I purchased some food from A & W here in fort st John, today on my way to work, 3 baby burgers with cheese, when i got to work and did my crossshift at work, after that, i usually have a burger or two, but tonight when i took a bite of the burger. It had mold on the bottom of the burger . I will be calling them also to give a complaint. Parking: Fort St John, BC

They got my order wrong but quickly fixed it. One of the staff on the other hand, was disrespectful. I had an uncomfortable experience.

Over priced.

Prices are out of control. Its like your selling gourmet food with your prices

NO ice for cool drinks, place was so hot, we could not wait to get out, and breading fell off onion rings. SO fed up with poor quality in FSJ.

A&W staff especially in fort st john bc are very respectful and the food they serve are freshly made. Poutine is the best.

I have been across the country and i love a and w generally but let me say that this particular location is exceptional. I wish i could give 6 stars. What a clean restaurant and the young people that wotk there are very friendly and on top of everything. Very glad to see as i will be back here many timea i. The next 6 months for work. Way to go this location rocks and the food was hot quick and fresh

Bun was so hard for my breakfast sandwich . The persons there was not friendly at all. I tried it before same thing. And figure I would give it another try. But gross. Wendys has a great breakfast. Don t waste your time with these guys!

Got the classic breakfast 2 eggs over easy, bacon, toast and hashbrown. I super-sized it with a coffee and jam for the toast. The eggs were disgustingly runny and I dont mean the yolk I mean like he literally put them on for like 30 seconds judging by the wait time. Gross, the bacon was cold and over crispy. I ate the toast and jam and I have to admit the coffee was amazing. I love AnW Coffee it tastes like the old McDonalds coffee from back in the day. Go for the coffee but stay away from the classic breakfast, stick to the bacon and Eggers. Kim Lauzon AKA Lauzy

Chicken was over cooked bun was dry by far the worst food I have ever had from this fast food brand but dont give up hope its probably just the one in this town

I went and got a chicken burger with sweet potato fries and the fries were good and the burger bun was dry. Do not recommend going here the girl working the drive-through was very sassy and rude. Very overpriced and not worth it

Very friendly staff and very fast service, food was also made fast, the bacon cheeseburger could have used more than 1 piece of bacon but otherwise delicious. Good job guys continue doing great work

The restaurant is fine, nothing special, nothing wrong. Service was typical. But we tried the new frozen root beet, which is nothing more than an overpriced slurpee, and not as good. Very disappointed.

I went through the drive-through and they asked me to park didn t ask me if I wanted any jam or ketchup didn t even put any in the bag. I declined politely and they were rude even after I told the lady I m uncomfortable parking there, where they were pointing at. end to top it off they also burnt my food. I didn t order a burger at five in the morning. I ordered breakfast at 10:30 so I don t understand why I had to park for any reason especially when I said no thank you.

Fast service and great food for the whole family

My breakfast sandwich had moldy cheddar, they claimed there wasnt. I tried speaking quietly, discreetly, but ended having to speak loudly enough for all the restaurant to hear.

Horrible cooks food quality is horrendous.

Completely messed up my order the only thing they got right was the fries, tried calling to complain and their phones work as good as the ordering box... Not at all you cant hear a word they are saying

Sadly seems to have gone downhill in the last year. Last couple of times I have gone the service seems completely indifferent to everyone, and the food has been literally cold and needing to be heated right from the window. Dont think I will be rushing back to this one any time soon.

My sister ordered a plain simple chicken blt sandwich without Sesame seed bun but the lady came forward sounding rude and mean about asking for one without Sesame seed bun because she is allergic to seeds, She have made it a big problem for no reason

Ordered a chicken buddy burger it was cold and for sure timed out. I also ordered a HOT APPLE TURNOVER ya definitely not hot and on the bag it came in 15:00 i ordered it at 18:16. This place is by far the worst place to eat in Fort Saint Johns BC.

The chicken sandwich was good. And the fries with gravy. Little pricey.

Dont have one of these at home, so was excited to try it. It was good... I really liked the fries w/ gravy and cheese curds.

One of the few places still willing to cook a regular burger during breakfast hours on a weekend.

Ordered some sweet potato fries from the drive thru and was told that I would have to wait 3 minutes. They were ready once I arrived at the window to pay and were handed to me. Unfortunately half of them were still raw. The girls seemed friendly enough but not impressed with the food quality.

Horrible customer service . The employees are rude and take no pride in what they do . The place also seems dirty all the time.

Went in before lunch and we got the burgers instantly!

Root beer and onion rings were on point, the teen burgers were great, and they were open on Christmas as we drove through. Much appreciated...we had food, but were happy to be able to grab a hot meal on the go.

I actually went and we got ignored so we used the self serve order and we ended up missing stuff on our order. When I went up to the guy on the counter her argued with me even though I had the receipt showing. Was really disappointed

Enjoyed a nice meal with my folks out on their picnic tables. You never really realize how busy fort st john is untill you have a seat at a busy intersection and take a minute to observe.

Milkshake machine has been down for 2 years. Time to get it fixed or get a new one.

This chicken is a few 100 years old. The onion rings look like they went through a washer before being thrown in the packet. Noooo, terrible quality food.

At the Ft.St.John restaurant across from the Boston Pizza they allow people in who are anti-maskers and refuse to wear masks. Management seems ok with it?

A&W seems to have forgotten that proof of vaccination or denial of service to people with mask exemptions is discrimination. As a fast food chain, you dont decide who gets human rights or not. Its 2021, not 1865.

Having to wait 37 min for a drive threw order, no appoligize & still the orde wasnt right. It was a really bad experience especially on Mothers Day.

Long wait time greasy chicken, but what can you expect going to A&W at 10 on a Tuesday? Overall decent experience will probably be back again though I probably shouldnt.

Absolutely outstanding, very high class dining!! This is THE place to go for that special lady. BELIEVE ME, whether it be an Anniversary, a first date or Valentines day this is where you take that special girl. You wont regret it. Only drawback though is the short wine list, very limited selection. Just make sure your date brings a purse or bag big enough to get both your mugs into when leaving. It can be embarrassing if your mug slip out of your short and smashes on the floor as you are walking out the door. Wont make that mistake again.

worst customer service drive through, asked for 2 coffees and gave only one even though the receipt says two, the one coffee which they gave i asked for 2 cream sugar and she didnt even have a sense to put cream and sugar in the bag. and also did wait for 10 min for a coffee and ya no tap in this hard winter

Waited for 5 minutes 21 seconds in the drive thru, was handed an orange juice with a broken lid that spilled allover my truck and to top it off a bromen paper straw, last time i go to that dump, i hear gus is still the owner, no surprise there

Great Beyond Meat burger

I ordered half sauce for my burger, the girl managing the drive through couldn t understand. Had to explain to her what that meant, she said she understood yet in the end gave me double sauce and charged me extra for it...apple pie was cold, and the fries I ordered was never ordered or served.

Horrible food will never go back. You should do numbers instead of names when taking the order. The staff didnt get one name right when calling out orders.

My husband and I went to the fsj location on may 30th and although the food was great ,I must say Bernadette was cheerful and kind the other girls at the counter showed no eagerness to greet customers ,no smiles no welcomed feeling. They all seem depressed and the one that served us seemed angry when customers came in.Customer relations is what makes a great business and a great impression and these girls can at least smile and be happy then maybe its time for them to find a different line of work I will return because I like the food.

Normally the food is amazing, they ALWAYS listened to what i asked for and my meal was perfect until this morning. Im not sure if manager was not there or not but pretty disappointed. Asked for crispy bacon, did not get crispy, instead my scrambled eggs were over cooked and asked for blueberry jam for toast, got no jam at all, and to make things worse on top of all that they asked me to pull to the side which normally they do, for a min or two but this time I sat there for at least 5 minutes. This was my go to place in mornings because food and service was always above n beyond excellent always got what i asked for until today!! Will try again but if same issue ill find else where to go. I have appointment to go to so no time to go back and ask them to fix my order so u have to suck it up and eat it because im starved.

Quick, kind. There is Wi-Fi available in the structure. The parking is immediately adjacent to the structure and is very large. I found the bathrooms clean. A few months ago they implemented a vegan option on the menu, but the cheese has to be removed.

Starting to look a bit its age, time for an update.

Service is slow, only one person working the till, took 25 minutes just to place my order with only about 5 people in line, plus another 15 to get my food. Store is not very clean as well, next time Ill just wait to get home to Dawson Creek and visit the one there as the service is faster (by a longshot) and WAY cleaner.

Hard to get service. Food is always hot. The drive thru always takes precedence which causes customers inside to wait for unreasonable lengths of time.

Ordered, had to pull up and wait. Received my order... a burger WITH cheese. Came out with just mayo and cheese. No lettuce tomatoes pickles or onion. Nailed it... the order with everything else came out as usual. But its pretty hard to mess up a chicken strips combo I guess.
