A breakfast / lunch / brunch restaurant where you come and feel good; from food to atmosphere. Leave your troubles at the door and join us to eat, sip, & feel good. Owned and operated by restaurant industry people!
What a delicious, creative brunch! The French toast Monté Cristo was spectacular with Christmasy flavors. The housemade sausage and brisket were also brilliant. And the coffee was really yummy too. Everything was! We all loved it and are bringing others to join us next week. Thanks for being in Fredericton!
Excellent food and service. The Monte Cristo was delicious and inventive - a perfectly balanced mess of salty, sweet and savoury with great textural balance. The tea from Pluck was a perfect match for the meal, and freshly made to order.
Their Eggs Benedict are to die for! I also got their special potatoes, I don’t know what they are called but it had parmesan and a mix of spice on it that was absolutely delicious! Top that with a fresh squeezed orange juice and you got the perfect breakfast. Service was great! Bravo! 👌
One word: pancakes. They’re phenomenal. Also ordered the Brisket Benny and every bite was fantastic. Great portions, coffee was incredible and just overall had such an amazing experience. You can really tell they put some pure love into their craft, and it shows! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot to eat and vibe.
went for a saturday morning breakfast and am so glad i went. lovely little place with excellent music, art, and service. the food was so yummy, so obviously made with care and love and attention to detail. would 100% recommend
A small and wholesome dining room. You can tell the chefs put some thoughts and love in their recipes. I felt just as great as it tasted once done eating. This is a new favorite brunch restaurant of mine. This is for a slow afternoon. Expect some well worthy waiting time.
The Feel Good has become my favourite place to eat in Fredericton. The atmosphere is wonderful and they play awesome music. Each drink and dish is clearly crafted with care and an intention that makes my day each time I go there. Tori is one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and has always made me feel welcomed. Please do yourself a favour and go and have some of the best food and service this city has to offer.
We had the absolute pleasure of experiencing your 5 course and drink pairing for Valentine’s Day last night. It was one of the best meals of our lives. Everything was perfect, full of life, and obviously made with love. We both felt like it was the feeling of a warm hug. Thank you for being an epic addition to our community. Cheers!
Amazing food and great service! We had the brussel sprouts, turkish eggs, and dirty bird. All were phenomenal and we left full and content. I highly recommend making reservations as we did and were able to be seated immediately!
Food was tasty, try their home made sausages. Prices for portions are good. Service was great. Food : 5/5
35 min for bacon and eggs, and every other persons in the place had theyre food. Funny thing was a couple was seated beside us (30 min later) and they got theyre food 5 min after sitting (Bacon and eggs). I think they have birds in the back waiting to lay the eggs they use...The food was OK.
Delicious food and great service!
There is no better spot for Breakfast in Fredericton. Period.
Such a wonderful little breakfast place!! The food and drinks are always a 10/10, and the owners are lovely people :)
Wow, this place is fabulous! My husband and I went for brunch, I had the Monte Cristo and he had the Croque Monsieur, they were both so delicious! The service was wonderful, we can t wait to go back :) Food
Had lunch September 6th with a good friend and we both had a very enjoyable meal. As always we came away relaxed and planning our next meal there. It s like sitting in a friends kitchen the food was delicious and the service amazing. Carl. Food : 5/5
Absolutely the best Not your basic B. Breakfast is always awesome, the homies are fantastic. Everything is hot and fresh, not microwaved dry potatoes from the day before. I cant wait for the chance to be able to go later in the day and try something from their lunch or dinner menu!! Dietary restrictions: They always ask if you have any food allergies before they put your order in to the chef!!
I really need to start taking pictures of the food I eat here, its been amazing every time Ive gone in. Im gluten-free / celiac and I have always felt safe eating here, there is a rotating menu so youre not stuck eating the same things all the time. I always feel safe eating her and dont worry about cross-contamination. If you are someone who ENJOYS their food go here. The atmosphere is perfect and sunny and the service is amazing, I try to go at least once a month. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Parking: You may need to part in the mall and walk it its busy.
Beautiful place, beautiful food, beautiful drink
The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! A fine dining establishment in our city is just what we needed!
Had the Monster Bash 2 weeks ago and I got to say it is one of the best breakfast items I have had in a long time! The Cajun beans with the mushrooms is such a deadly combo, tasted exactly like this place I used to go to in England. Kudos to you guys, keep it up! Food
Absolutely outstanding! A fabulous little find if you re hunting for some top quality grub. Vegetarian options: Insightful, well considered vegetarian options. Perhaps even better than the carnivore options!
So good!!!!
Such a cute little spot. The owner was friendly and so accommodating to our 1 year old daughter. Food was great. Really enjoyed it.
Ive only been in Fredericton for about a year now, but I can confidently say that the brussel sprouts are the best bite of food Ive had in the city. Dont usually do this in public but I just had to lick the bowl clean.
Im new to Fredericton, but this is already a go-to for me! As a celiac, it can be really hard to find restaurants that thoughtfully take into consideration my restrictions, but at The Feel Good, they always do! Excellent atmosphere and the coffee is to die for
So my fiancé and I are regulars here, and for my mother s and my birthday (shared date), we all went to the feel good! Well, I told the owner this and she came out with candles for us to blow out! Among all the reasons I love the feel good, this is added to the list!
Everything was delicious, from the atmosphere, the service, the drinks to the food - I loved it all, highly recommend
This place feels like a literal hole in the wall, but what resides inside is excellence. The Tori manages the space immaculately, and always have a 10 gigawatt smile along with a cup of coffee or really great tea. Menu changes all the time, best brussel sprouts in Atlantic Canada, and the standard breakfast is always perfect. Parking: This resturant is a converted house, so parking is sparse.
Had the pleasure of dining at this establishment...wow, did not disappoint, lovely atmosphere, so clean, our server was amazing and the meal was outstanding. I will dine here again and again....cannt say enough about this wondereful restaurant.
Best breakfast spot in Freddy. The peach fog is amazing
I REMEMBER WHEN THIS PLACE WAS ORIGINALLY the KOTO Chinese restaurant still smells like Chinese but ALSO SMELLS LIKE BREAKFAST AT THE SAME TIME FEEL GOOD IS A GREAT NAME FOR A RESTAURANT LIKE THIS. Parking: I dont care about parking Im old enough to drive but dont have a car however parking can be good for other people/pets who have cars lol Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly however Im 16 so I dont care much about kid friendliness because I dont have any kids
Makes me wish I lived in Fredericton (We are visiting from Ontario) Highly recommend the home cured bacon. Excellent food. Excellent service. Rate it 10 out of 5 if i could...have I mentioned the home cured bacon?..and were baaacckkkk. Excellent again. Have we mentioned the home cured bacon? LOL Honestly people, you gotta eat here
Excellent spot!!! I had the Slamon Salmon which was amazing! Highly recommend this spot for those looking for a a freshly made meal. Its not a spot for a large group as seating is tight, but with some advance notice perhaps they could accommodate. Parking on-site is tight as well and I wouldnt recommend it for those with large trucks. Lots of parking at the plaza next door. I cant say enough about this place. Best Ive been to in a while
My wife and I went in for brunch, and it was delicious! I had the Croque Monsieur and my wife had the Benny- both very good but the Croque Monsieur stole the show. Would definitely go again.
Great food, has that locally owned feel not the chain game here . The dessert is better than grandma s so go see for yourself.
Great food! Great owners! What a wonderful experience. You can also purchase their homemade sausages for home. Parking: There is enough. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the side.
I loved the Croque Monsieur, it was the perfect start to the day The Feel Good has a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful owners.
Tori was super friendly and the food was amazing! I had the eggs benny and it was one of the best ones Ive ever had, that was some good brisket!! Its a new place so I wish them all the best in this new venture! Its awesome to have a new local breakfast/brunch joint and we will definitely be coming back!
Nice and cute little restaurant on the north side . Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Great service, tasty and inexpensive food. Everything you need to become the number 1 restaurant in Fredericton. Great job guys!
Awesome new spot in Fredericton for breakfast. They have amazing house made sausage and the thick cut bacon that is a must. Also the French toast and pork belly is unreal
A great new brunch spot in Fredericton! Coffee was amazing, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was fantastic. The food was some of the best brunch I ve ever had. I ordered the Croque Monsieur and the Feel Good Coffee. Amazing all around. Cannot wait for my next visit.
This restaurant opened December 29th and is a favourite of mine already.
My wife and I had a great breakfast. I had French toast and she had the croque-monsieur - both very flavourful. Side of Brussels was great too. Great service and nice atmosphere.
Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely little spot. Amazing food and service. Best lunch I ve had in the city. 10/10
Great food, nice music and great atmosphere. Looking forward to going back
Great quaint place, with great food and friendly staff
Great food. The brussel sprouts were some of the best I ve ever had
Great new spot on Frederictons north side. A cozy, bright atmosphere to meet girlfriends for lunch. The service was warm and friendly and the food delicious. I love to support small family-owned places like this. You should too!!
I went there for brunch with some buddies and we all loved our food. The wait staff were kinda and always there when you needed them, but also not around too much ( in a good way). I did indeed feel good after leaving
My wife and I had brunch there and we were very pleased. The dishes were interesting delicious and filling. A bit too pricey to be a regular spot but will definitely be back.
We booked a reservation for 2 adults and a baby and one of the owners, Tori, very kindly had us situated at a nice big table - complete with high chair and 9-month-old approved toys! They had some cute boozy drinks to select from, the food was exquisite (seriously, best scrambled eggs Ive ever had!), and they had a yummy gluten free bread option. They also make their jam in house! Sometimes heavy brunch foods at other restaurants disagree with me, but I left brunch at The Feel Good feeling energized rather than weighed down! A must try!
Delicious food and a friendly environment! Cool place!! I love this locally-owned restaurant
The Feel Good Warmer and the cozy bright décor definitely gave me some positive energy on a cold winter day! I loved the crispy cauliflower and maple smoked salmon. Would like to try their homemade jam and sausage next time. Kid-friendliness: My sons favorites are their special fun stackable thick and fluffy pancakes!
Interesting menu, I had the smoked brisket eggs benny, delicious, it was served with a little salad with fennel and house dressing, nice big coffee mug with great coffee, darling milk and cream bottles, lovely waitress, definitely 5 stars, well be back!
Lovely restaurant and friendly staff, food was excellent, will return
Amazing brunch spot. Very cozy, the food was amazing and the owner was super friendly
Fantastic food and service! The food is so fresh and flavourful. Homemade orange juice is so so good. 6 stars.
Just perfect :)
My friend and I decided to check this place out...sadly very disappointed. Anyone with gluten allergies please be very aware of the wild makeup for this....we were charged for the use of the grill/fryer for the potato wedge things we got (they were dry and not great). The gf hamburger bun was ok, but again the markup for this was the most either of us have seen($6!!!)The burgers we got were just ok. Overall our experience very disappointing. After talking about our experience with others, we have heard similar complaints. Parking: Parking is good. Parking lot right beside the building so that is nice to see!
Always amazing. Unique and delicious flavors. Highly recommend the Blueberry lavender cheesecake.
By far, the best place for brunch in Fredericton!
Fantastic coffee and the service and atmosphere are lovely. I did find the prices a bit steep. You can tell they use quality ingredients though. I would love to see the option to choose the tossed homies potatoes as a side with your meal. The hollandaise sauce is out of this world and I love that they used a nice crispy baguette instead of an english muffin for the benny. The brisket had lovely flavor but was a little on the dry side though. Overall I dont think Id do breakfast here again. But I think its a super fun spot you could grab a drink and an appetizer with a friend. Parking: Lots of parking available
This place is a hidden gem in Fredericton. Their Eggs Benny with brisket is so good! PS try their blueberry lavender cheesecake.
Service was slow, very expensive for a sandwich which fell apart when earing it. It did taste good. Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options gor sandwiches
Food was quite delish. I had the gnocchi dish, which was very tasty, but for $22 I would have liked it to be a bit bigger.
If you like unique flavour combinations and food that just tastes better because the time has gone into its preparation, this spot is for you. Even if you dont like the above for whatever reason, you should still go here. The owners are very nice and theyve designed a thoughtful dining experience thats unique for the area. From their options for the kids such as colouring supplies to taking the time to prepare most things in house, The Feel Good will aptly make you feel good the moment you take your first bite. The restaurant is small, but bright and adds to the overall pleasant feeling of the room. The Strawberry Fields pancakes are one of a kind for Fredericton and inspired by the Japanese pancake. Topped with strawberries and a generous dollop of whip cream, the cream cheese in the batter compliments it all adding a slight decadence to the dish. The brussel sprouts will have you rethinking everything youve ever thought about them as the sweet maple combines perfectly with the salty miso and light char flavours. The cold noodle salmon salad was large, fresh and salty, perfect to share with the pancakes. Their house smoked brisket is everything youd ever want in that cut of meat as are the house made sausages. And they place a generous portion of everything on each dish. The Cubano had a wicked tang and the burnt edges of the thinly sliced meat were just what the sandwich needed to cut through the wonderfully buttered bread. Their regular breakfast is a must if you add their thick house cured bacon as is the eggs benedict with the brisket. Really, you just need to try everything. Even the potatoes arent standard. Thick cut and boiled in an array of herbs, spices, and onions, you dont even need ketchup. The boozy coffee is a perfect sweet treat that is reminiscent of a Baileys coffee but better. The rosé all day was tart and bitter and refreshing and their coffee is strong. Also, their cheesecake was piled so high with blueberries and is quite dense, which just means youll want to take your time so you have room. You need to go here.
Simple menu but great options. I found it to be very noisy, the customers were talking loudly! I dont know if its always like this or just bad luck... That said, I would still go back. The lemonade was refreshing.
Awesome food and service! You can tell that the food is made with love. The cream cheese pancakes are the perfect level of tarte and sweet
Very disappointed. Had breakfast not at all what I was expecting. Tiny piece of baguette not toast. Bacon very soft and fat, not crispy at all. Potato was way to thick and brown. Jam tasted terrible. I will say the waitress was friendly and polite. My first time their but would not recommend it.
The chef here loves his job and is really creative. Fun delicious foods.
The server was very kind. It was quiet and calm.
Amazing homey & delicious brunch place, Ill definitely be going back! We took a phylo wrapped brie cheese with homemade jam entree as well with our main plates on the photo.(Benny and the eggs and bacon plate) Food
Stopped by on our way through NB, it was overwhelmingly delicious. The place is so cozy and welcoming and the food was some of the best I ve ever had. Literally every bite I said out loud how does it keep getting better?! Savoury options (or sweet) you can t go wrong!
Easily the best restaurant in Fredericton. We enjoyed a freshly prepared Cubano sandwich with house. Smoked pork and the most unique spin on chicken and waffles with peanut sauce. Superb service. Great music and atmosphere to enjoy breakfast or lunch. They are a licensed establishment as well!
Quaint and talented. Fredericton you must. We love local right? An obvious intent to bind culture, massive flavour and your down home goodies. You will love it and you will return. Food
Great service, quite literally amazing thoughtful food, and overall a place I will happily recommend commend everyone try.
Absolutely love this place! The place owners are so sweet, the service is amazing and the food is to die for!!
I have had brunch there a couple of times. It never disappoints! The brussel sprouts are to die for! Everything fresh and made inhouse. And some of the best coffee I have enjoyed anywhere! I will be back!!! Vegetarian options: I was given choices when I inquired so no problem with that!
As someone with Celiac Disease, I was so happy to learn this place has several gluten-free options, and I was told g-f foods are cooked separately. I had their huevos rancheros, with potatoes as a substitute and it was SO DELICIOUS. Since gluten-free diets are so popular nowadays, its easier to find g-f foods, however its hard to find much g-f that is safe for people with Celiac Disease (due to cross contact with bread/flour on surfaces, grills, etc.) Its reassuring when a place understands and makes the little effort to have uncontaminated cooking areas/pans. Would recommend to anyone with or without Celiac. Yum Dietary restrictions: Offers safe gluten-free options for people with Celiac Disease and wheat/gluten allergies.
Such a special place! Beautiful decor. Warm and friendly service. Excellent food and beverages. We had the coconut bun to start. We also had the croque monsieur, squash and salmon salad, Kris P. Pork, and the one-hander. Everything we had was delicious, with well-balanced flavours and lovely presentation.
Great little spot, good food in a town without many options. Only issue is they are not open on Sundays, but guess the owners need to rest sometime.
Loved my visit here. The Peach Fog was delicious, the Benny was amazing. I have never seen a Benny made with brisket and it was definitely one of my favorite ways to eat a Benny. The eggs were perfect. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was calming. 100% will visit again! Pop in and give it a try for your next Brunch adventure!
First time there today and was BLOWN AWAY! Had the Satay Away and it was some of the best food I ve ever eaten. There are easily about a dozen other things on the menu that I want to try. The ambiance was inviting - sweet and quirky without being overwhelming. Service was friendly and professional. Vegetarian options: Readily available veggie choices and our friend said it was delicious. Parking: Small and oddly shaped parking lot but given how few tables there are inside, it is unlikely to get too crowded.
Love and passion flow through this cozy restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect to my first visit, Ill definitely be returning to sample more of the menu.
Great spot with some unique options for great food.
Simply my favorite spot in Fredericton. They have been able to accommodate my celiac requirements exceptionally. I love the house made sausage.
It was fantastic. The food took sometime but we got the brie and homies and how are brunch appetizers not more of a thing? I got the Benny which was not just tasty, the eggs were perfection. So many breakfast places can t consistently deliver soft poached eggs. The hollandaise was lovely. Loved it. Will be back. Service was very friendly and a very comfortable atmosphere.
