Subway in Fort St John

Typical Subway restaurant, fit the bill.

Open till ten and they locked there doors at 9:25

They staff were fast and efficient during the lunchtime rush!

Wrong timing. Three employees inside noone was opening door . Very bad experience

If I could give it zero ,I would. Order a sandwich and they shove me aside while they wander in the back trying to find bread. Serve next people and ignore me until I get tired of waiting. I regret walking in but I ve learned

Overall the food was pretty gross it tasted off. Considering we have so many subways in this town I would expect them to go above and beyond. They did not. thumbs down

Way too expensive ripped me right off

BEWARE of their built in tip before you tap your card. Please pay your workers a living wage. Its your job to pay your employees from profits, not to be subsidized through generous customers tips. No less a default 15% tip on every order. This is a Subway, super shady and another good way to chase off customers. If anyone was starting to trust Subway again after the sawdust chicken incident, this should fix that real quick. Dietary restrictions: Im allergic to fast food tipping.

Not too keen on the new menu...ya sure refresh...but like its a sub joint, how much retooling are you going to do? Like Timmys destroyed the fact that they used to be a donut shop? Lots of peril in messing with an established thing...new Coke anyone?

This is the second worst subway Ive ever been to, and I go to A LOT of subway in Canada and the states. Theyre very busy and subs are generally tossed together with little care and often WAY to much sauce. If you can avoid.

Convenient and clean location if you are looking for a quick meal or snack while driving the highway. Staff is friendly and efficient. Fresh ingredients which make for a tasty sandwich.

One of the best food places in my opinion (a little bias though) seems pretty clean and it looks pretty nice inside, the food is good and you get to pick exactly what you want to have on your sandwich

Skip the dishes messed up my order, took it to subway to see if they could help. They went above and beyond to fix everything. I even got a free drink and cookies. Great service from the young gentlemen.

There is this person there name Tristen that I met there when I was getting a sub he was the most kind hearted person I have ever met this was my first time going to subway and after this experience that will definitely not be my last I would 10/10 recommend it to someone.

Went to Subway, cause it was in walking distance to my place. On jan 01,2020 around 6:30pm. There were about 3 ladies working, very friendly and inviting. 2 customers ahead of me. As I approached the counter one of them asked me what type of bread you would like. I stated Honey Oak. She stated all she has was 3 footlongs and all are whole wheat. As well as a few flat breads. Not sure why she asked me since basically I didnt have much of a choice of what type of bread I can choose. So it came to what type of sub it was, I asked what was your sub of the day? Apparently this subway did not have sub of the day? When I travel across Canada and/or travel to USA they have sub of the day as well? I chose the cold cut trio. Came to asking what kind of cheese? I stated Monterey Jack please. Yet again another item not available. This time upset that 3 things I get most of the time from Subway, cant get what I wanted. Ended up getting swiss. The lady stated you must not be from around here? Must be from the states? and chuckled. I omit I kind of chuckled but stating Im someone which I am not..? was a bit upsetting after the fact! Surprised to me that I have been to subway before in Canada and always get what I requested, Also surprised as well that around dinner time have no bread/subs made? Ordered my veggies and sauces. Asked for salt and extra pepper. She then spread abundance amount on my sub (of the salt/pepper mix) I also asked for extra peppercorn NOT salt! I am assuming she didnt hear me, but too late now. Even my friend that was with me stated that looked like a lot! At this time there were also 3 other customers behind me and didnt want to complain about me sub, or make a new one as there wont be anymore bread left! Ordered cookies and drink and left back to my place. Sat down took two bites and chucked it all out. Very bad experience! Specially items not available!

Pretty fast in the morning if you get there before the usual rush

7-up is just soda water for the 3rd time. Wouldnt be so annoying if I didnt drive home before taking a sip.

Subway is a restaurant we frequent. The music is so loud you can t hear the employees, and they sure can t hear us. Between the new plexiglass they ve installed, wearing a mask, and the music being so loud... it s extremely frustrating to order from this location !! TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!!!! For those who are vegetarian, there was meat in the cheese,Sprinkles of steak!! Gross!!!

AMAZING!!! I couldnt be happier with the service this location has given me over the years of going there. They always go above and beyond everytime I have gone in there thank you to everyone who works there for your wonderful customer service... Now this is a place which makes a customer feel at home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a great meal.

The food was very good but there were like 5 hairs in my sandwich and it really grossed me out.

They were exactly what you would expect from a Subway.

was only one in restaurant staff just continued on talking about weekend plans until i asked if they could take my order, the new rotisserie chicken was under cooked and still very pink, brought it up with the workers and they just shrugged their shoulders, veggies were very mushy and not fresh, i would not recommend anyone to go to that location as well avoid their new chicken sandwiches

This is probably the best Subway I have been to. I arrived at lunchtime and it was very busy. I was expecting a long wait but the opposite was true. There were at least six staff working as a fast, friendly and efficient team. In just a few minutes my sandwich was prepared and I was on my way. Subway should use this location as an example for all other locations to follow.

Subs are tasty and you can load up on toppings if you want. The cookies are quite good but I doubt if they are too healthy. Usually quick service unless its packed. Staff is usually friendly and courteous.

It said it s open until 11 pm. We went there at 7:30 and they were closed.
