Today at approximately 6:45 pm, I went to your store to buy chicken and drinks. A kid at the counter was being very rude to all customers. I ordered a separate drink and a chicken combo, but I had to ask for my drink twice since the kid kept saying he had already given it to me.… Please follow up this with him…
Grateful that we have a KFC in town. Sometimes you don't feel like cooking yet bored with the so many pizza places in town, KFC to the rescue it is 😊 Descent cleaness, altho to use their washroom, you gotta ask permission so that they can unlock the door for you. Service is always good when it's the young man, he is always polite, likes to chat, and engage in convo with customers, so that's a plus. Inside feels kinda empty, with generic decoration of wall posters, almost kinda boring somehow.
Dirty bird!!!! Love me some KFC. Once a month. 12pc chicken Large Fries and gravy $32 + tax. Sweet deal
Ordered through the KFC app. Paid for it through the app. Pull up to the window and they tell us we need to pay $4 more. I asked why and they said they didn’t know it was just $4 more. My son was starving or I would have just left. Absolutely zero customer service skills and manager didn’t know if she was coming or going. You’d think they’d give their workers some training on how to do mix-ups but nope. What a joke of a place to work and to eat at.
Huge shout out to Brody,the manager (hope i got is name right) 2 girls at the counter who handed me the food, and entire crew, who worked night shift on August 11th,2023. I had the last minute friday night craving for KFC and we rushed to the store and it was almost closing time (it was 8:59 when i barged in and they close at 9 lol). Now, i have worked in cust care and hated the last min orders (just being honest, you know). But the manager and his staff was really nice and gave me enough time to choose what i want (ofcoz i rushed and had no idea wht i want to order as i felt like eating everything there,lol). They had to make some fresh batch, which took another 15- 20 mins. I really appriciate the "smiling face" and patients you showed that night (it was a friday night, everyone wants to go home asap).It was a pleasent experience at your store. Once again, thank you for setting up great example for customer service.
Place was clean. Was greeted soon as I came in and service was quick. As usual, kfc chicken is delicious especially when hot.
If I could give this place a zero I would. The sign and the online menu both say $5 fill up. They charged me $5.99. I asked about it and was told the price went up. But clearly only inside. Very frustrated...more about the principal of it than the cost. I also did not take the included beverage but asked for an extra dipping sauce and was told it would be an additional $.25. This did not sit well so I asked for a manager who also argued the clearly priced $5 meal is $5.99 but they just didn't put the .99 on the sign, but finally agreed to not put through the $.25 on my debit. Was told the dipping sauces were in the bag only to find just the 1. Terrrrrrrible customer service.
This burger and the popcorn's tasted awful. The waitress on the window was great at multitasking. So I would say no issues with service but burger was not done right way.

The CRISPY CHICKEN IS ECXELLENT!!! Much better than the regular chicken! Ordered ahead for pick up but still had to wait for the regular Chicken to finish cooking. Lets hope they keep the CRISPY CHICKEN on the menu permanently. Its a WINNER! Fries and sides were great as well.

The ladies working the drive-thru were wonderful and polite ! I wish I could say the same about the food 20 minutes after eating my popcorn chicken meal; it decided to come back up and that experience alone makes me not want to eat at this KFC anymore.

Ive updated the hours of this location in the past based on the sign. However they seem to follow that willy-nilly like. Dont count on them being open in the evenings.

Chicken was fine, but poutin was super sad. Soggy fries, and the cashier confirmed gravy on the side, but when I got it, gravy. I asked 4 a new one(soggy fries), but the ladies working did not seem happy, and shouted over to the guy who wrung me up telling him he did not mod it properly. I know he did though, so I hope he does not get in trouble. Sad amout of cheese also.
Friendly service, quality of meal was good as expected and staff kept busy keeping the lobby clean. Great job!

Placed a rather large order to feed the extended family over a holiday weekend and it was filled in no time at all...accurately and completely. Always a winner.

The service was fairly fast and our food was hot and fresh. They gave us loads of ketchup which we always appreciate. We went through drive thru and noticed that the kitchen was very clean! Great food and friendly service! Parking: Small parking lot, especially when the delivery truck is unloading.

Gross. Wanna waste money and throw out food...... go to your local KFC! I asked for extra-well done French fries they came cold and soggy/zero flavor or salt. No sauces provided for my daughters chicken strip and tasted like they were cooked 4 hours ago. No mayo was asked to be on my chicken burger because I am allergic to eggs, but for some reason I ended up purchasing one drowned in mayo.

Great tasting fresh chicken, it took only a couple of minutes and we were on our way again. Great place to pick up great tasting fresh chicken.
This location is a new building overlooking the recently redone section of 100th street. The dining area is all windows viewing the new street. My favourite restaurant in FSJ.

Shows they updated thier hours a week ago but yet I was there 20 mins before closing and they were already closed , I have had this happen multiple times , they seem to close whenever they feel like it

I was not happy with it. I ordered coleslaw with my take out order and when we got home, we found macaroni salad. Very disappointing. No one here will eat pasta. And not worth the gas to drive back.

The chicken is tasty. Just make sure its cooked fully. Last time I got some, spent the next 48 hours within sprinting distance of the toilet. Both ends. Havent been able to go back. Loved the Big Crunch Sandwich but still leary.

KFC in Fort St John is gross gross gross! Why cant you be like every other KFC and cook your food properly. Ordered a few times here and I have never had food this bad. I like how other locations make it, but not here in Fort St John. Even had a disgusting uncooked Big Crunch chicken burger awhile back it was completely raw in the middle. The fries are usually pretty good when they are spot on and fresh. The chicken always seems to taste really oily and bland, same goes for the popcorn chicken. Very disappointing.
If you want fried chicken drive to Edmonton and go to northern chicken. The difference is worth the price of gas and time.
