Spicy fusion has always been one of my favourite restaurants. I ve been ordering takeout from here for over 7 years. I usually always get the goat curry, chicken tikka masala, or the chicken/paneer lababdar. Recently they ve been giving me extra goodies like fish pakoras and naan. Which is so generous and such a great way to advertise your menu. I ve seriously become a addicted to Indian food because of spicy fusion

There s nothing better than spicy fusion s dishes specifically their shahi paneer and vegetable rice. I m always appreciative of their kind, and thorough customer service.

Loved the food

So their food is great. Not just fort St John great, like actually great. And they are all so fantastic to deal with. Anyone that gives them less than five stars, I would consider, wrong.

Food was amazing, we had been looking at their take out menu for a while. Finally got to try the food, cant wait to go again.

It was my first time being here last week and the food was absolutely delicious, my boyfriend and I ended up ordering again in that same week. We got the butter chicken which I highly recommend and the chicken vindaloo which is a must try if you are looking for something extra spicy! Their garlic naan bread is also delicious! Staff is super friendly and everything they make is from scratch!

Very Authentic & good quality

Was working in FSJ and decided to try this restaurant. I ordered butter chicken and garlic naan. I was impressed with the food quality and the service I received. I called ahead for pickup and Wait time was quite reasonable! Definitely worth trying if you live or if you re passing through. I tried a couple different places while I was there and they were not as good as here. Would strongly recommend.

4.7 is damn accurate. OMG. Closest thing to India (obviously ordering it Indian Spicy or super extra spicy. I am in heaven. We ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Curry super extra Spicy with rice and Garlic Naan bread. It was worth the stupid 2 mile walk all the way to their place from the Travelodge only to find out it was delivery/take out only and no dine in. Walked back to hotel and ordered delivery. Dang cold during winter. But food was good.

Driving through town from Alaska and brokw down in this town. Im glad we did because this is hands down the best Indian food Ive EVER tasted. The butter chicken is delicious and it almost seems impossible how much flavor is packed into the dish. We also got Extra Spicy curry and it was perfect!!! The garlic Naan went perfectly with both dishes and it was so good, we had it two days in a row! Dont worry about it getting cold because even with delivery the food came out piping hot!!! If youre questioning whether to eat here or not, dont question. Just eat!!!

We ordered a large take out meal and it was just about ready to go when we came to pick it up. Very friendly busy place. They asked how many people the dinner was for and they gave us extra Naan bread free. Also had a lively conversation about the many many gallons of specific dishes they prepare multiple times per week. Great choices, great people and absolutely delicious food! Great portion size for the price, and the food is all tasty

Excellent food and amazing value for your money. Watching the kitchen work I knew it would be incredible. Their samosas are killer, about as dense as a little bowling ball and have excellent kick.

Not much tasty food

Ordered Paneer Tikka and instead of it got some kind of gravy with Paneer. Why lie their customers.? If you do not have that particular Item just say no.!! So disappointed..

Amazing! Authentic Indian Quisine in FSJ??? Super cool! I think it was the owner that greeted me, and kindly helped me to pick the right dish that I was describing. Vegetarian options: Great merinated cheese and in house made naam bread.

We went to Fort St John for our exam and order food from this restaurant after looking at the reviews, was totally worth it. Excellent customer service and delicious food. Highly recommend.

The food is, and the staff are, everthing to be proud of when you are bragging to your friends about the great little restaurant in your town. The Malai chicken tikka is amazing.

This place is GREAT! Its clean, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are super friendly, and very polite. Staff was very attentive, and was often refilling water and checking in. Price is reasonable, and food was delicious. We did not wait long for our food at all. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone who like Indian cuisine. 5/7 Will return when I am in town again.

Drove 25 minutes to this restaurant only to find out that they decided since Covid that they dont BOTHER with dine-in since Covid because they are plenty busy enough with take-outs Maybe put that on your business information page... waste of time and a huge disappointment... if you want to sit, the Dawson Creek one has re-opened for dine in customers, other than that, go to Indian Essence Bistro also in FSJ, where the food was amazing AND you can eat in.

I am likely light on this rating, never a bad experience. Friends who are much more worldly than me say it is the best they have had. Owner cares and is super personable while striving for top tier customer satisfaction. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

The food here is amazing. Better than any Indian restaurant in my home province (AB).

Whenever Im up in FSJ, stopping by Spicy Fusion is a must. It is pretty comparable to home (Vancouver), if not better! Their naan is just out of this world; has a really nice crisp on the outside and still soft on the inside. There are days where it can get quite busy, so be prepared to wait. I would say its well worth the wait though.

Delicious food and great service. I eat here every time I m in Fort St John. I love the mango lassi (I don t think it s on the menu so make sure you ask for it!). Keep in mind they close very early. I wish they would serve chai, but I understand that because they make their food from scratch they can t accommodate another thing they need to make from scratch.

It is not my first visit. They have good food, but horrible costumer service. I ordered only 1 dish at 630pm, they told me to pick it up at 730pm. I arrived at 740pm and I have to wait another 15 minutes! 1h30 wait for 1 dish? This is ridiculous! On top of that theres only 1 person serving the 4 costumers waiting for pick up... when 2 employees are standing looking at the ceiling. Will never go there again, the other Indian restaurant is way better!

Highly recommend this place, the food is wonderful. High quality food. Freshly made right there, though this does mean your order will come with a bit of a wait. When you are ordering, you want to pick a few things on the menu and share them with who you are eating with. Taking what you want and assembling it on your plate. Makes for a fun activity while you are eating. Give the place a try even if youre worried it will be to spicy or not to your tastes, just order a glass of milk in case a dish hits you hard.

It has the special taste of Indian food but is better because the scent is not strong. The butter curry is delicious and the naan is chewy and rich.

Terrible

Food was all right, Ive recently fell in love with Indian food so I wanted to check this place out. The Molly kofta was nice, but I like a spicy red sauce, the creamy white sauce was a nice change. I dont know how the service was, it was my fault for coming so close to closing oh, so I understand being rushed a bit. To be honest the samosas were disappointing, we got two orders and didnt eat two of them. I took my food home and spiced it up.

Delicious Indian food! Super fresh and spicy (if you like the heat) and we do! The service is top-notch as well. Their daal and samosas are sooo good! Will definitely be back.

I was staying at a hotel and this place was recommended. Decided to go there to buy dinner, but I only had 45 minutes until it closed. So I ran 3KM to it and they recommended me the perfect dish. Well worth it.
