Dave and Mack's Snack Shack in Fredericton

I have been here twice and had a bunch of menu items. The kimchi dog was my favorite. After eating here the second time i had really a spooky dream about a haunted house. There were doors that would open or close when you looked away, and faces in condensation, and the eyes followed you, i was totally spooked, could hardly sleep after that one. The atmosphere at the shack rocks, Dave and Mack are friendly and love to serve up some good food. There is ol vhs tapes playing and a wall of fame and shame that is really fun! Will definitely stop by any time I'm at the tannery!

Great hot dog stand! Very friendly service, delicious food, and you can listen to whatever music is playing at the Cap. Not a huge selection of drinks but you can just buy fancier stuff from the cap and drink it on Mack's patio. Eaten here twice and both times have been phenomenal. He even took a cute Polaroid photo of me and my partner and posted it on the wall! First visit I had the whistle dog and the pork on a bun. Second time I had the waffle dog done as a whistle dog and it was amazing. All delicious! Overall, fantastic!

Affordable food. Great service. I recommend the kimchi dog if you like kimchi. The loaded dog was also fantastic.
