I should have known this place was gonna be bad when they asked us to sit ourselves. I found floaters in my milk and the food was burnt. We didn t even make it to the main course because it was so bad. DO NOT GET THE SPINACH DIP.

I had Sara as my server she is easy going and there to help make the experience the most enjoyable! great atmosphere with awesome service always there to please customers. Bartenders are great at there jobs and the waitresses make it an easy enjoyable experience.

I had Sara as my server lastnight. She went above and beyond with her service. Very welcoming and friendly. Checked in multiple times and refilled our drinks. Definitely the best experience I ve had there by far!!

Coworkers and I had Mikaela 4 out of 5 nights and every night was awesome. My Apple Watch even sent a notification that the sound from all the laughing was to loud.

The service is not the best by any means had to ask for drink refills, and grab a menu for dessert. Drinks didn t even taste well I wish I could leave a zero star.. Also NO the restaurant was NOT busy, there was one other table the ours with 2 adults very sad, definitely don t recommend coming here.

Been hanging out with the brew crew for a while now, they all go above and beyond, but Ken takes the cake! The way he navigates all the distractions with how everyone is constantly nagging him due to his modern but distinguished good looks is amazing. Ken has zero issue keeping his head above water when there is a busy night. Thanks for the great service ken!

Great food, awesome wings, fantastic service! Ken is always friendly and attentive. Ken did not ask me to write this. Kid-friendliness: Fantastic kids menu, kids cups have lids and can take home. Staff is courteous and mindful of bringing kids food out first. Its not easy eating out with kids but this is the best place we have found.

Ken and Lilia were fantastic, both very kind and made the visit fantastic!

Jillian was an unreal server and she always came and checked on us throughout the whole meal, she never left us with no order for more than 10 minutes. A raise is in order for sure.

Franchise pub centrally located in Fort St John. Staff were friendly and helpful. Environment is loud and busy but this is typical of franchise. Big downside was food was undercooked and underwhelming.

I ve come here for wing night off and on for the last 3 months. Not once has the food ever come hot. Not even warm. Often get the wrong order. Takes forever to get your drinks after ordering and we sat for 20+ minutes with empty beer glasses. Order another beer when the cold wings arrive. Then the beer doesn t show up until the food is gone and we re more interested in getting the bill than the beer. (Edit) Was back in John for work and decided to give it another go on wing night. Night and day difference in service and food quality. Ordered drinks and immediately we got to enjoy some nice cold beer. Then got our food order in and less than 5 minutes later we were enjoying the warm wings, the actual wings we ordered!

We had a great experience. Sara provided us with timely service and a bubbly personality I would return just based off of her service alone. I would even go so far as to recommend to my friends to come in and try to get Sara as your server 10/10 it was pretty busy and she still made time that check on us frequently. Went to the Brewhouse to watch UFC 304 on July 27 and to celebrate a birthday with a big table of 10 plus people. Our server Jillian did an amazing job, from making us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, ensuring food and beverages were to our liking and that food was delivered in a timely manner and cooked to our liking. Most of us had the steak special, it was delicious. Jillian really made the night special for all of us and there wasn t a moment she didn t have a smile on her face no matter how needy we got.

My husband and I visited the Fort St. John CBH location and he ordered theTriple play Mac and cheese it was delivered without garlic toast so he asked the server for it and was told that garlic toast is not included. He was quite sure that it was listed in the menu by rather than arguing, just let it go. We checked the online menu after leaving the restaurant and sure enough, it is listed as included on the menu. It was decent food but is disappointing when the staff don t even know what is offered!!

I want to send a shout out to Shakti Francis. My friends and i enjoyed wings and wine with her as our waitress. This was the second time we were lucky enough to have her serve us. Her attention to detail is amazing. Never was she empty handed or wandering aimlessly. Always looking to what may need done next. While still remaining an attentive server to her customers. Friendly and cheerful personality that adds to an enjoyable dinning experience. Definitely a brit spot in out day.

Went for dinner with a friend from out of town. No one to greet you, the first few tables we tried to sit at had not been fully cleaned, a huge puddle of something on the floor by the one available booth we initially went to sit at. No wet floor sign. Finally, we found a table in the corner and then were handed very noticeably stained and sticky menus. My guest ordered her meal without onions. She emphasized this a few times to our server, and when she received her meal, it was littered with onions. All in all, Im not giving a low star because our server was amazing.. once we finally got around to being served. We had to go up to the bar to get napkins but the server compt my friends meal and was very sympathetic. She definitely held it down and this establishment should be thankful for her. Wish I would have taken my receipt because I dont remember her name. Tall young gal with dark hair and a dagger tattoo on her forearm. She really turned our experience around, and we both left happy.. Will return, honestly, in case it happened to just be one of those nights and be lucky enough to sit in her section again.. come to think of it, her name might have been Jennifer?

Great wings. Its a sports bar, so be expecting a sports bar. You can bring kids, but I wouldnt recommend it. They also have a really good rib eye steak.

Very good sports bar style place, with good music, good atmosphere, many TVs with different live sports. The service is top notch and the burger I tried was very very good. They have a very wide variety of beers, which is very important for me as I like beer in these types of places. Highly recommended. Im already going back to Argentina but if I stayed longer I would stop by to try another dish.

My family and I came in for dinner, started with drinks as you would but our waiter (a redhead) forgot half the drinks. When she came back with the rest she still had mine wrong, she didnt even remember who ordered what and was just passing our orders around. Then after we left my sister was literally sick.

The service was great and the beer was cold. The food menu looked so horrendous I didnt even order anything. The room itself reminded me of a dingy nightclub from 2008. And there was a REALLY bad smell coming from somewhere. It smelled like burning farts

My third time coming here this week; wanted to check out the Pasta Thursdays special. Ordered the Lasagna for dine-in and Chicken Alfredo for take-out. The server asked me if I wanted cheese. I said OK. When the bill came, I realized I got charged $2.49 for the cheese. When questioned, the server said it was for the Chicken Alfredo. Its not professional and bad practice for a server to offer something and not let the customer know that there is a cost. It doesnt allow the customer to make an informed decision. Very disappointed with this kind of service tonight.

Sara was exceptional as a searcher with drunk patron. She was friendly presentable and kept friendly eye contact the whole time. I actually apologized for the other patrons behaviour as I felt it was rude and over the top.

Mik is a legend! Fast as f u c k Kid! She will take the proper order without mucking it it, her elaborate counter part Calab, its amazing watching these two work. Makcaleb what a team. If sonic had red hair it would be her, tactical efficiency. Cheers boys. Figure it out if you want a nice beverage.

Short male bartender is overly stand off ish , watched him ignore me for 45 minutes as I sat at the bar ? Finally when he does take my order the refresher I ordered tasted nothing like any other brewhouse so he obviously doesn t follow recipes or free pours, honestly just surprised he was manning the bar by himself can tell he is inexperienced.

Cole and Mikala run the bar like they own it. They make sure i have a great time when I sit at the bar. Cole especially makes every customer feel like a guest and handles bottles like theyre part of his hands. Mikala is super friendly and has no slow gear. If something needs doing, shes on it.

Took the wife on a date last Saturday for lobster dinner. Charming atmosphere fantastic DJ! I was Shazamming songs all night!!! I was in desperate and dire need of some fire tracks for the new shop! One of my Favs was Bad Featuring Vassy by David Guetta! Lilia served us some hella good lobster and was on the ball refilling our drinks and bringing us anything we needed including multiple round of Jalapeños!! Great service, good food and good vibes! Will go back and highly recommend Lilia at the Brew House in FSJ. Vegetarian options: Nachos

Really disappointed with this establishment. First time here. Ordered food and waited 1.5 hours for food but it never came. Wasn t a busy night - it was a Tuesday night. Won t be coming back when in Fort St. John.

Was invited to a birthday party at the brewhouse tonight, it involved 14 people. We arrived at 6 pm which is when we ordered. Our food did not all come at once, which is understandable, it arrived separately over the next 2.5 hrs which was not understandable. Everyone was ready to leave when I and 3 others finally received our orders. While we are waiting for our food we are watching meal after meal coming out of the kitchen going to tables to customers that came in long after us. After several attempts to find out where our food was I was told that I am being disrespectful for asking where my food is and who the owners were because talking to the manager was not getting us our food any faster. When we first there I counted maybe 10 people in there. It did fill up after we were there for awhile but still that is no excuse to wait 2.5 hrs for your food. The manager did give the four of us our meal free of charge and a voucher for our next get together but the point is there is no reason to ever wait that long for your food and do I want that experience again? Not really. Not impressed.

Came for dinner with my friends and we had the pleasure of being served by Lilia! She was so attentive and personable and made so many good recommendations! We came in before the Sunday night football game began and it was quite a wait to find someone who served us. Yet once they did, the service was fantastic. The wraps were a bit dry, the starters were great. A nice place to drink, watch sports and not starve with very good service.

We got the appy platter for $60. There was hardly anything in it, the veggies were brown, and the spinach dip was pooled in grease and watery! It was overall awful. We expected more than 7 wings, a handful of chips, some dry ribs and an awful looking pizza. Truly disappointing and not at all worth the price! The waitress on the phone was amazing and super apologetic.

Love coming here. We always sit at the bar and get fantastic service from the bartender Cole. He is a big reason why we continue to come back every week. The menu has a big variety of food so there really is something for everyone. Food
