I ordered a custom cake for my husband s 40th birthday and the young lady helping me did a fantastic job! I simply showed her what I wanted on the cake and she walked me through everything she needed to make it happen. He loves D&D and ice cream cake so it was a match made in heaven!

Service is a hit or miss all the time.. they always close extremely early. The food quality is very poor. The prices of a burger are almost $5 between provinces this isnt normal.

Dont waste your time or money here, ordered a blizzard got home to find they put no filling in it, came back to see if they could make it again they made with wrong ingredients shouldnt be this hard to mix cookies with ice cream

9.11 Thats for a small Blizzard with extra cherry. Thing is... there is never extra flavoring at this store. Tried three times. And the price is more here than anywhere else. 1.69 for extra topping. Bah. Thats 9.11÷12oz=0.75/oz x16oz = 12.15/lb = 26.72/kg. 12/lb for ice cream

I know what youre thinking, I just have it out for any place in FSJ. Well maybe. That does sounds like me. You may have a good point there. Anyways, this DQ doesnt even take rewards. How can I give a good rating when I cant even claim a free Dilly Bar with my meal!? When will FSJ quit letting me down!? I think Im ready to see new towns now, this just isnt working out between us. Were too different. Youll find somebody some day, I promise. But its not me, that much is for sure.

Has been about 3 years since I have been to a DQ, they have changed the menu for their burgers, really disliked them! Soggy, bland, sloppy, the buns were small, smaller patties, even though they put 2 or 3 on each burger, the meat was rubbery. Plus they increased the prices, so less quantity and cost increase. Totally never going back!

Waited 25 minutes for my chicken strip and fries. Turns out that someone else took my order and I was brushed off by an employee when I asked about my order after 15 minutes and heard an order number higher than mine. I had ordered when it was not busy. Took 25 minutes for me to get the supervisors attention and finally figure out what was taking so long.

I bought two dilly bars here hated the ice cream i was only in it for the sticks they are quite tasty , Should be maple flavoured instead of pine, still tasty but maple sticks would be better. Thanks to the employee that gave me another stick after mine got soggy.

Went into the restaurant to get two Blizzards. I feel we waited too long, but when a Skip delivery person comes in after me and is stuffing Blizzards in his bag before I get mine, I don t like it. If delivery services are more important than walk in clients, this person won t walk into your store any more. It is your choice. First come, first serve is not new.

Since when you started making cakes with ice cream and call it cakes, spent $34 on birthday cake. Its disaster not a cake.

For 4 peopleto eat at DQ it cost $56.00. They got the order wrong and because thry closed just before we got our takeout there was nothing we coild do. I expected a lot better than this as we did make sure what we ordered was put onto the screen. Yet, hete i am $56.00 poorer and witjput food for myself.

I ordered a burger and onion rings and a drink and the burger had bone in the meat. The manager did offer me another Burger but Im not sure if all their meat has bones pieces in or not. Has anyone else had issue with their burgers?

Was served completely raw chicken fingers. Pink all the way through. Owner said the the thicker pieces dont cook all the way through, she offered to put them back in the fryer for us. Disgusting food and the service was terrible.

A busy location, only thing bad was it was cold in the store, we left instead of enjoying our time there.

I love going to DQ for ice cream and for lunch or dinner meals... they have fantastic delicious ice cream... my fav is peanut buster in a bar form...

I love that they give teenagers a chance at a job there. Love their flamethrower sauce too! :)

Finally able to get my dairy queen blizzard made with chocolate ice cream, I couldnt wait to go back to my hotel and eat it

Ordered an Oreo cheesecake blizzard with fudge mixed in. Guy at counter rings it in with cold fudge core. I questioned if it was going to be mixed in, he assures me it will be. It was not, then the young lady who made it gave me attitude saying it was exactly as I ordered it. Took the manager getting involved for her to remake it, at which time she gave me attitude again about it. Havent been back since.

Food was good ice cream was better. Was a little dirty when I was in the restaurant (went pretty close to closing time) other than that was good.

Great Service from the Staff, and the food is good. I think though, that is time for them to update their seating and tables in the building. The chairs and tables are becoming outdated and for people that are taller than 6Ft, its bit of a tight squeeze getting your legs under the table without hitting them on the bottom side of the table.

Foods good but had to go to the bathroom, bathroom was very gross, told some at the till if they can send somone in to clean it. I mean really bad , like you can even sit down on the toilet bad and them smell made me want to yak . They didnt send anyone to clean it. Please if your costumers telling u to please send someone go clean the bathroom, its for a good reason

Good service, good food ive always liked that dairy queens also accommodate for younger staff giving teenagers a chance at the job force!

Looked like the owner, or whoever she was, just rolled out of bed to stop in and check out business. She spoke down to the staff in front of us customers and made an unnecessary scene. It was very uncomfortable to watch, I cant imagine how uncomfortable the kids felt.

Dont be fooled, its fast food. That fan food advertising is kind of insulting if you ask me. However, the food is decent and staff are friendly. Ice cream menu items are expensive so they are only an occasional treat.
