Starting to look like the middle East in there sad that they take over and have no manners or proper educates towards people besides there own girls are always rude looking to attack you if you say anything they dont like it a shame will not be back

I found multiple hairs some looks like Pubic hairs in my burger and they we very disrespectful and the customer service was horrible when I mean horrible I mean HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS IM WARNING YOU Food

Went to this location and the service was terrible couldn t even spell my name right and were in there phones when I was trying to order. Cussing at me and my family for nothing because my son was crying for them getting his frosty order wrong. 1 out of 10 experience do not recommend.

Ive been finding that customer service is hit and miss in burger joints as of late. The Wendys in Fredericton being a miss. This is often due to language barriers. I find people impatient with my wife when she asks for information about food products. My wife has a food allergy, and though not anaphlactic, it does create a skin irritation that can last for days. They also botched her order by only giving her half the food she had ordered. When she addressed the issue, they corrected it as they should. They chose to clear the garbage while we were seated about a meter from it. It wasnt full, so they could have given us a few minutes to clear out. The food itself was tasty but the overall experience could have been better.

Just average for me. Food wasn t as good as other Wendy s I ve been too and the restaurant was cold.

This has to be the dumbest Wendy s I ve ever visited in my life. I ve been to soo many across the USA, Canada and the Bahamas someone needs to explain how breakfast is not served on any delivery app OR at the counter if you decide to dine in; BUT IT IS AT THE DRIVE THRU so I need a car .. or to walk on the drive thru line for breakfast at this location? Sickening !!!! I ll never go back I don t care if it s free; the attitude from the staff when inquiring was repulsive as well. Wish I could give negative stars

Best ever crispy sandwich amongst all the fast food outlet in town. Must try there chilli cheese sauce. You guys should open 24/7 :)

I asked for a freshly cooked double bacon cheese burger with just ketchup and freshly cooked fries. When I got it the burger wrapper was covered on the outside with ketchup. The fries were not freshly cooked. Just barely warm. I will not go back. This is the second bad experience I had there on Prospect Street.

I was super impressed with my side Caesar salad real Parmesan cheese, real bacon. It was delicious and definitely better then I was expecting!!

Husband and I went through one day last week and all our food was hot and fresh, employees were very pleasant and were smiling. Never disappointed with this Wendys!

Went through the drive thru. Fountain machine was broken so had to get a different drink and they charged me to get a different drink when their machine was broken.. then scanned the app for 2.00 off premium combo and it didnt come off my total of $14 something. The girl at the first window could not understand us at all. We both tried to explain it to her that we shouldnt have been upcharged for wendys inconvenience and the missing 2.00 off, so we said okay thank you and went to second window. They said nothing they could do at second window and shouldve been done at first window. She said the girl at the first window doesnt fully know how the app works and that it has to be put in manually. So didnt get the discount

Staff is very professional and yet still friendly and helpful! They actually made us feel valued as customers, not something you see often in a fast foid restaurant.

Coldest burger (or piece of food) Ive ever had. Not sure how you serve a burger this cold. I lived in 3rd world countries and never had food this cold. Get it together Wendys. Friendly staff though. 1 star for the friendly staff.

I love the variety of the menu and their triple with cheese is just right. However, the baked potato does seem to be smaller in my last three visits. Also, when I asked for an extra patty on one of the two burgers in the coupon special I was buying, I was told I had to get it on the side and put it together my self. Any other place would have just charged me for the extra patty and included it in the burger. Now Im sad. I do still like the food.

They have a lot of people working there, and they cant get the orders right. This store needs to take the plexiglass down now. Covid is over. They cant hear the orders.

Bought 10 pieces of chicken nuggets & asked for 2 boxes of plum sauces. Then, when I received it, there was no sauce inside! I was unable to go back there to ask for them. I can not eat chicken nuggets without sauce, which really caused me frustrated and disappointed with Wendys service!!!

As far as fast food goes this is probably the best in Fredericton. On occasion you get mixed up orders or cold food. You get what you pay for and more reliable then McDonald s.

This Wendys always gets my order right and the staff are always friendly. Their dining room is not currently open.

Service was fast and nice. Going through the drive through they made a significant mistake. We did check our food before leaving which was important since half the food was missing. BUT they added it and sincerely apologized which shows great spirit.

Alway stops by this Wendy s on my way up or down from Moncton, the service is always fast inside or drive thru, the burgers and fries are always fresh! They just renovated the inside and it looks great! If your someone who likes drinking something different you ll love there fountain drink machine!

Order was incomplete, staff blamed others. Large puddle of water in front of the drink machine wasnt addressed the whole time I was there.

Good. Food is good, service is good, lines are a bit long and a bit slow. But not as bad as other places. Worth your time, but youll wait a little. Has improved recently. Could benefit from paying their workers more, so they have more incentive. And put more people in the kitchen to increase speed. Ive seen people drive off. Thats lost revenue.

Restaurant was recently renovated so it was nice and clean , the service was pretty good as the cashier was friendly and got our food quickly. The food was decent, burger was tasty but fries were old .

Grilled chicken salad is the best

The food is sooooo good there and I recommend people to visit it and it s very busy!

I love the food at Wendys. The hamburgers are really good and so are the fries. The drive thru at this location can be either slow or ridiculously painfully slow. Ive actually been in the drive thru at this location for 15 minutes+ on an occasion, and several times only a bit shorter. Thats ordering a hamburger, not chicken. Sometimes its pretty quick, but its been crazy slow too many times.

Managing post COVID business better than its direct competitors. The fastest order to serve of any fast food restaurant Ive experienced. Prices are competitive, food quality is still good and restaurant is substantially cleaner than others which I have noticed is a worrying trend lately.
