The staff is usually super friendly and the quality of the food is generally a lot better than say mcdonalds or even subway, which is a comparable price
Excellent food, but it takes forever to get it, waaay too slow for a “fast food” place
I only received about half the items I ordered. The bowl on the left with the rice cost $13 for a ridiculous size. Misleading menu led to me only receiving a few strips of bacon and being charged full price. Root beer, chips, and a whole item missing as well.
Quick service, reasonable pricing and friendly staff. A healthy quick food option.
Food is always good here and the employees are always hard at work for you. The down side though is the waiting line, it usually stretches to the door and makes it hard for customers to get from their seat or to it. I would like to maybe see signs indicating where to wait rather than having 10-12 people gathered in one area by the door
Found 3 small rocks in my pita. One of them I wound up eating. Good food but how does different rocks make it into my food?
I'm a little shocked actually. It's not that I had a terrible experience at the Pita Pit today but the two ladies working (especially the one working the till) had zero customer service skills. So quiet and not even a greeting when I arrived. The responses to my questions about the menu were so basic and uninformative that I gave up and just ordered what I thought would be good. The second lady (working the assembly of food) was quiet but a little more friendly than the lady working the till. The thing that really shocked me was when she dripped some sauce onto the counter, she wiped it up with her glove and then wiped it onto my Pita. I was too shocked to say anything. I just hope that countertop was cleaned properly. I've certainly eaten worse but not everyone is going to take that situation lightly. Aside from the poor customer service and the sauce mishap, the food was great. Unfortunately, with the total lack of customer service, I won't return.
Quick like fast food but (mostly) healthy. Fresher than Subway. Lots of different flavour choices, Greek/Mediterranean, Western, Asian, Mexican, etc. Friendly staff, accommodating. Easy to grab and go, seats if you wanna stay. New favourite.

Appears to be understaffed, although it may just be too small of a restaurant for how much business they get. Expect a very long wait during peak times

Theyre very quick at getting through customers and always very nice. The food is delicious and really great when youre in a hurry. The interior is very bright and clean which is quite pleasant if youre eating in.

I ordered a pita tray for a work luncheon. A bunch of the employees have food sensitivities and Pita Pit was able to accommodate everyone. They didnt mess up anything on my large complicated order and none of the pitas were soggy or ripped. Ordering lunch from Pita Pit was a very pleasant experience and all of the Pita chefs were friendly and helpful!

Decided to have lunch at Pita Pit in Fort St John. It took forever to get our food and we were the only two people in the entire restaurant. Tables were all dirty and floor was not swept in hours so we took our food to go. For $27 for two pitas and smoothies we will not be back, the quality of the food was mediocre at best and the smoothies are just pre packaged juice out of a jug with high sugar and calories (not a true smoothie) and not healthy at all except for the spinach I added which was a free add on. Kinda disappointing, I would except better for the prices they charge.
