When you are really really hungry, nothing hits the spot better than Wendys. Sooooo good. Good to Fair Prices unlike the other burger joints with their insanely priced edibles

This place is great. You can get good food for cheap prices.

They literally have screwed up 3 of my orders the last 3 times i went..so when I asked for my order to be fixed instead I was offered a small fries. Then watched the manager or whomever take care of the 2 ladies entire meals right in front of me..I was soooo appalled.

Their food is always fresh and actually quite good for fast food, and their service is also pretty excellent. In all the times I ve been there, they ve moved the drive-thru line faster than I expected for the amount of people there, even during busy lunch rushes, they never forget any of my items, they re always polite and pleasant to deal with, and they actually remember the little things you ask for (extra ketchup in the bag, etc). And this is saying a lot considering all the bad reviews the other places have been getting, and a few bad experiences I ve had with the others, mainly Tim s, McDonald s, BK (rarely), and DQ. So Wendy s, you guys are rockstars! You deserve some recognition.

Tried the breakfast for the first time here. It was really good, especially for a mass chain like Wendys I honestly thought it wasnt going to be super great. But I was pleasantly surprised. Good job Wendys

The drive-through is quick and efficient. Staff is mostly friendly. The chili and the chocolate froster are great. I believe that Wendys chili is far better than Tim Hortons chili. The restaurant is clean, and seating is adequate. Parking is good.

Took 3 tries to make my baked potato correctly. Im sure my dog could have done a better job.

No Fries? What is a meal without fries? Its one star it what it is. The loneliest Wendys I have ever seen. They make a mean chili cheese nachos though, if you can overlook why that meat is a little extra chewy. Dietary restrictions: They dont give your fries to help your diet.

burnt charcoaled blackened bacon on the potato and burger warm ice tea / no ice snarky rude service when i asked the server to do it right and add ice. long wait in drive thru because of lazy employees that are incompetent with poor attitudes .

Was my favorite breakfast fast food joint but the employees dont listen to your order at all forget things constantly no cheese and other things when i specifically ask for them.

***Attention franchise owner of this location*** Giving international students an opportunity to start their carreer is a great thing, but please make sure they follow canadian customer service standards as well. I was here the other day and could hear some sort of multi lingual commotion from the kitchen area (not just one foregine language, i reconganised multiple) conversation/argument between the staffs. The kid upfornt was on ear pods (not the order taking headsets, it was ear pods) while taking orders and could see her shyly smiling and responding to the call she was with someone on the other end of the phone. And the whole attitude was what you want? just get what we have and leave. I understand it might have been a long day for them , dont have to make me feel welcomed as well, but this attitude is incorrect. Also, please train them to make a proper burger atleast while working in a fast food chain that mainly sells burger. I ordered take out, only to realise that my burger was super cold ( i opened it within 2 mins, but was already driving away on the alaskan highway so couldint go back). In my experience with wendys take away, i always had to wait 2 mints after opening the package for it to cool down a bit so that the molten cheese wont burn my tounge. But, this burger had the cheese slice as is. So was the chicken nuggets, cold and soggy. I really hope this review helps this location to improve their service P.S : Heard from some local co workers that they are avoiding many fast food chains due to these bad attitude and customer service from inernational students.

The food was meh compared to other Wendys, the person on the speaker was super hard to hear(I believe it was a manager) and they didnt even give me a fork for my poutine :( a little disappointed to be honest

Very rude service from one of the ladies working the front. Was in town for the air show stopped in for lunch. When a customer says something was wrong dont deny it and imply they are lies. Even a co worker of hers confirmed it was wrong.

Came here for breakfast for the first time today and I have to say its really quite good. The breakfast baconator has a real egg and the sausage in it us not overpowering. The potato wedges that come with it are the best in town. Best of all their coffee is delicious, Id even say better than McDonalds (thats high praise) and most definitely better than the swill Tim Hortons calls coffee nowadays. Good job Wendys

Everyone I dealt with in the drive thru was rude. Bacon on the potato was burnt.

Upon many restaurants an chains Ive been too this one was very efficient and really fresh, I thought I was actually eating a proper burger opposed to a processed one. The food was up within five minutes and there cooking areas were well maintained and clean, ill for sure be going back when traveling by again.

Im gonna take a guess that one of the managers from the Dawson Creek location must be working in Fort St John Wendys now because this location went from great to horrible the same way Dawson did. The veggies are soggy and the burgers are loaded with condiments to the point of being gross. Sad how such a great place went for hell.

Didnt get order right or give straws without request (always check your bag before driving away and double check the beverages they give you). Other than that, about the same as ever other Wendys.
