available, I just ordered two Americanos and took me 20 min to find someone for asking for sugar and creamer. Service in this place is definitely terrible.

I love tim hortons advertising
Open at 5 but they keep the door locked past 6 with no explanation. Not everyone can use the drive through if they have work trucks or whatnot. You can see at least 6 staff walking around inside and no one seems in any hurry so even the drive thru is barely moving. This is an extremely common occurance at this location so just go to the other ones until hopefully tim hortons smartens up and fires this franchisee.
Donuts have no icing ever always bone dry and I do mean 100% of the time seriously I go to Tims in any other city including dawson and its never this way and on top the coffee is always luke warm or colder, doesnt matter when I go, DT or counter. They always mix my order up and act like ive wronged them when I want it fixed. If I go home before I realize they made a mistake want 2 different kinds of proof I have to call within 10 min and bring a receipt and even then they make me wait 15 min while they investigate, finally come back and say ya I checked and you ordered what we gave you... um no I said what I wanted you may have entered it wrong. No refund sometimes even though they goof up ALOT, literally something almost every visit. Lastly the last time a new employee got in major trouble from the not in training sandwich making lady. She was super harsh and very rude when relaying the new girls mistake and to be so snappy and mean in front of a customer isnt professional imo. I was uncomfortable for the trainee. Not to mention myself as well.

All food services should be wearing hair nets. I am a frequent customer at this location, and I order a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese this morning. I am very disappointed to find a black hair inside the bagel on my last few bits of it. I am blonde, so I am positive its not mine. I am disgusted at finding this. Please retrain your staff into wearing hairnets. I have pictures of the evidence of the hair.

I ordered the new French toast sandwich they were out, then I ordered jalapeno bagel sandwich they were out so I just had coffee. The lady didnt say sorry or anything just asked if that was all. So my kids ordered 2 farmers wrap one with no egg and we were not allowed to use coupon cause the order was difficult as she said. I told her we use it at other locations. The grabbed the coupon scanned touched the screen and said computer rejected it. Avoid this location at all cost. Do not go there worst service of any location I have been to.
8pm and I want to take my 3 sons for a donut and hot chocolate. Where else do you go for that? Tim Hortons of course. Apparently NOT!!! Arrive and they have 5 different kinds of donuts! And 20 empty rows. I ask why. I get told no bakers at night, if u want a donut come back at 6 am, that s when we have more. I said oh really, but none now. I said that s like going to DQ and then not having ice cream. What a disappointment and a joke! Written by Ken P
Service is not good. I was waiting for someone to serve me for nearly 5 minutes and there was no lineup. Everyone seemed too busy doing other stuff then helping a live dine in customer.
I ordered a meal which the soup was supposed to be included which wasnt and was charged for the full soup... the manager tanya was rude with me when I seen that she charged me for the soup I asked her why she charged me for the soup and she explained that it took off $1.64 and I explained on my receipt that I was charged for the soup but it sould of been included but $1.64 was taken off but yet i was charged $4.29 on top... it doesnt make sense the attitude I got was totally unacceptable and that if I knew she would of charged me for it I wouldnt of got it terrible customer service.....

Terrible customer service, went to order breakfast at about 11:30a.m. , pulled up to the drive thru speaker box and began my order only to be interrupted by an obnoxiously loud and rude woman who shouted at me ITS AFTER 11, NO BREAKFAST. DONT YOU KNOW THAT? . Despite the fact that breakfast is supposed to be served all day, and on top of that my friend came through the next day with no issues, I guess she wasnt working. Ive pretty much just come to the conclusion that this worker simply didnt want to make me any food at all as all I left with was a watered down coffee and a whole lot of disappointment. This location needs to properly train its staff, or dont hire rude lazy workers in the first place.
After my encounter this morning I will be taking the extra time to go to the tim Hortons up the highway when an employee got within 2m of me coming from behind the counter/till to rudly explian where the marked line is on a muddy floor when i lined up inside as per i Remember from the last I was inside. Yesterday I got a begal with only half, like down the middle, the cream cheese i asked for on it. Long wait times in drive thru. Most of the employees are friendly and work hard, the bads one are making the rest stink!!
Travelling through in the morning, Asked for a lg London Fog, Paid for a lg and I got a medium instead. Didnt realize until I was 15 minutes away!
No timbits. 3 mornings i have come here now to get my coffee. Usually around 730am and every time, there are no timbits...or i got lucky one day and they had one kind. Yeay me. Donut racks were full???? Guess they cant be bothered.

They are helping our peer group by providing coffee and donuts for our Sunday lunch program to help our vulnerable citizens.
First time my sons milk was bad My coffee was burnt. 2nd time lady made big deal what donut was called sign was wrong She wouldnt leave it alone. I asked toasted bagel the cheese didnt even melt. Really poor service and awful good done wasting my money
Probably the worst place for coffee. Never tasted the same. Usually take my coffee double double but didnt taste any sugar in it. Asked for 3 sugar and 2 cream and sometimes it tasted like no sugar in it or like a real double double or it was like drinking maple syrup. Never had that problem anywhere else in Canada.
Only problem is they have pumpkin spice muffins displayed everywhere but dont have any for sale. Been there at 5am , 8am, n00n 4 pm and 8pm. I you dont have it dont offer it or youll lose good customers

The worst Tim hortons I ve ever been to! Every time I have gone, it s been I minimum of a 15 min wait. Staff are slow and seem to be confused. I don t recommend going here if you are in some what of a hurry
