Delicious and fresh subs. Always follows instructions. There are many other locations that do not prepare their subs in the same way, for example by wrapping the subs tightly and grilling and toasting the sub to perfection. I was amazed by the quality I always recieve. Gained a long term customer. Thank you for the excellent service. Every time I place an order, im always satisfied.
I like it. Staff is good. They need to bring in back the chicken shop salad.
It's always a gamble with the service. Most of the time, you get a service where when you ask for a lot more vegetables, they use their finger tips and grab 2 more peppers or something. And there is the odd lady that serves me who, when I say extra, she loads the veggies on how I like. Every time I have a good experience there, it's because of the same lady.

this is probably the fastest subway drive thru i’ve seen in my LIFE. But what’s even better is they’re not sacrificing quality over speed. every time i’ve ordered here it’s been consistent, fresh, and friendly. and even though the move fast, they don’t make you feel like you’re being pushed or rushed. this subway is a 12/10 for me, you guys are awesome!
Your basic Subway franchise. Limited seating for about 20. South entrance has a tripping hazard as you go through the door. Food was good, ingredients fresh. Staff were quick and accommodating. Place was generally clean. 👌 I am overall satisfied with the entire experience
Our server, Renaldy, was friendly and quick, he deserves a raise! The new menu, rice bowl/wrap, is a great addition to Subway menu, love them! Clean place, clean washroom, fast service. No complaints 😊
Keep up the great work at this Subway in Fort St. John. Clean welcoming atmosphere but sometimes it's very cold when in the sitting area when dining in and makes for an uncomfortable lunch. They always seem to make our food in a fast and timely manner. They give good promos and coupons in the mail. Thanks for the great service and give your staff a pat on the back for being so nice to the customers.

Great subs they always make my sub how I want it done sweet onion chicken teriyaki with bacon and BBQ brisket extra meats added on with sweet onion garlic aioly peppercorn ranch and sub suace with toasted sautéed green peppers and onions before toasting they always have a satisfying 12 inch just like me
Cancelled my order 20 min after I ordered. Thank God I didnt eat this garbage.

Good service when you need to grab some food and move
Only had two types of bread missing supplies for the majority of subs, lettuce was brown, shortage of staff, floors and counters dirty, sandwich makers not changing gloves a real disappointment and uncalled for as this was 6 pm on a week night.

Very disappointed Placed my order over the phone and after 15 minutes I went to pick it up. Though she asked me to repeat the order again when I went for pick up. The very rude staff member told me that from next time don t place order on the phone. And she wasn t even ready to apologize. Very bad customer service . Got negative vibes from this location.

Even at busy lunch hour, all the lovely people were smiling. They were efficient and happy the whole time. I had five other stops to make on my break and they made it very easy for me. Sandwich was as expected. Exactly as I ordered.

I really enjoy grabbing a flat bread breakfast here. They always have more staff on during peak hours to make morning and dinner rushes quick. Staff is very friendly and make your food very presentable and delicious.

Food is decent I guess. Cant go wrong making a sandwich. The coffee is absolutely terrible. I dont even know how its possible for coffee to taste this bad. If I decide to get Subway for lunch Ill purposely go out of my way to get coffee somewhere else. It tastes like its been filtered through a dirty sock and left to stew in an ashtray. Fix this.

Showed up 5 min after close, didnt realize what time they closed for the holiday. Doors were open and they still helped all four of us with big smiles. Ding! Done to perfection!
