First time going to Triple O's and I was impressed! Clean restaurant, clean washrooms, great customer service, and really great food. We tried the onion rings and the Cajun fries with our meals, a double double and a BBQ burger and everything was terrific. Good job!
Great food and a very friendly staff, welcoming, take great care, consideration and time to understand and prepare my order, also checked in while I was dining to see if everything was good. Well cleaned fountain stations and tables to dine in. All in all great experience, highly recommend
Ordered a kids meal and an adult meal. I got charged for a full meal, plus fries and a drink in the drive through. When I asked about it, rather than ringing it through again correctly and refunding the correct amount, they gave a $5 bill back. Very sketchy...
I ordered veggie burgers and fries from triple O’s few days ago. Firstly, they took so much long to prepare my order. Secondly, when it arrived it was clearly seen that veggie patties inside burger and fries were very old. Food was not fresh at all. It was very disappointing when we paid for something and in return not getting freshly made stuff. It was hard to take a bite of burger and fries.
My first experience at Triple O's in Fort St. John was fantastic. I had some chicken burger and a vanilla shake, and both were amazing. Although there's a wait time for the food to be delivered after ordering, it's definitely worth it. Most importantly, don't forget to try their onion rings, they are incredibly crunchy and delicious. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Fort St. John
First time ever at Triple O's. I Ordered a double with no pickle no relish. Had to wait until they completed the order in front of me before they even took my order. As I was inside waiting for my order I saw an employee put her finger in her eye and rubbed her eye and continued to handle food that was passed from the kitchen to her and she stuck the same finger into the cartons that hold fries and such. I then asked to speak to the manager and turns out she was the manager she said her name is Samir I told her that I saw what she did and that it was disgusting she apologized and said that she will go and wash her hands . I received my order and left I am headed out of town when I pulled over 20 mins out of town to eat there was a pickle on top and relish I cannot eat it and I cannot take it back. I will never ever go to this place again. Also did not see any staff wear any gloves while handling food
The food was good but 30 - 40% overpriced. As huge whitespot fans, the shakes were as expected - good. The Monty Mushroom and Buttermilk Chicken were very good, would get either of them again. The Onion rings were ok. The highlight of this review should be the fries. Unreal fries and probably the best fast food fries of all time. Overall this would be a 5 star review had not been for the offensively high prices.
The absolute best bacon cheeseburger. The blueberry milkshake is a 10/10. The staff were great and the food came out fast even with the huge crowds.
Never had a triple os before and those fries are awesome
A little pircey for a Burger. But this was one of the best burgers I have had in this town in a while. I was honestly suprised. Onion rings were also fresh.

Have always loved this place, I always expect a bit of a weight since it s closer to diner food then fast food but today they felt bad after only maybe a 3 minute wait so they gave me a free coke.

Food is really not great. Not sure what the rave is to Triple O s. Can get a better burger else where. And it s insanely overpriced.
Food that is tasteless, old, and expensiv.
Unbelievably stupid priced. I paid $18.32 for a chicken sandwich combo that came with what was a small drink anywhere else, and a small/medium fries anywhere else. It was effectively a Wendys chicken combo, even tasted the same, for $5 more and with 30% less food. And to top it off, they make us ask for stuff like ketchup and salt & pepper, then they dont give it to you. First and last time I ever go to Triple Os. They are out of their damn minds. What a joke
Hands down, some of the greatest burgers west of Edmonton. Amazing milkshakes, fries, and ambience too.
Just tried Triple O Burgers and honestly I was a bit skeptical but it was fantastic and fairly priced in my opinion. Burger was so filling I couldnt finish it the Bacon was thick and not skimped on. The sweet potato fries are absolutely delicious and the milk shakes being hand scooped was a pleasant surprise 5 Stars

Went and got a couple meals with a shakes Cajun fries I got my shake then asked to pull forward and wait on the road for my food to be sit the for another while with my shake melting comes out with my food finally. Like maybe give them there milkshake with there food and get home I got a protein fries and regular fries no Cajun fries. The owner only responds to positive review cant address the people that had bad experience
Had jalapeño ciabatta with a Nat s coffee one cream one sugar and the hash browns. Fair enough value honestly, sandwich was pretty good except for some parts of the egg were kind of tough not sure what happened there. Hash browns are quite small but decent, and the coffee is fairly strong. Not a big coffee drinker though. Will definitely go again. Staff are friendly and prices are decent. They also have really great hours. Parking: Eighteen spaces (in the entire lot, shared with a subway and mucho burrito) including one well placed handicap right out front of this place. A bit tight as far as lots go, a large pickup or wagon may have difficulty backing out recommend backing in (ask me how I know). Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is outstanding. Buttons are there and ramps are well built. Even a special table at the forefront as you walk in the building. Doesn t look much different to me personally but it has one leg and it s inset in the middle. Could probably fit like four wheelchairs there.
So happy you are finally open ! I have come twice and both timed have been MOSTLY happy with the food. Wait times are a little long at this time but thats to be expected with the grand opening rush. Milkshakes are delicious and do compliment the $5 up charge well enough My only grievance is.... $2 for a very small amount of gravy. 4.8/5 stars from me!
Not bad. Burger is ok. The garlic parm fries are pretty good. Price is expensive but so is everything now a days. Parking: Couple more business in the same spot. Not enough parking. Very small, don t bring a larger pickup or tow a trailer.
Guy at the counter could barely understand what I was saying, we waited 15 minutes for my order just to get cold food and the order wrong... turns out and Ill get the same thing is too complicated a sentence for the till workers here. Restaurant was filthy, expected to either stand for 15 minutes or sit on dirty benches/tables while you wait for your food. My first time going here and I will not be returning.
The food was good, the service was fast, and we liked it so much we would return for milkshakes. In other words, it was triple good.
Expensive for fast food, long wait, but nice staff. Ripped off on food, poutines weren t full and got less fries than a kids fries at any other place, same as Cajun fries. Buns are chewy, ultimate spicy burger not spicy at all, pickle chips had a little heat to them but no flavour. Milkshakes were melted by time we got food. Paid over $100 for four meals with lack of food. Not going there again as other burger places are almost half the price for the same things but bigger portions

Best thing ever happened to this town, I tried Monty mushroom burger,Cajun fries were so good and milkshakes are so yummy. Staff is very polite and store is clean. Food is little expensive but so is everything, Absolutely my fav spot to go from now on
I stopped here 10x in 5 days. I know a thing or two about burgers and nothing comes close! I m in FSJ in the afternoon and will be loading HEAVY
