Got the big mama donair and poutine. The donair was very good, veggies were crisp & fresh, big donairs. Didnt have to wait long for my order. The staff was really friendly. The poutine was also wicked, lots of cheese, and lots of gravy. The cheese curds and gravy had very good flavors. I will 100% be going again. This is a donair youve gotta try

Tried this franchise once again last week while I was visiting Fort St John. I have also visited the Airdrie location. Donair was very fresh and tasty. I also ordered fries with a side with gravy - amazing! Lastly, I love Greek salad and a lot of take out restaurants cheap out on the ingredients. This Greek salad was LOADED and extremely fresh! Would highly recommend. For those complaining about the donair being messy . I totally get it! but it s a donair, their always going to be slightly messy. Donairs are meant to be eaten out of the wrapping.. you peel the wrapper as you eat, making it less messy! Lol I noticed the big mama size donair is far more stuffed than the regular size. As an experienced donair eater, I ordered the regular size and loved every bit of it! Hope this review helps. Parking: Big parking lot, no problem with parking anytime or the day.

Great experience with the take out service, I always try the Pitas and thanks to the fast service my food always is warm, also, the people and their customer service is very professional, 10/10

I ordered the chicken rice platter . The rice was mushy and plain . And the greek salad was just chopped veggies no dressing or feta a bit disappointing for greek Tzatziki was good though

Maybe next time tell skip the dishes your grill doesnt work right away and not 30 mins after Ive ordered.

Sorry, WORST Donair I have ever had. My 1st and last visit. Friendly people, but 20 bucks for a regular donair and can of pepsi. Wow! I asked to check price. They forgot to mention the what kind of cheese do you want? alludes to its included. Nope! $2.50 extra. They just add it at the till. I know things are getting expensive, but it was piled with romaine lettuce and almost no tomato or onion, I am not even sure if it had the $2.50 cheese i paid for...lol...idk Just too much for what I got. I cant wait for Busters to open. This place will probably tank...Just saying!

Took almost a half hour for a Greek salad and donair. No table seating inside. Pita and tzatziki was fairly bland tasting. That being said, the Greek salad was probably the best Greek salad Ive ever eaten and the husband enjoyed his donair. Vegetarian options: Greek salad, falafel

Chicken donair tasted and smelled like seafood. Absolutely disgusting and made me sick for the rest of the night.

Big shout out to Big Mamas Donair. I wanted to try out this new place. I ordered a beef donair and fries. It is really good, hot and fresh. I just went outside for a smoke after ordering and it was done right away, very fast service. The guy even went out to my car to hand it to me. Very friendly guys and very good customer service. Highly recommended.

Tried donair first time in FSJ as I heard a lot of bad reviews about donair places we had earlier. This time at Big Mama Donair my experience was too good. The food was awesome and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I loved the service and the staff was so friendly with customers. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure.

Amazing donairs! been hearing so many good things from friends and family. Everywhere I go someone mentions how they ve had a donair from Big Mamas and that they did not dissapoint! Planning to order my staff takeout lunch from their every Friday!! If you haven t tried one yet I highly reccomend you check it out. P.S their TZATIKI sauce is something special!!

I m really disappointed. It was recommended to me by somebody. The donair tasted good however, I ordered the largest size and added extra meat. It came to over 22$. I was expecting one monster of a donair. Instead I received a very small-average sized donair. Extremely disappointed. For that price you should be getting way more product. Terrible value for your money. Tasted good, but so small for what you re paying. Not worth it

Went there to try their donairs. So far the best donair i have ever had. Also tried the poutine with cheese curds. Yes, they do have actual cheese curds and the gravy is delicious.

I tried the chicken donair yesterday and it was delicious! The tzatziki sauce really adds a unique taste to the wrap. Good service and delicious food! Ill definitely be back and would recommend it.

The only place I go every day for lunch newer knew just how good they were till I went to Calgary for three weeks and tried 4 different places for a chicken donair which were the biggest disappointment after getting hooked on a chicken donair with two Flafles crumpled into the meat all the fixings feta cheese and tzatziki sauce from Big Mama s Donair .

Ordered from skip, donair came within half hour. Was extremely cold. Shredded cheese put in it, was in big lumps, very little vegetables put on. Ordered red velvet cake, was extremely dry. Pop was warm. I personally would never order from here again.
