I had a lovely date with my husband! However the pizza was extremely disappointing. And I usually love the pizza here! But it was loaded with too many toppings on his pizza and on mine (especially tomatoes, what was up with that I wondered..) and so the pizza was undercooked as a result... I felt like the pizza had been sabotaged on purpose honestly since it was soo different to what I was expecting. Unfortunate experience :(

Very friendly service, products that are effective without revolutionizing. A good place, and the food offering seems interesting. It s an atmosphere that makes the visit interesting. However, canned beers are not the classic 20 oz pint model but the 355 ml format.

This place has it all! Delicious food that was made with care, cold local beer, and dog friendly (brought a special water dish out for them)! We love Meagan and will make this a regular go to for us; just a bummer it s on a busy corner.

Great patio. Good beer. Decent food. No French menu. The 3 young female staff members who greeted us / tended to our table could not provide French-language services. It is inconceivable that 21st century kids in the capital of New Brunswick cant hold a basic French conversation. Is Fredericton south of the Mason-Dixon line?

Absolutely wonderful! The service we received from Sarah was outstanding, and the food was delicious and served within ample time. 11/10 atmosphere and amazing pizza, compliments to the chef for an absolute tastebud buster. Would recommend to anyone looking for a joyful night out! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Pizza was Great! Fries Great! Staff were also great!Those were the positives. Negatives // Wifes chicken sandwich was dry and lacked flavor // my kids Mac and Cheese was a bit runny for his tastes. Will definitely return for pizza and atmosphere. Food

The burger was ridiculously sweet and inedible. To make matters worse, the service was terrible, and our server was unbelievably rude. This was an infuriating experience, and I won t be coming back.

The sandwich I ordered lacked any kind of taste. When we requested a Coke, the server rudely informed us that we couldnt share it, despite us not knowing they offered refills. The servers attitude was very rude, and I didnt like the food at all. I wont be coming back to this restaurant.

My husband and I were so excited to share our favorite restaurant with out-of-town guests and really talked up about how amazing RustiCo is. On our last visit, the service was TERRIBLE. It was not busy (lunch time), yet we were there 15 minutes before even getting our drink order taken. She had our section outside; her other tables in our section had their drinks & food before she even got around to taking our order for food. She was stand off-ish during our whole experience, except of course when it was time for us to pay (talking for tips, I guess). We did not get offered a second round of drinks, nor could we get her attention long enough to get one. We were HIGHLY disappointed with the service and hope for a better experience if we go back. Kid-friendliness: Anytime we have gone with kids, the service was awful.

Lovely restaurant and staff and very clean and inviting atmosphere. We ordered pizza and wings, and felt the pizza was a bit under done while the wings were a bit on the dry side.

For a not so busy supper time on a sunday (5pm ish), we waited wayyy too long. Almost an hour for our food. Couple of ppl came in like 20 minutes after us and got their food at least 15 minutes before us. Was told our table was next only to see 3 other tables get served their food. Fries are absolutely delicious tho. For the price of the chicken parm, it was a tad on the small side. The club was pretty decent. Really if we wouldn t have waited for almost an hr while it was not busy i would have rated it higher. We definitely will not go back that s for sure.

Good pizza and good beer, but music too loud inside!

We went on Tuesday and the Dave Matthews are $5 from 7 p.m. and the appetizers are 50% off so we took advantage of the opportunity! The terrace is pleasant when the weather is nice. Our waitress was very nice and helpful! The food is good and the place is warm!

Great food and it is beautiful on the inside! Margaritas are very good for the price! Some of the best wood-fired pizza in the city.

Ordered a large margarita pizza to go. Waiting on that was 45 minutes. Waited 45 minutes outside the store. They didn t even started making my order. Girl at the reception was super disrespectful despite this being their fault. So I canceled the order. Never coming back.

Really really bad . It takes me a lot to write a review for places. I ve worked in kitchens most my life and this place was just really bad. The food took over an hour and half to show up and was just sad for the price. I feel like I got robbed. Sorry Rustico, do better.

I rarely leave a review about a restaurant, but the chicken Parm is definitely worth writing about. I never order chicken Parm because, well...its not veal Parm. So glad I made an exception. It was exceptional and a large enough portion to become a sandwich the next day. Also the selection of non alcoholic beers was appreciated and quite nice.

Delicious food and drinks. Service was excellent, the venue was quite loud and it made conversation difficult but not insurmountable. Highly recommend making a reservation during peak hours.

great place to grab a bite if you re in downtown fredericton, not too expensive as well, staff is very friendly, restaurant is very clean and cozy, i definitely recommend the smoked macaroni and cheese with bacon, they also have vegan and gluten free options on the menu, will definitely be returning :)

Im surprised that we didnt need reservations. Absolutely great staff sat us in a great spot. The food was amazing and came perfectly cooked and on time. Its definitely a place for dinner and/or drinks.

The food was what was to be expected for this kind of joint. Even though its labelled as Neapolitan style, I dont feel it follows the principles of Neapolitan pizza although they are a thin crust joint. Pizza was good tasting, and pretz bites were warm and great (would have enjoyed a bit of sweetness in the mustard dip). Service was attentive and friendly, although the ambiance + service for a lunch time (I guess for efficiency) is stick all of the tables in the same corner so its easier to serve. We wanted a quiet lunch and walked into there with 0 guests and about 30 tables. The next 3 families to come in all got sat directly beside us with a still fully open restaurant. If back in NB I would go back. Parking: Looked to be approx 12 spots on the side of the building.

Went there today for some pizza and the pizza gods blessed us with not only some amazing fking pizza, but with Paige the waitress who has probably been trained by a world class micheline star waitressing masters degree instructor. 5 stars for the pizza, but 10 stars for Paige.

My steak was amazing! And I recommend the refreshers for a non-alcoholic choice! They taste yummy!

Pizza was limp and damp; cheese on the pizza wasnt melted. Wine and salads were fine but the cost of the whole meal was way too much for the quality we received. Our server, Chris, was lovely, though. Parking: A very tight parking lot. Best to walk instead of drive, or park along King or Queen St. and walk.

Starting to become my favorite for sure. Cant wait for patio to open.

Been wanting to eat here for quite some time and I finally got the chance. Exceeded my expectations all around! The place was full of people but it didnt feel super crowded. The waitress was friendly and attentive, but not overly so. Got a classic pizza that was comically loaded with tasty toppings (comic loading is always a good thing). They offered a specialty burger which brought smoked brisket and spicy sauce to the party - insanely good! Wash it down with any of the King West beer line up and color yourself full and happy! Ill definitely be going back again.

My experience at Rustico was nothing short of a disaster. Despite their reputation for good food and service, I had a terrible experience during my last visit. The wait time was incredibly slow, even though we had a large party and ordered ahead of time as suggested. To make matters worse, we had guests coming in from Toronto who were able to board their plane before we ordered and arrived at the restaurant before we received our food. This was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of respect for our time and needs as customers. Overall, my experience at Rustico was an absolute disaster and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

Cool patio! Pricey though

Spacious, west-facing patio offering plenty of sunshine. Not the most extensive beer menu, but they had a solid IPA on tap. Went with the fish and chips, and thought it was odd that there was parmesan on it. Requested truffle aioli, but based on the bill, it looks like it was interpreted as an upgraded side instead. Minor issue, as the fries tasted great. Would recommend and would go again.

Wasnt impressed at all... found a long black hair on my steak, I was over halfway done my meal maybe more .,it Wasnt mine I have grey short-hair .But was left feeling like it Wasnt a big deal and they took 50% off my meal ...Didnt offer me anything else just took my plate away ... Dont think Ill be going back!! Didnt think rathing how much food was on my plate determined how much I should pay for my meal that had a long hair on it

Always great food at RustiCo! This time I had the Dill-Icious pizza. It was nice to try something different.

We had Claire as our server and she was so sweet, real polite and at such ease. She made our experience there a reason to come back. All staff that took care of us from the moment we walked in were so friendly and professional. BRAVO!!!

Went for a late lunch, and had to wait almost an hour for food. It was close to 15 minutes before we were served water and had a greeting from staff after we were seated. The food was great and I was pleased with portions. But the service really ruined our time.

Service slow but not the fault of server. Food took a while to prepare. While there were empty seats I suspect short staff leads to slow food service. For the price of the taco salad there was very little protein on it. The greens and dressing were delicious. But for 23 I would expect a bit of protien. If you like a loud place where you cant hear your dinner guests. This place is for you

Very nice patio. Server was great, service was reasonably fast. I had a medium rare steak which was a bit too much on the medium side, but was still good.

Pizza is really good but I personally didnt enjoy any of their sides. Ive gone a few times now and left dissatisfied, especially with the French fries. Their personal pizzas are really great, if not a touch small for the price.

The experience from the wate staff was amazing and the food was brilliant. The only problem my group had was the fact that one of the cooks on the pizza line was giving us odd looks, trying to look over at us all the time and staring any time one if us would head to the washrooms. It made for an odd atmosphere to eat in.

The food is very good. My complaint is the portions are small. We had sweat potato fries as an appetizer and the portion is ridiculous. Even the meal was small portions. I wouldn t go there again for a meal, maybe a snack. The service was great and a beautiful spot.

This was our first meal in downtown Fredericton and it did not disappoint. We tried a few pizzas and some sides. Their pizzas and drinks are definitely the star of the show here. Would highly recommend and prices are very reasonable!

Really good fish and chips. The batter was light the fish was fresh. Their old fashioned was properly done and the atmosphere was good for food and a conversation not too loud. Ill visit this place again next time Im in Fredericton, NB

Pizza Margherita: spectacular! The taste of the crust is hard for me to put in words, but the combination of charred and pillowy had me swooning. And the basil: wow! My partner thought the humble garden salad was fabulous, too. Hang on while I tuck into the beautiful churros con dulce de leche . . . . . . . . . Ahhhh, ¡qué rico!

Must try Tomato Pesto and Feta Cheese pizza. Delicious food, modern restaurant setting, good selection of beers and cocktails. Very friendly staff.

This restaurant is becoming my go to place for supper out. I love their marguerita pizza and house salad. Their craft beer is very good as well. Good service.

Ordered the streak medium, it came out well done. The veggies were a combo of over cooked and hardly cooked. At least the mashpotatoes were good. Peach pizza was, different. Just tasted like they dumped canned peaches on the pizza.

The place is good, you order a drink and you can refill it for free as many times as you want, the food is good but very small portions, everything else is pretty good. Parking: There is parking in front of the restaurant but there are only two spaces and one for disabled people.

Fries were oily and burnt, we believe we were served old fries re heated. Returned April 22nd, service was amazing, food was okay, my pizza (the works) has very, very little toppings. Update Service was horrible, girl was extremely impatient from the start, servers going after glasses, salt shakers, pepper shakers because they did have enough, pizza was really bad, dough bland and less toppings than before, my friend ordered a marguerite and has 3 basil leaves only , fish and chips had more batter than fish. Fries were a bit better but still very soggy. Time to bring a new restaurant to the spot.

Great spot to stop for a pint and something to eat. I had one of their wood oven pizzas and it was delicious.

Got the smoky burger with truffle parm fries and forbidden love for a drink, our table also got an appetizer and dessert to split. Everything was so good, the music was awesome, and the service was so great. Will definitely be back again.

Don t be scared to add a little flavour to things!

I was brought here 30/11/23 for my birthday. Not only was the food fantastic, the service was on point! Quick but didnt hover. The icing on the cake though.. One of the beers was on the house. Now thats how you celebrate a birthday! Oh and do yourselves a favour. Try the Firecracker app and any of the pizzas. My oh my

Not impressed - I arrived at 8:50 and bar tender asked for my drink. 10 min later I asked for the menu, she notes that the kitchen is closed at 9 and cant serve. I came out of town and my exclusive NB clients recommend RustiCo. I went across the street to St Louis

We got takeout pizza and it was gross. Just the flavours were enough for us to not finish it but there was a hair in one as well so that was definitely it for us.

Nice place with a bit of rustic feel and a big patio. Had the fortune of good weather so we sat outside and it was really nice. Had a large classic pizza which was good enough for two as we werent that hungry. They have a nice selection of beers, i tried the oatmeal pale ale, it was a bit weird having a crisp clean initial taste then a citrus after taste but it was not bad. Service was good and fast. The wood fire pizza here is a must try. Cooked to perfection, slightly charred for that wood fire flavour with excellent tomato sauce and fresh ingredients. Why not try a King West brew while you re there or even take some to go.

Visited RustiCo as part of a work function. The ambience is fun and relaxing, staff were friendly and our food was really good. Portion sizes were great, food was great with nice selection of food and drinks from craft beers to cocktails.

Wings were soggy, tiny(8) and not hot, the presentation was poor, they reminded me of wings frozen in a box from the grocery store.

Had a nice late lunch and drinks. Wonderful waitress!!

Excellent service, great beers, and food is very good. I didn t find the pizza menu very appealing ( more than 6 pizzas are chicken based which is very weird) but the rest of the menu is spot on. Went twice and 3days

Great place to have a pizza freshly made in a traditional pizza oven.

The food was amazing and the service was outstanding.

The mushroom and oka pizza (the best pizza in town) has changed from using Peruvian peppers and truffle oil, to slices of pickled red peppers and extra heavy lemon zest. Unfortunate change to this go to menu item. Unlikely to return based on these changes .

Just wonderful! A must go place in Freddy. Delicious craft beer, and cocktails. An extension wine list. And a thoughtful offer of food! The fishcakes are to die for! And all the pizzas are inspiring, with a great selection of toppings and options for all diets and needs. If planning an off-site event, try the second floor of this lovely spot.

Went for the beers but stayed for pizza. Got the taster flight of 4 beers and 2 were i would say average, and 2 were above average and quite good. I didnt know going it that it was a pizza oven restaurant as well so tried the classic meat pizza. They accompanied an ingredient substitute with no problem. The pizza arrived quick and hot. Unfortunately it was paper thin and soggy in centre so more of a lasagna type experience. But the outer edges and crust were good. Dough was good, sauce was quite good and ingredients were average. Beef topping i would remove next time as it wasnt my favourite. Got a few cans to go but suprised to find they are about $4.50-$5.50 for a 355 ml can Overall recommended and would return but some things that could be a bit better.
