Incredible service from management! Our payment cut out while ordering online during our travels, we didn’t realize until we arrived to pick up our order that didn’t go through The team rushed our order, and management even gave us a gift card. We couldn’t be happier with the service and food, one of Fort St. John’s best!
Late review as I went at the end of June, however, the staff was great, very helpful, it wasn’t too loud or crazy. I ordered a burger and my wife had chicken. Unfortunately the burger was very bland, but my wife offered me some of her chicken, and “chefs kiss” that stuff was delicious. I plan to go back for the chicken.
Had family come in from out of town- our regular take out was too busy to get thru on the phone so we decided to try out the Crafthouse. We ordered 4 meals and several appetizers and when we went to pick up there was a minor pickup. Not only did they correct, they gave the incorrect sides as an extra and dessert. Great service. Every single one of the wait staff that passed by as we were waiting stopped to ensure we had been helped. Everyone was so attentive. Great experience and will definitely be back to sit down and enjoy a meal at the restaurant. *also all the food was top notch
The food looks really good but unfortunately the taste is lacking. I got the spicy crispy chicken ramen. The broth was supposed to be miso but there was almost no flavour! The chicken was crisp but that's about it. Aso no flavour. The egg had a sweet flavour without anything else to balance it. The service was fine. Overall I wouldn't pay these prices for the quality of food.
The food and ambiance is nice for an evening out with friends, I wish the guacamole and salsa portions were bigger for the nachos, but the potatoes skins and chicken tacos were exceptionally tasty. Too bad it's only two small tacos you get. Besides wishing portions were bigger, the ambiance helped make up for it. Service was good, surprised it wasn't busier for a Friday night, but maybe because the other browns location is more central downtown. If you stay at microtel hotel, this location is just a walk across the parking lot. Happy hour is 3-6 pm, then 9 pm to close for some deals on select appies and drinks.
Had an amazing dining experience at Browns Crafthouse FSJ tonight. Food,service,portion,drinks everything on point but our server Adriana was above and beyond. I won`t fail to mention other girls on floor were amazing too. Will definitely be back.
I had a Korean food. That's what written on the menu "Korean", Also detail of menu was like Korean Bibimbap. However it was not Korean food. I am Korean, It was really weird taste. Also the price was about $10 more expensive than other real good Korean restaurants food. I regretted that I tried Korean food here

I heard about this place through the hotel I was staying overnight. Food and beer were good and at fair prices. The friendly knowledgeable waitress informed me that all food was made in house, from scratch. I was delighted. I eat from scratch at home so it s awesome to go out for a meal and not eat pre-made warmup food! I definitely come back next time my schedule brings me to Fort St. John.
Ive visited this place twice now and both times I had a very pleasant experience with the delicious food and friendly staff. This is now my go to spot in FSJ. I highly recommend a visit.
We came to eat here prior to catching a flight - our server was great and the food quick and tasty - but we want to call out the manager Janessa who offered us a ride to the airport when our cab didn t arrive! She went above and beyond from a service perspective and saved a terrible travel day (flight cancelled in Alberta and an expensive cab ride from grand prairie!) to help us home! She s a gem!
This place makes one of the best gluten-free burgers in the province and is good value at a reasonable price. I always go when Im in town. Love the decor of this place, and the atmosphere is far better than the regular Browns Social house. (Much quieter and more interesting!!) Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free burger is excellent. They do not have a GF fryer but they will bake the fries...which are delicious!
Great atmosphere and cold beers with the boys. Great place to watch the game, with so many TVs.
Very impressed. The food was excellent. Had the Spicey Korean Beef Bowl that was fantastic. A bit of spice and lots of portion. Im coming back!

First time going to this restaurant. The food was made quite well and I would recommend people come here to eat. The food did take a little bit to get to the table but thats only because it was so busy once the food got there it was worth the wait! Parking: Lots if parking spot as long as it isnt busy
Possibly the best nachos in town, ask for extra cheese, not just here, but ANYWHERE you get nachos, forever.

What can l say about this place? The ownership is usually onsite, extremely friendly, and welcoming. Then there is the staff, the ladies always have a smile on their faces and are just as friendly and welcoming. Now, lets get to the food, which in all honesty is fresh, fairly priced, and delicious. The atmosphere in this place is perfect for a date or family lunch or dinner.
Traveling from U.S.A to Alaska and stopped here for a bite. Definately 10x better than any resturant I been to in Alaska. Great friendly service, food is just amazing and their Presentation of the food is amazing. Definately worth visiting if your traveling. :)

I really enjoyed discovering the Crafthouse. The food was absolutely amazing. Our server was genuine and personable, always kept my coffee topped up. Again, the food was most excellent. The gyoza was probably my favorite. Plus, the location is perfect, very close to the office. Ill be popping in here more often. Well done team Browns Crafthouse!
The server we had was horrible, he got every other thing we ordered wrong, he jumped us with the bill, wouldn t clear our table at all throughout the night, served us alcohol we weren t allowed to have, took the guy 10 mins to bring me napkins. The food was fantastic, absolutely delicious, cheers to the cooks in the back, but thanks to your awful service up front I don t think I ll be going back
Great place. Have had many business functions as well as personal fun nights at the Craft House. The people working there are always awesome and the food is great.
One of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. The veggies were cooked perfectly. All the flavor was brought out without making them limp and mushy. Meats were tender and flavorful. Bummed we were only passing through. Service was great even though the place was busy. Parking: Shared parking with local hotel. Plenty of spots even though they were busy.
Great food and service! The crispy chicken sandwich was fantastic and Rebbeca was great. Glad to hear the night bar manager is no longer employed at your establishment and there looks to be some good changes with the new ownership. Will be back undoubtedly.
Food is always delicious. However, I mostly want to shoutout the above and beyond service we recieved from Danielle. She turned a somewhat unfortunate situation into an extremely positive one. You dont come across customer service quite like that around here.

Staying at hotel nearby. Stopped by browns social house for a meal and a few beer. When I got my bill the waitress charged me for 2 extra beer. I paid the bill with a good tip. Will not be back. $85 for 5 beer and Mac and cheese

I found the bar tender very rude. Didn t know what beer was on tap and when I asked she said well I don t know I Allergic to beer.. very rude is doing so.. I ordered a beer and left.. never to return, thanks!

Yikes! When I visited this establishment in the past it was a fun, bustling atmosphere with good food. On my last visit on the May long weekend there were only 2 other tables occupied, which was worrisome. The waitress informed us we just missed the rush so we ordered a late lunch. I am gluten sensitive and was told the yam fries did not have gluten. The food was not as fresh as on previous visits...kinda looked like old truck stop food...and the yam fries arrived soggy and undercooked. The beer was good. Two hours after eating I proceeded to have a major reaction. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, massive headache! I had to cancel my travel plans and was sick and shakey for 5 days. Whether it was a gluten reaction or food poisoning I will never know but I wont be eating at a Browns Social house again.
We had dinner here while on a road trip. The service was excellent as was the food. Good beer selection. Very comfortable seating, and very clean. It is a very popular restaurant; it was nearly full by the time we left. I would definitely come here again.

First off, I havent had food that GOOD since The Kraft Kitchen in kelowna 15 years ago. Besides the food, the drinks were great, the decor is nice and the service was great and friendly. I put 5 stars for everything put really it was more of 4.5 but I try to put everything in perspective. They were out of 4 or 5 dishes, it took 20 minutes or so to get our first drinks and food about 20 minutes after that BUT there was 14 of us, no reservation and the place once we showed up was full. It was really a good time and did I say the food was great? Finally a good place to eat in Frt St John!!!

Being from American and trying a California burger in Canada is kinda funny but the burger was very delicious, cooked to order and was a great recommendation.

Ordered though the website. Had a mix up with the time change coming from Alberta to BC they where quick to accommodate me and had the food ready for pick up promptly. The Blackend chicken sandwich was excellent and I would order here again. Also looks very clean and Welcoming. Will enjoy their patio next time coming through town if weather permits.

The atmosphere was nice, the service was awesome and the food was amazing. We had a French fry with gravy, the cowder soup, the kale salad with blackened chicken and the tuna poke bowl. I have a dairy allergy and the waitress was very helpful.

I have yet to go into the physical restaurant, all my orders thus far have been for pickup/takeout due to covid19. But I am in LOVE with their chicken burgers. The taste and quality is consistent every time. Their fries are also really good too. Can t wait until everything opens back up so we can have a meal in house.

That clam chowder though, tastes just like home. Thick and creamy. The garlic dip for fries, also delicious. And the chicken bites, just get them, you wont regret it.
Great food and service, but with covid on the rise the cooks should wear masks properly not pulled down by there chin.. Some people rely on there jobs and if these cooks get them sick thats not professional. Management should confront issue.

The salt shaker lid must have come off in the kitchen and spilled all over my food.... Dear God... So salty! Bring the fries home for your horses and save the salt lick. Fish was greasy and dry at the same time. Coleslaw was good. Going to go drink a gallon of water now. Avoid if you have high blood pressure or value personal hydration
Decent food here, definitely worth the try! One thing that was amazing was their Avacado Toast, but found out recently that it is no longer on their menu #bringbacktheavacadotoast
